The only place we have our vehicles serviced. They're friendly & honest. Great prices. We've been taking our cars here for several years now & never had an issue. Oil changes, tires & rotation. Inspections. They've done some motor work on 2 of our vehicles. Every time we've been pleased. Great place & people!

I popped into Buff's last week for four new tires. It looked like a lot of cars and people were being served and I was worried it would take forever. I also thought they might try to up sell me into some better tires or the cost would be high.None of that. They were awesome. Very down to earth, super quick, great prices and I could not be happier. What a great operation you guys have going on.

Quick and efficient service. I went in for an inspection and they were able to show that I had 2 tires that were ready to go. It took aboutc1 hour total and I was able to get the inspection and the 2 new tires that I need3d in the front. I will definitely go back they seem to be an honest and quick service center

Watch out! They overfilled my engine oil by a lot and I dont think they changed the filter. Watch out!

I had a concern with my vehicle, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I figure the best way to repay them would be with a stellar review, and I wish I were able to do more. I couldn t have asked for a better customer service experience, and they were truly so kind. I highly recommend their business to anyone in the area needing work on their vehicle.

My father has chosen Buffs for the service of his vehicles for many years, and since I have been back in town I have done the same. The guys at the desk are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and personable. There was no issue having my service dog accompany me in the waiting room, which included a public bathroom. All facilities where the public would frequently visit are clean. There is even a sheltered pagoda for those having a nic-fit and want to escape the son

I'm a regular.Buff's Tire & Service is trustworthy, fast, and has competitive & fair pricing. Even if it looks like they have a line, their mechanics work efficiently and will get to your vehicle sooner than you might guess.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I've been twice and had great experiences both visits.Today was exceptional...my tire pressure warning came on and Buffs was my only thought for assistance. Not only did they verify pressure & corrected the amount, they worked me right in and didn't charge a dime! (Tires not purchased here, but will be in the future) This is absolutely my go-to from now on. Thanks Buffs for your help!

Excellent customer service! My wife and son had their alternator go out late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Greg and his team was able to repair the vehicle the next morning and get them back home safely, all while communicating with me back in Raleigh. Super nice, and knowledgeable. This is the place you want to take your car for service, hands down!!

Best place in Morganton! Great guys, locally owned. Busy sometimes because they are so good, but they hussle. Great prices, I won't go elsewhere.

Love Gregg and his team! I started taking my vehicles to them back in high school. I moved out of state for a few years and when I moved back home last year I had no idea where they went and neither did my family. I went over to Mr. Tire trying to get an inspection, thinking maybe the name had just changed, but none of the same faces were there and I was so sad They couldn t get me in that day and told me to try Buff s across the street - I was literally so happy to see Gregg, Justin, and other familiar faces when I walked in and of course they fit me right in!! I live in Charlotte now but still bring my car to them for service & just work it around when I am home. I don t trust anyone else. They are friendly and treat you like family, honest, up front, fair priced and never try to push unnecessary work. I know any recommendation they make is legit and if they tell me my car needs something then it needs it. They are on top of things and clearly have a good system set up because work is always completed in a timely manner. I obviously don t know much about cars lol so I ve always appreciated the fact that they are so good about explaining everything! I recommend them to all my friends and family still living in & around Burke county. So glad I found them again!!!!

This is a very good place to get tires & alignment. They are very orderly and professional. The facility is clean and comfortable. They quoted a price & were good on it & I thought it was reasonable. They have a nice out door shelter out back if you don't want to sit inside . I have not had any other type of service done here. The seat is not very comfortable in the outside building so if prefer to sit there I would suggest you bring a cushion.

My family and I have been trusting Gregg with our vehicle services and repairs for over 10 years now (formerly Clark Tire). My sister and I live in Charlotte,NC now, and continue to use Buff s for all of our vehicle needs. I don t trust anyone else with my vehicle. Gregg and his team are honest, friendly and thorough. We continue to be impressed with the service and family-like environment every single time we bring our cars in. I d refer anyone and everyone here!

After breaking down on I 40 in our 98 expedition, we called Buff s shop, and spoke with Jeff. He was very nice and his attitude was excellent. He put us at ease with his we ll take care of you message. After the car was towed there, they started working on it immediately. This was amazing as they were very busy and it was after 5 pm. Greg took us to our hotel for free, made sure they had a room for us, and pointed out some restaurants. The next morning,I think around 9 am they called with a diagnosis and reasonable estimate. I asked when they could get to it and Greg said it would be finished in 1 1/2 hours!!Again, amazing service! They moved our job to the front of the line because they knew we lived 8 hours away. They then chauffeured us and our luggage from the hotel back to the shop. The whole experience was so great I m almost glad the car broke down. Tom & Chris Kent. Kitty Hawk, NC

Do not go to Buff s. They are going to tell you your car needs to be fixed when there is absolutely no problem with your car. Stay away from that place!!!Or at least get a second opinion.

The dealership had told me my car needed additional maintenance, but these guys were honest and let me know that wasn't the case. They certainly saved me some money. Definitely recommend!

The guys were nice, courteous, and got me back on the road fairly quick! They didn't charge a million bucks just because it was a BMW, like some shops would try. Keep up the good work guys and very fair pricing!

Buffs Tire has always provided me with excellent service. They are prompt, fairly priced, and honest. I once had a family member visit me from out of town, they had a small puncture in their tire. I took the vehicle to Buffs Tire and they plugged the tire for free so they could get home safely.

In my opinion regardless of where Greg and the other "Clark Tire" guys have gone, I just can't say anything negative. But when it's done right the first time no need to worry about it's not broke so don't fix it. I'm glad I got back in touch with them and some new to me folks, but I still appreciate the as per usual spot on excellent customer service as well as competitive prices and parts.

Never had anything but good service here. Buff s has never tried to sell me anything more than what I was originally there before. This is my go to tire shop for repairs, mounting & balancing, tire rotations, and oil changes. The management are honest people.

I do not recommend this place. They like to take advantage of little old ladies like my grandma. Interrupted her while she was talking, lied about fixing her issues with her van and overcharged her every single time for issues they said they fixed but didn't. Charged her $200 to rotate her tires which they did not do. Continually charged her to fix the messed up tire they sold to her and still never fixed it. Air kept leaking out and going flat and it was supposed to be all brand new tires which she paid over $400 for. Didn't listen when she was trying to communicate about her aggravation with the "work" not being done as it was supposed to be. It was like they didn't even care; they just wanted us to pay and get out as soon as possible wether the work was done right or not. Also we ended up waiting for over an hour for a tire to get patched while some workers were just standing around and other cars were going ahead of us. I know some other people had appointments but I also know some of the people they helped before us did not have appointments even though we got there first. Definitely will never be returning ever again.

Great prices on your basic auto needs (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) and extremely friendly people. I had a tire issue that they weren t able to fix, but I was able to get it fixed by another local tire shop for a fraction of the cost Buff s suggested. I don t necessarily hold it against them because they were friendly, honest, and efficient with their diagnosis, but I would have liked to have been able to have all the work done there. Either way, I ll still go back and I still think this is a very good business run by great people.
