I have used this business in the past, however this time, I got my car back with missing pieces along with lots of unanswered questions. An estimate that was originally $1500 turned into 10x that amount. A 3-5 day turnaround turned into a 2 month turnaround. Got my car back with no interior lights, inoperative key fob, and missing my switch panel. When I inquired about these things, I got the run around - which is unfortunate. With no interior lights and an inoperative keyfob, this becomes a safety issue especially at night. It has been 2 months and still nothing is resolved. Would I recommend this business- unlikely. If you want your car fixed- sure. But don t be surprised if you leave with lots of missing pieces and unanswered questions. Only gave 1 star for the work done. Everything else (communication, customer service etc) could be improved.

I hit a deer in Texas, the front end was smashed in and dangling. I had specific requests for the repair as well that were seen to. They made repairs in a timely manner and kept me up to date with the process through text notifications and phone calls when needed. Everything was done perfectly and I have no complaints. Very grateful for their professionalism and quality work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family has had the opportunity to utilize their services for three different vehicles in the last year. Every single time we have been treated professionally and with great kindness. The repair on all of the vehicles has been of the utmost quality. I was assisted in finding the source of the leak in one vehicle-a daunting task-Darren went above and beyond to successfully solve the problem. Great people great service! Greeted as you walk through the door! Polite! Ready to take care of your needs! I have never ever went into this Gerber and felt while still inside that "I shouldn't have entered! This is a very pleasant establishment to go and have your car worked! I trust this place very! Took my truck to get repair done. Not only was the estimated time incorrect but once I got to looking at my truck a couple days later I had chunks of paint missing off the top of the cab and scratches on my truck that I know wasn't there before I took it

After a horrible experience with an accident involving my truck, the help I got from these awesome men amazed me. I was treated kindly and with compassion and Micah was such a pleasure to deal with! You guys have a great one with him representing your business. 5 stars and definitely recommend them to everyone!! A++++++

Tamra and Darren were courteous and helpful in dealing with my insurance claim. The repairs were completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. The staff is knowledgeable and skilled. I visited them about a week ago, and it was the Fayetteville branch, and the service was very bad. There was a dog inside. The girl cuts the dog s hair, and there is also an old girl with her. She was really very, very bad. The office smelled very bad. I had my son, he was three years old, and he was afraid of the dog, and I left It is impossible to go to them again

Great company. They fixed my car door in just less than 2 weeks like I wanted & my door look brand new. And their price are fair & reasonable. I recommended them if you want some damage on your car fixed.

Very high quality work at Gerber Collision &Glass. I had a small amount of damage to my pearl white Subaru bumber and they made my entire car look brand new with body work they did to it. Not only can you not tell where the damage happened but the whole car looks new because they fixed every little speck , crack and paint flakes that were on my car when I bought it. I'm over joyed in the condition that my car is in now . Would highly recommend 10 outta 10. Thank you.

Update March 2023:Gerber does great body and paint work. The customer service (unless you speak to Micah) is touch and go but their work is flawless. One piece of advice check your tires with an employee before you get in your car or leave the lot. 2/3 times I have gotten a bolt/screw in my passenger front tire. First time Micah sent me to get the tire plugged at their expense. Second time I was told I must have ran over something when I left. Also LEE the detailer who washes your car before pick up is AMAZING. I hope he gets paid what he is worth because the shine my car had was unreal. He even cleaned / armor all d my driver / passenger side interior and rubber floor mats. Lee should open up his own detail shop. Gerber warranties their work for the life of your vehicle.Gerber Collision does great work. They also warranty their work which is not something most do. My 2018 Camry Sport looks great! The paint work is exceptional and seamless. The body work is impeccable and they got my car back to me in 4 days when it could have been 9 days. The owner is great and told me helpful info to know about getting a rental through my insurance. He even fixed my door for me when he did the estimate so I wouldn't have water damage on top of everything else. Tamra is very nice as the receptionist and pleasant on the phone/in person. Brian was there when I picked my car up and he got me in and out there promptly on a Saturday morning which I appreciated. If I ever need work done again (I hope I don't) I will definitely take my car back here being I know the work will be flawless and the staff treat you very well.

I got my vehicle three days ahead of schedule, and the repairs were excellent. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the customer service lady asking for all 10's on their survey, that just did not come across well. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience.

This place is great. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs any vehicle repairs big or small. They were very friendly and up front and always keep me updated on my car. The best part they had my car done earlier then I thought and it looks amazing. Thank you all at Gerber for a job well done

Despite the unfortunate circumstances that found me at Gerber Collision, I am pleased to say that the experience I had with them was beyond exceptional. My vehicle was cleaned and repaired rapidly, and done with amazing attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly, able to socialize and work which made the experience much less painstaking.

this is my 2nd experience with Gerber Collision in Morgantown NC and there service was fast and there lady at the desk that took all my info was real nice and called me a lot to let me know the progress on my vehicle which was what i wanted cause i love my car. Also i have a super high dollar stereo in there and several other items of value left in the vehicle that was not touched and left just the way i left it i truly appreciate these guys and my car looks great. And they complimented my car a lot which i also appreciated..

Was very impressed with quality of work. Not only was my car finished early it was a no hassle experience .Darren I believe was his name is wonderful.Everyone was pleasant and helpful.Hope it never happens again ,but if so Gerber is the only place to go.

Everyone here is always so friendly, and they always help me with whatever i need. My car got t-boned, I took it to them, i got an estimate, and the next week they had it fixed. If you have a problem they will listen to everything you have to say and do everything they can to help.

A lady hit me. Her insurance, Allstate, sent me to Gerber in Morganton. I needed a wheel replaced. I contacted them in advance to have part ready, scheduled appointment. It took four days for a wheel change after waiting 17 days to get appointment. I asked for both side mirrors to be ordered and installed. I was told they were ordered and expected in a couple days. Eighteen days later and no mirrors, I ordered them myself on a Friday and they were delivered on Monday. I called Gerber and left message mirrors here and wanted to schedule installation. Two weeks later and no response from Gerber after several messages, I installed them myself. Do not use this business. They have one stall about as big as the office. Only six parking spaces. If you have a few months to wait for your vehicle to be outsourced by Gerber to another business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not come here for anything electrical or involves the engine after an accident. Had to have my car in the shop 3 times 3rd to a mechanic who specializes in European cars. Never had issues before my accident and kept sending my car back with check engine light on and sounded like it was gunna blow up. Turned out to be electrical. Only fixed the body and outside pieces of the car.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Gerber Collision did a fabulous job repairing my car and even got my car back to me two days early despite a 14" snow storm. I highly recommend them. Fast, friendly, courteous service.

I had a van inside their gated lot that had the tv & DVD player stolen. The manager on duty tried several times to persuade me not to call the law. I did & told him that one of his employee's was the thief.I get a call from the sheriff's dept a few days later saying the tv & DVD player was found inside another car inside the gated lot.So I'm to believe a thief was going to re-break into the facility another night to then retrieve the items?Why was manager trying to get me not to call law?

If you don't have a appointment don't bother stopping. I wasted an evening and 70 mile drive for nothing. Thankful lots of other businesses need customers.
