My experience with the service department (notably Brandon Manis and Joey Jones) is beyond words. I am sure your dealership services numerous vehicles every day. Brandon and Joey made me feel as though I was the only customer you had. They genuinely made me feel as though my vehicle was just as important to them as it is to me, and that their number one priority was to make sure that I was satisfied with my service experience. Please extend to them my sincerest appreciation for a job exceptionally well done! It was well worth the time I spent waiting to retrieve my vehicle.

The service department is the reason for my 2 star review! I work 3rd so I needed a service on my truck I made an appointment for 8am. At 10 am the still hadn t took my truck back yet so I left and I believe this is poor service. Changed my 2 star to a 1 star because Everett Chevrolet of Morganton N.C. has not even tried to make it right with me.And needless to say they was gonna charge me $180-$200 dollars for the same service I received at the Honda dealership for $64. I don t recommend buying from Everett. You would think purchasing a brand new vehicle and using them for your service on the vehicle you would receive good service. Wrong!!

My salesman was Jackson. He was a very polite and attentive young man. However part of the deal was I would receive a check for $4,000 back on my trade in, after my down payment. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my check. I've gone in twice expecting to receive my check for $4,000 dollars. It's in my contract and I still have not received the check. They have been paid by the lender, but I have not received the check. I'm beginning to think it was a mistake dealing with them.Update, the staff at the dealership were very polite and friendly, good atmosphere. However if you have equity in your vehicle and expect a refund from your vehicle, do not expect to receive it quick. The powers that be will not cut a check until they receive the title from the state. Doesn't matter that they have a power of attorney allowing them to sell your trade in the very next day. I did receive my equity check after about 4 weeks (and after posting this review). This is not the first time I've traded in a vehicle and received a equity check. In the past I walked out with my new vehicle and a check in my pocket.

The control arm and CV axle JUST broke on my three year old Silverado and is currently a $2,000 repair, and is not covered under warranty! The Chevrolet dealership completing the repair stated the failure happened due to a leveling kit, which I specifically asked the salesman if the truck had and he confirmed it did not. Everett would not provide their inspection paperwork that was supposed to be conducted prior to listing the truck for sale. Deliberately lied to by the salesman, now stuck with a $2,000 expense on a three year old truck. HONEST AND ETHICAL THING TO DO IS TO ATLEAST COVER THE COST OF REPAIR!An extended bumper to bumper warranty should not be required for a two year old truck at $46,000.Do not recommend and will never recommend anyone to purchase a car through Everett. Stick with purchasing from a dealer in Charlotte!! Had to negotiate them even filling up the gas tank when I purchased the truck at the sticker price.The sales team was slow and had us waiting for hours after we scheduled a time to come buy the truck, even after I put a down payment down. Absolutely horrible customer service after purchasing my second vehicle from them. My CV axle just broke on my Chevy 1500 I purchased only months ago from Aaron Rodden. Do not buy from Everett!!

I brought my 2017 Silverado in fir exhaust problems. I was informed every step of the repairs needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Alex in service department! I will never take my vehicles to anyone else.

We contacted several dealership s to find the right truck to pull our new fifth wheel trailer. We met Travis at Everett and were blown away. He not only had the knowledge about the right truck we needed but he had knowledge about camper. He was amazing. He helped us every step of the way. If you go to Everett, ask for Travis. You'll have a great experience and walk away a friend.Just needed to update my review. We had the truck for a week and the check engine light came on. We called the service department and they told us they couldn't help up. We called Travis and he said he would call us back. He never did. It seems this dealership wants nothing to do with you after the sale. Very disappointing. I guess they did what they did just to make the sale.

Called and scheduled an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change. My wife took the vehicle thinking she may be there for 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later she s still there. I call up there asking to speak to a manager because there s absolutely no reason my wife should be sitting in their waiting room for two hours. After being transferred around to 5 different people and telling each one of them why I m calling, who I presume is the manager answers the phone laughing and says she s already left as if that s what I needed to hear. No, I want to know why an oil change took two hours! Then he proceeded to apologize and offer a shuttle service. It s just an oil change, we should be able to wait on that. Anyways, I ve always got good service from the hickory location, I would recommend going there. I m not sure I ll be back to the Morganton location. This isn t the first time they ve made us wait an unreasonably amount of time.

I've had a few car appointments in the last couple months and the service advisor, Brian McNamara, has been great. We had a rough start in the beginning due to a communication mixup between us. He made sure that he did everything to guarantee that I, as a customer, was completely satisfied with the work. He was extremely professional and efficient. Whether I had concerns for my car or routine work on the car, he has gone above and beyond my expectations as a car owner. I would recommend Everett Chevrolet in Morganton due to the conscientiousness of Brian as a service advisor.

David was awesome. They were able to get me in the day before, and they were very quick. Dillon was able to spot an issue that I didn t see, and they were able to advise me. Very efficient, professional, and generous. Would definitely recommend using Everett Chevrolet of Morganton.

Emily Barrier of Everett Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took great care of us with the purchase of our 11 year old 2013 Grand Sport Corvette convertible. We live 750 miles away so we flew into Charlotte NC of which she had senior John pick us up at the airport. Buying a car this way is naturally uncomfortable given that we had only pictures to review at home, but the car did not disappoint. Everything went smooth as silk. Emily even made sure the gas tank was full for us. God bless you Emily.

