Schedule my truck because transmission was not shifting correctly and they were two weeks out. Took it on a Tuesday then they failed to even look at the truck till Thursday. Friday after calling multiple times finally they said the service guy didn't work on Friday and I wouldn't know till Monday what he found out. Horrendous service. Avoid if possible.

While traveling from Tennessee our tire light started blinking. Stopped at a gas station and noticed our spare tire was flat. No air at the gas station but noticed Cloniger Ford beside them. They were closing for the day, but thankfully a kind gentleman named Warren helped us out. Opened the bay and filled our tire up. Thanks Warren for saving the day.

I know that trading in a car is less than what you would get if you sell the car out right yourself. But the sales manager here wanted me to give them my car for next to nothing and then pay the highest price possible for their car. then proceeded to tell me that he does this every day so my opinion meant little to him. my wife is more than welcome to look at anything she wants but since I am the one who signs and pays for it. I will never walk onto this property again.

Don't get.me wrong I know sometimes stuff happens. A cars warrenty needs to be top priority. I bought a car back in November . Turned out to be a bad engine, I feel completely unappreciated because here it is 2nd week in February. And I'm still without the car I been paying for I wouldn't recommend service or anything for this place. It's been a complete joke and I feel embarrassed to have ever got a car from here.

Excellent service and great people! Betty Byrd in sales and the manager JD were fantastic!They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Would definitely buy another Vehicle from them! Highly recommend this dealer. Call Betty for your next vehicle!!!

Service guys are so friendly and helpful! We are from Asheville, they helped us with a flat on our non-ford vehicle. Thank yall so much!!
