We recently inquired about a Camaro that was on their lot. Upon entering the building We received the best customer service .Rusell was amazing as our Salesman, Sam was great with his skills and got us the best deal we were looking for.Steve carefully went over all the financial part and answered all of our questions. The professional and Friendly Team took care us and treated us like family . Great job guys !!!

The man who helped us at Kurtis Chevrolet, Steve, was really great and we appreciate his awesome attitude and knowledge about the SUVs we looked at. He was new to the location but has been an experienced seller for years and it shows. I personally loved the laid back energy and how he did not pressure us into buying. Steve deserves all five stars!

My first time experience purchasing a vehicle from Kurtis Chevrolet was a positive one. This dealership has excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a wide selection of vehicles. I had the pleasure of speaking to Chris B, who assisted in a smooth purchasing process and patiently answered all of my inquiries. Even though I did not live near the area, it was definitely worth the commute. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Honestly.Not great. Brought truck in for basic service and a rear end rebuild.Got a call that the truck was done, but the tech had problems starting. When I went to pick it up, one of the service managers brought it out and asked if it always took awhile to stsrt. I said no. As they should of known when I brought it in.Had to get truck back because I had a load to deliver next day in Missouri.Got my truck returned to me with a faulty fuel filter housing and trailer brake system does not work. Shannon, my advisor was great. But the tech, I don't know about him.

Spoke to Jeff the service manager for some information on my ram truck due to the negligence of the local ram dealer. Jeff was extremely helpful and didn t stop at anything less than the answers I was looking for. The customer relations and communication and assistance is absolutely flawless from numerous encounters with Kurtis.Thankful for the help.

My service rep Alan carpenter was amazing as always. He was able to provided the best service for my cars continuous issues. He got me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, and kept me informed of my repair status. Upon completion he thoroughly explained what was done.

I purchased my Cadillac XT5 back in May from Kurtis. My experience was great. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. There was a delay getting my refund back from my trade, that I didn t deposit on the car purchased. But, I eventually got the money, had to wait for the check to clear from First Flight. I didn t understand that since I was the customer and that s a large institution.I had my Cadillac serviced for the first time on March 7th and the service department was exceptional. All were very helpful and informative.The March 22nd appointment was for my son s truck. (He s in college so it s easier for me, the semi-retired one, to get work done. Lol!) Decided I d bring it there since my experience was so good with my car. Again, great service; everyone was very helpful. They also worked me in last minute greatly appreciated!Thanks!!Karen Harrell-Tosto

The WORST car salesman I've ever encountered. It was a Friday afternoon, wife and I was looking to upgrade due to us having another kid. Salesman never asked why we wanted to upgrade, giggled when negotiating, and clearly wasn't properly trained at all. This place clearly lacks leadership and sales training. Went to jacksonville and got a great deal right away. Stay away from this place.

I called the service department on 12/20/2023 while out and about doing last minute shopping. Although I wanted an appointment while out (I ve been having a little trouble with my vehicle for a while) but I didn t expect to get on at the last minute. Well, I did. They took care of the problem, the wait time was minimal, but more importantly, it was the curtesy over the over the phone as well as in person. Happy holidays indeed. Stress free experience.

I was told at check in that an oil change on my 2021 Chevy Colorado diesel was $99.00. That is a lot for an oil change but I was there and said, OK. When it was time to check out, I was informed that the price had gone up and it was actually 139.99. I got an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection and it cost $199 and change. This is extremely excessive.

The Service Pro, Alan Carpenter, made getting my tires as easy as possible. He priced several options for me and got me scheduled within three days. The shuttled driver was very personable, and I always enjoy my short ride from the dealership to my office with him. Every aspect of my service was friendly and efficient.

The entire dealership and the employees that were there upon my arrival were very welcoming and accommodating. They had the vehicle in stock and it was ready for delivery upon my arrival. The car was clean and filled with fuel. The sales rep was not available due to a prior commitment and this sale was made over the phone and internet. The person who demonstrated the car was knowledgeable and helpful making good suggestions along the way. He helped with OnStar set up, Satellite radio setup, etc. He demonstrated safety features and owners manual with me, and explained and showed me the service department area. I appreciate his hard work to help his fellow teammates. This told me a lot about the dealership and the fraternity the employees have with one another. The sales manager was through and explained everything in detail and the process was quick and smooth. The Finance manager had most of the paperwork ready with the exception of the prepaid plan for service which I purchased. He demonstrated the value of each of the products. Overall I am very pleased with Kurtis Chevrolet in Morehead City, as they treated me professionally and gave me the best deal out of 4 other dealers from Shallotte, NC all the way to Wake Forest, NC. I will be using Kurtis Chevrolet for service appointments.

Paid $800 for them to fix a $130 part and get an oil change. Then came home to realize they didn t even mount the battery properly and the computer was flopping around on top of it. Went back to have them fix it, and they zip tied the computer instead of putting the original bolt in and didn t even properly mount the battery. They originally quoted us $1150 for spark plugs as well. The receptionist was very rude on the phone, but the sales rep was patient enough. Very unsatisfied, very unhappy and I hope someone reaches out to fix this. I ll never take my vehicle back here. This place was more unprofessional than a no name garage and this is supposed to be a dealership. Crooks plain and simple. Adding on one week later : I ve been trying to call and every time Jason Lily is in a meeting or not in even in the middle of the day. This was my third attempt. I will be coming over there when I am back if I do not receive a call back today. Edit:Called for a fourth time this morning to see you re in a meeting again and I m about to call for a fifth time.

So pleased with my experience at this dealership. I bought my outlander sport about a month ago from Chris. He and Sam (sales manager) made the entire transaction very easy. I came by to get my brakes looked at and Thomas was very professional and helped me get it taken care of. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you gentlemen for superb customer service!

Went in looking for a newer used car and they got me in a brand new Trax for a few dollars more. Great service, not pushy. Will be sending more business their way. The Trax is impressive. A lot of vehicle for the price.

Where do I begin. My car was there and fixed for two weeks but they wouldn t get back to me about the discount they told me I would get. The reason for the promised discount was because I had taken my car there for the same issue once or twice before and one time they couldn t find the issue and the other time their service department employee told me that one issue was related to another and they had fixed it. Turns out it wasn t fixed, and the issues were totally separate. So when I took it back again most recently, I paid for the service again. So I basically paid twice for what I was told was already fixed. To clarify, the manager of the service department assured me they were separate issues and that I had been misinformed and that he was sorry. He knocked $100 off the price of service, and I still spent almost $500 bucks. I felt as though since THEIR DEPARTMENT was the ones who miscommunicated with me, they shouldn t make the customer feel like they ve had to double pay due to a mistake in communication on THEIR end. Not to mention the major inconvenience of them not getting back to me when they said they would several times, having no loaner car for me to use while they tried to fix mine AGAIN, and me having to find a car to use and borrow for 2 extra weeks (plus the 2 week it took them to fix it in the first place for a total of almost a whole month without my car) while it was fixed and they wouldn t communicate back to me about the cost. Apparently they guy who was originally helping me went on vacation without closing out some of his clients. The whole experience was just really unfortunate and I expected them to do a lot more to make it right than $100 off. Furthermore, I m a repeat customer who s bought 2 cars from them in the past. Never had a problem with the sales department but because of the service department experience I ve dealt with for 3 years now, I m not going to be able to go back for service or purchase or be able to recommend Kurtis Chevy to anyone ever again. Really disappointed.