Had my car inspected the other day. And the man was very nice about coming to me and getting my car to have it inspected. I was out looking at cars and a nice man asked me if I wanted to checkout any certain ones. Not I told him but I told him probably later. They have always been good to me and huge reason my cars intact. And the place in hickory NC told me about my car needing to be serviced soon and promptly set an appointment for it over there. They are always on the job.

My purchase experience at Everett Chevrolet in Morganton was amazing. I was very particular about the vehicle I wanted and the options on it, and Everett Chevrolet was able to to quickly get their hands on a 2023 Chevrolet Colorado from another dealership and bring it over for me to review and purchase. Emily Barrier was the salesperson that walked me through every step and put together a deal that I was very pleased with. She was very friendly and communicated with me very well. I highly recommend and will certainly give this dealership my first consideration on my next new vehicle purchase.

8 days. They had my vehicle for 8 days for a scheduled part replacement. They could have pulled, rebuilt and reinstalled an engine in that time my need was much smaller and closer to 3 hours of real clock time. I made that appointment a week in advance and they did not order the parts necessary to have on-site for my scheduled time.Next, i was told (in a prior visit) that my engine leak was from either the rear main seal or the oil pan gasket. I was also told that replacing the seal requires replacing the gasket so it makes sense to do both at once. When I got the bill, it was substantially higher than expected (about $800) as the labor for the gasket was a separate 3.5 hours. Looking online it appears they are not intertwined as stated. Had I known, I would have just done the gasket to see if the lesser repair worked.Finally, getting updates was much harder than it should have been. They have a texting capability, but did not use it.I don t think I can trust these guys going forward. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I had a 9:00 appointment for service on my 2014 Silverado truck.Only a oil change and tire rotation. I was there a few minutes before 9:00 and the service was complete at 11:00. It took 2 hrs for this service should not have taken no more than an hour. I bought this truck there and have had all the service and repairs done here but will probably go somewhere else in the future for service and repairs.. I have always been a satisfied customer until this service.

I had an appointment to see a used vehicle. Got off work early and drove an hour in the rain to the Morganton Everett location. We waited about 20 minutes for my salesman which was fine... but then he told me the vehicle I had the appointment to see had SOLD earlier that day. Huge inconvenience when I made an appointment for that vehicle, had already taken out a large cash down payment and already had my approval for the rest. I should have been an easy customer. I've purchased 4 vehicles in the past from Everett in Hickory which have all been great experiences so I'm not sure if it's just this location or maybe just my bad luck? But be warned, appointments mean nothing to the Morganton Everett location, and they did nothing to seem sorry or offer on their own any other vehicle options. I did ask what time the vehicle sold, and it was plenty of time to have let me known before I made the drive for nothing.

I was there for 3 and � hours and got there 30 minutes early. I went for an oil change. When I walked up to check in, the guy pointed out that my car was out of line and needed an alignment, I asked him "How do you know?" he said "When you drove in, it shows us here on this print out" I'm looking at the paper and he doesn't explain what any of it means. I have not noticed anything that would indicate it was out of line but I told him to go ahead with it. I asked him to check a tire for me, I knew there was something in one of them, later he told me it could not be plugged by them but I could take it somewhere else to get it done. I walked out to breezeway to see about my car after 3 hrs and my car is sitting there, the guy says he'll check on it. He comes to waiting area 30 minutes later and gets me. WTH, 3.5 hours and $180.00 later I left unhappy.

I previously had a bad experience with a dealership and stopped trusting and getting my vehicle serviced at the dealerships. This dealership has renewed my confidence that a large dealership can provide quality service at a reasonable price! My service advisor is David, if you need service see him! I bought a slightly used 2021 Nissan Rogue, and the process was easy and painless. I shopped online and was able to get a much nicer car than what I thought my budget allowed. When circumstances made it difficult for me to travel to Morganton, my new car was delivered to me and my trade taken back to the dealership by our super helpful salesman, Tucker. I was able to work out the details over the phone without the usual hassle of buying a car. When the need arises, I would definitely consider this dealership again!

We had trouble with our Tahoe transmission but luckily it was under warranty. Everett replaced it and then we had more problems and had to go back. As a matter of fact we had to go back twice. It finally was corrected. The people at Everett Chevrolet were very helpful and courteous. They made sure that they figured out what was wrong and made the repairs accordingly. The experience although frustrating was made better by the professionals at Everett that were very pleasant and helpful!

I made an appointment thinking that would help with the wait time. I showed up and got checked in and an hour and a half later I was still waiting. I asked about why I set an appointment and they said that was for check-in only. I have a special situation where I have to stay with my car to get worked on And did not schedule that extra time and the possibility of not even being taken care of that day so I left. Before I left, I checked with the gentleman who checked me in to see if he would give me a call when the availability came and I could be there within five minutes since I am A short distance down the road . He said sure. I did not hear from him that day so I called him the next day to check in and he assured me that he would call me when availability came. I called several times to check back in with him and he always said he would be in touch, but it s been a month or more and I have given up on having work done by them.

Had an issue with my recently purchased used vehicle from Everett to no fault of the dealership. When my warranty didn t cover the issue the folks at Everett stepped up and helped me make the most out of what could have been a very disappointing situation. Brian and Joey in service were great and were truly helpful. Really appreciated their time and professionalism. I ll be a returning customer when it comes time to replace my wife s vehicle.

Bought from here twice once in hickory and once in Morganton. Both time great service and friendly staff. Great selection of trucks.7-6-23 Another great service and most friendly staff Alex in the service department is awesome .12-15-23 Took my truck in for a service my normal advisor wasn t there but the one that helped me was top notch like my normal advisor . Anyway no problems to report here
