Ben and his team go the extra mile. They are honest and fair. We will not buy our vehicles from anywhere else. We have successfully purchased two vehicles and are extremely happy. You will not go wrong choosing to do business here!

I've known Julie for many years so when I was panicking over needing a new vehicle, she was the first person I reached out to. The atmosphere at Morehead Motor Company is relaxed and welcoming. They addressed our concerns and made the whole process extremely pleasant. Now I have my truck and I couldn't be happier!

This is an awesome business to buy a car from. You feel like family from the moment you walk in. Julie went above and beyond to make my purchase as easy as possible. Highly recommend stopping in to see them! I don t think I ll ever buy a vehicle from a big dealership again after this phenomenal experience I had with Morehead Motors!

I have known Paul for many years and reached out to him when my son needed a car. I didn t really have the time to research and test drive and all the other things when looking for a car. I told Paul what I was looking for and how much I could pay. He found me some options and kept his eye open to see if he found something else for us. When my son came to town, the whole staff at Morehead Motor company went above and beyond our expectations for the sale. I will be purchasing more vehicles here, not just because of the great price and selection, but because the customer service is phenomenal!

Edit.. we originally felt the staff were honest and knowledgable. We found a vehicle we wanted and ended up purchasing it.Needed AC looked at and their maintenance guys attempt at fixing actually damaged it further. Later when we took it in for service found there were several thousand dollars of work needing done just to keep it on the road. I get it its used as is but I would never sell a product in as bad of shape. We ended up having to trade it in in less than 2 years and buying another truck that was reliable. Be careful of what you are getting and have your own mechanic check out vehicles before buying.

This was the best car buying experience in my life. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, courteous & most of all quick. I didn't spend several days buying a car. From start to finish we were done in 1 1/2 hours driving away on a Saturday. After we got home one of the tires went flat and they had it replaced immediately. Very good group. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Shane; you're the best.

My husband and I have been looking for a closed in trailer for several months.We drove got to Morehead Motor Company and we both were very happy to not only see the trailer selection but one of exact measurements my husband was looking for.Julia and Shane went above and beyond for us. They were super friendly and very pleasant to work with!!I would absolutely recommend!!They have some mighty nice cars in their lot also!

We just purchased an '15 four runner from these guys. They are fantastic. Honest. They are the best place to buy any automobile. If you are looking? STOP and go by Morehead Motor Co.

If you want good people to deal with you've found your place. I know where I'm going from now on. They also have a great detail shop. In 25+ years of buying cars, I've never been able to leave a 5-star review until now. Keep up the good work! Ask for Ben - He'll take good care of you.

This place really knows how to take care of their customers. Had a bad deal at a previous dealership with our trade vehicle and they really helped us to reduce the financial burden that was impacting us by getting us into a dream vehicle. Hats off to Paul and Shane for by far the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and Paul was so easy to work with. We were able to handle everything over the phone with no question of mine left unanswered. Very happy with the value I was given for my trade in AND Paul was able to help me with financing and cut my interest rate in half!! Shane had all the paperwork ready when I arrived and I was in and out in 30 minutes. If anyone in Eastern NC is in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle I highly recommend giving these guys a shot before you make your final decision!!!!!

Always friendly and ready to help. My family and I have bought 4 cars from them. They always do an awesome job to get you what your looking for at the price you want. And if something is wrong they have no problem making it right. Clean nice cars!

This place is great! I had two other people in my life recommend I buy a car here and I'm so glad I did. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, and I got a very honest vibe from the whole experience. I'm new to car buying and this experience was great. Frank will also help you out with getting into a car, so the entire engagement is pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're new to buying a car and don't have much credit!

Mrs. Julie is the best salesperson that I have had the pleasure of helping me buy a car. She was very understanding of my price point. Flexible with my work schedule, and went the extra mile by coming to me for my test drive! Julie was very honest with questions I had. She was patient with helping me understand things I didnt know about buying a car. Please. Please. Please, if your looking to purchase a car, dont hesitate to ask for Julie at morehead motors and tell em, I sent you! You wont be a disappointed!

At first everything went great.....but after purchasing my car I have had to fix over 13 things on this car....then found out recently I was lied too, just to make a sale! I found out alot more history on my car then was told to me! I am not happy at all! Worse place to purchase a car from ever! They will be lucky I don't get a lawyer.

Excellent customer service! Works with you and gives you a beautiful detailed vehicle engine as well! Excellent selection to choose from! Fair prices as well! Highly recommended! Good credit, no credit, bad credit they will do their best to work with you and get you into something!

I received a Lexus Gx470 just close to a year ago. Put a few thousand down on the vechile. Within a month I haven't been able to drive it, while paying $600 dollars month. I couldn't even use my own vechile to see my dieing Mother! My Mother a month ago ended up at Carteret Health a month ago, I had to get a ride there. Then She went to Hospice, which I had to walk to see her. Then within a week was pronounced that she passed. I have to pick up her ashes, still not having a running vechile. This is highly unsustainable!!! Within a month I have put in over $600 dollars and still can't drive the vechile. Currently it needs another $1000 dollars to have it driveable. While paying $600 dollars a month. This vechile might look nice, but is a lemon.. Highly dissatisfied. I'm requesting that someone reaches out to me momentarily

Purchased my 07 Mustang from here.. I was told the check engine light was on due to it showing a shift sensor code part was already on order.. When part was installed still no reverse. Shane made sure i hade something to drive while my car was being fixed.. They didnt have to fix my car as i purchased it as is no warranty.. The car was made right and i picked it up yesterday.. Not many used car lots would go above and beyond the way Morehead Motors did.. The mechanic had me up and driving in no time.. Thanks again guys for all yaw did

I was just in morehead motor company, they offered me a price over the phone with minor defects of the vehicle known to the dealer. They were well aware I had to drive 3 hours to look at a specific vehicle. When I got there, I test drove the truck, they took off 5500 they price they offered for my car with the known defects. Big scam. I drove just down the road to the Ford dealer ship where they offered me 5000 more than morehead motor company did. No excuse for that b.s I ll take my money elsewhere and I did. I m happy with my purchase from lookout Ford.

Just purchased a BMW convertible by trading in a Jeep!! The BMW is so much fun and a lot better gas mileage. Morehead Motors was so great to deal with I went back and bought a 2015 Lexus. The Lexus is a great car. It had low mileage and I got it for a great price. Loved doing business with Paul and Brian. Both were so helpful. I would recommend Morehead Motors to anyone needing a great used car!!!!

Have purchased several cars from Morehead Motors and their other locations. They are very personable, helpful and make it easy to do business with them. If they don t have what you are looking for, they will find it for you! I feel like they are family and will continue doing business with them when I am in need of a vehicle! Great customer service! I cant rave about this place enough! It's the ONLY place I trust to work on my car.I never worry about being over charged.I never worry that they will claim something is broken when it's not. If they find anything that needs fixed that was unforeseeable, they call first! They do good work at good prices.This is where you want to go if you want your car fixed right the first time.
