First time in this particular location. Very conveniently located to interstate 40. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Particularly want to mention Crystal, at check out, who helped find out how many more items they had and let me know which store I could find more at!! Very appreciated and great job!

I really like this Harbor Freight store and it has good prices and friendly employees. I have one complaint about the company because they put up sale prices before they are available for everyone. I bought a few items that were marked for the sale price but when I checked out, I was told that only people with a $30 per year membership get the discount but I could come back on the weekend to get the sale price if I didn t want to pay $30.

My wife and I are building a house and purchased an air nailer from them and. A pacer? It had only came out of the box and put up about 70 ceiling boards, tongue and groove, when it malfunctioned and wouldn't shoot nails despite being oiled properly and in almost brand new condition. Upon taking it back to the store they could not find the purchase under my phone number or my wife's when there's no way we would have bought an air nailer and not give our phone number considering we are building a house and have bought multiple tools from other outlets like Lowe's and always given or number. Lowes will now be the only place I go back to for any tool! Harbor freight refuse to exchange it for a working device, could not offer any help at all and basically stood up to their reputation of being cheap Chinese junk with no backing at all from the company.If your project matters don't go here!!

People are nice. The store is a typical Harbor Freight. So its the people that make them unique. I'd go again since they were friendly and helpful.

Harbor Freight is a great store. The staff are friendly and helpful when we come to find something for my dad. The store is also clean. It is a great place to shop for tools.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A good place to go if you don't have loads of money and a top of the line tool is out of the question. Great place for batteries, tarps etc.

My favorite place for good quality cheaper tools. Might weigh a little more but gets the job done done! **Update**Above comments still hold true. They are doing great things down there! Keep it up!

Greeted by employees as I walked in the door. Nice and casual customer service. Very thorough at checkout. Smiles and thanks! If I were a mystery shopper I would give them a 9 out of 10 based on my experience today

This stores like any harborfreight, but the management cant seem to keep the shelves stocked. Sucks having to come in multiple times to see if something is avaliable just to be turned away and told that youd need to go to another store to buy it. Not sure whats so hard about ordering more than one of the items that youre missing.

Store is fine, but send coupons that can only be used on items not on sale.When you go down the aisles almost every item is on sale or discontinued!Makes me not wanting to go.

I came to buy a caliper and when I asked where it was at I was told by an employee that they didn't carry them. I was a little confused so I checked the website again and found that they did in fact carry them. I looked around and found them, I found 4 different types. I didn't end up buying them since they were over priced for a digital caliper. With saying that the store has been very convenient when it first opened up I like the cheap prices and wide selection of tools. I just wish the employees were a little more attentive to their inventory

Same great HF products but super slow cashiers, just set my basket of items down and walked over to Rural King next door. I may have paid a little more but it was way more efficient. Update tried to get stuff at hf again and they close at 8pm! Rural King wins again. Online orders are even slower 21 days to get my order that shipped from a state that touches mine! I could have driven to the warehouse that shipped it in 3hrs!

This is a store a man does not need to be in without his better half to keep him level headed and on the ground. It has everything us guys love tools tools and more tools at a unbelievablely good price. Always get the coupon books when ask at the checkout counter so when you get them in the mail you can get 3 free things with 3 different purchases. I've recieved a 5x7 tarp flashlight and much much more for free. Make sure guys to take your wife so you dont get in trouble when you get home...

I went looking for a floor Jack. They had a good selection and reasonable prices. Employ even rolled it out and loaded into my car!! Great job.

My first time there.. nice tool store,but I'm my opinion there tools look to be cheaply made. My husband has had to take back numerous items that break or jus DNT work outta box. Super friendly staff though!

In today's world, all products are cheaply made overseas, be it Home Depot, Ave, Lowes, etc. But at least Harbor Freight doesn't overcharge. I go here first for anything I need that they have. Drills, Batteries, Blades, bits, screwdrivers, tarps, cleaning supplies, mechanic tools. All SOOO much cheaper than lowes. I often end up spending less, and coming out with multiple items, compared to ANY other hardware store.

Purchased 2 Greenwood 4 gallon backpack sprayers on June 5, 2018. One of the sprayers was perfect. In the other box was a sprayer that had obviously been used and abused. Sprayer did not have hose or nozzles . It also only had one partial strap that was broken. I am sure someone purchased a new sprayer, placed their old one in box and returned it. Employees at Harbor Freight obviously did not check box before issuing refund. Since I live over an hour away in Spruce Pine, NC it really doesn't make economic sense for me to try to return this piece of junk. Purchased another sprayer locally to give to my 83 year old dad for Father's Day.

Wanted a cordless drill. None of them had battery chargers. Store didn't even have any chargers for sale. Out of stock. Had to go to RURAL KING
