Chris Sr./Jr. know Yamaha outboards better than anyone in this area. My father was a customer of his when Burleson first got started back 15 plus years ago.We bought a 17 Bateau in 2016 from Bill Rixey and had Burleson rig my existing engine on the new hull. I put over 1,000 hours on that vessel, until I sold the boat in 2021. Exceptional service from Bill Rixey and Burleson throughout that entire build and sales process.I had Burleson rig and do the initial start up in November of 20 on my Yamaha F300 s on my Onslow 27. Now, I m sitting at almost 3,000 hours of trouble free hours on the best engines Yamaha has ever built. Sales and service are top notch!

Burleson Marine is nothing short of first class. Chris and Lisa were awesome providing great service and excellent communication in a timely manner. I had two new Yamahas installed on a 2004 catamaran. I highly recommend Burleson Marine

Trying to be fair with my review. I feel like I was overcharged here for the service I received. I had done half the diagnostic work but couldn t exactly figure out my problem. They said it took three hours to check three coil packs, replace one with a used part, and check my CDI. They determined it was the CDI which is what I told them I thought it was when I dropped the boat off. I gave three stars instead of two because they did not charge me for the used part and did a good job of buttoning everything back up so I could finish the job. Time to complete the job and communication was also fair.

Over the years, I have worked with numerous dealers and vendors in the marine industry and I am extremely impressed with the team at Burleson. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Awesome customer service! Just purchased a boat from these guy's. They made the shopping experience a very easy laid back experience. The salesman Bill R., is a very knowledgeable about what he does. Bill was a BIG help in every step of the transaction. It's great to still see there is actually a company that knows Customer Service!!
