They did a great job of replacing my old AC unit on our camper. The camper was setup at Sea Level & they came out to our site. Had issues with the new replacement, was a manufacturers flaw. They were quick to respond & resolved the issue. Would highly recommend them & work with their services again.

I can't say enough great things about everyone at Piner. They are patient with all my questions as I'm new to mobile home living, filling me in on the why and how for what I need. So far they've replaced my skirting and front door. The work done is quality first and Thomas is excellent on site. Special thanks to Frank and Jim for all the help and really good service!

After dealing with another company three different times and not comfortable with their repair or answer I called Piner Home Center. Someone came out right away. I told him my story and he agreed that the other company was wrong. As it turns out he had to take my furnace back to the shop to repair. He was kind and knowledgeable and saved the day and possibly me. Thank you!!!

Piner has replaced both rear and front doors (with storm doors) in our mobile home. All fit beautifully and workmanship is very professional. Will always use Piner and recommend them highly.

Highly impressed with Piner RV! I had them replace 12 windows, a bunch of vinyl siding and repair some interior wall damage due to moisture issues in our mobile home. Frank, Tony and their crew are top notch! I found them to be completely honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Their communication and availability to answer questions was great as well. The pricing is very reasonable for the high-level quality of work they provide. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

First time working with Piners, and really delighted! Frank and Chris and Jeff all worked to ensure our bathroom surround and pan were installed correctly as well as a shower door. The team was flexible and prompt, and the workmanship was professional! Great job and thanks!

Excellent and professional service! Frank and staff served our family well with remodeling our parents older mobile home floor and foundation (with all the repairs accompanying that) making it safe, beautiful, and livable for our family to enjoy beach getaways. We are grateful for their efficiency and courtesy. We will call on them for future services.

The staff at Piner's is particularly awesome! Excellent customer service, great pricing and they do everything they can to make sure they have what you need or figure a way to make it happen. I had some odd windows that needed to be replaced and Tony went above and beyond to figure a way to replace them. The installation guys are AWESOME! Their knowledge and experience made for an even better replacement than Icould have asked for. Their work ethic is fantastic and skills are even better. Extremely professional, courteous and just all around nice guys. They clean up behind themselves like none I have ever seen. Don't bother shopping around to find any better. Go see Frank, Tony and the rest of the crew. They ROCK!!!

Will not return calls. Been dealing with them for 3 months about a warranty issue with AC unit.August 24th : You may want to actually check your email I just sent, since you can reply here but not to the 4 emails I have sent.OH & yes I am "THAT ONE" !!

My dad Frank Harper owns this place now, I'm his 25 year old daughter Kelli Harper and if you want the best service in two counties you should come to this place. You will be treated like family here, the staff and employees will do their best to take care of your business and all that your heart might want we have or we can direct you to where you won't leave empty handed. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Stop by and let your needs be heard. Reasonable prices and safety included. You can talk to the manager Tony who will offer you excellent service and hear you out fully. This is the place to go if you want the top of noch business and to leave your home a little bit more comfortable for all the four seasons. Enjoy and have a blessed day!

The customer service there is awesome. I am a newbie to the RV world and I gained tons of knowledge just by listening to the folks there. I had several things that need attention on my RV and not only did they have the parts, but the advice on installing them as well. This will be my "go to" spot for any future needs.

Wonderful people to deal with!!! Fixed all my issues promptly and with a smile. Love dealing with honest people who do what they say they'll do and the price was very reasonable too! I'll definitely call them again with any issues I may have with my camper at the beach.

I only have one word for the company and that is AWESOME!!!!!!! I had them install my front door along with a glass storm door, They arrived at the time that I was quoted upon making the appointment. They told me everything that had to be done and how long it would take to finish the task and they were right on the money. i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY FOR ALL YOUR MODULAR/HOME NEEDS, they are highly professional/motivated organization that gets the job done right the first time around, Thank you Frank and all individuals involved with installing my front door and making it look so awesome......I will seek future workings and installations from the agency.........

Honest competent, dependable and friendly. I have been using Piner for my travel trailers for the last few years and are very pleased with the information and service they provide. I have referred friends with both fifth wheel and class A RVs for service and each one is pleased with the service and continues to use Piner.

Great service and competitive prices on product but I bought a door and they gave me everything I needed including a used window, door knob, screws, door stripping, everything for no extra charge. This was the second door I have purchased from them. Great people great business to support!!

One of the last places you can still find this trifecta Hallmark of a family owned business that is proud to put their name out front.If you can break it, they can fix it.

I spoke with Frank, the new owner, about an estimate for an outside walkway cover. He was very helpful and knew all about the codes that pertain to this project. There's so much more that they do . RV, camper, mobile home and residential building repair. Top to bottom, they can take care of your maintenance and repair needs.

Been waiting on a quote since June. Called 5+ times asking about it and there s always some excuse why they haven t gotten it. Not sure how they stay in business if they don t want to work.

Stopped by Piner today for the first time. We started at Lowe's in MHC yesterday and received zero help. We were sent to Lowe's in Cape Carteret, complete waste of time there. They refered us to Longley supply and they were also no help. They didn't even try to be helpful. We walk in to Piner's and are acknowledged immediately by Mr Tony. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He offered a solution to our plumbing issue that no one else could figure out or even try to!!! He even demonstrated to me how to install the products I purchased. Couldn't ask for better service. Tony is an absolute God send for our family today. Thank you again for your help sir!

Very helpful and quick friendly service. Frank was very calm and helpful to me while I was in the area after hurricane Florence.
