I have to give them a 5 star review! They were great! The location was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and hard working. The reason I have to give 5 stars is because I cracked my phone screen last night and needed it fixed. I was at Batteries+ a little after 9:30 AM and my phone was ready by 11:30 AM. Same day service for a screen replacement. It was a lot faster than going out of town or calling for an insurance replacement.

Absolutely fantastic folks. Went in with a broken IPAD screen and needed it back quickly. Christopher (beyond knowledgeable and very personable) told us he would do His best to get it done same day. By 2 pm he called and had it ready. I again was impressed with his knowledge, I challenge you to find an item in the store that he is not totally familiar with. You won't be able to! Great level of service and friendly conversation made it an enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend this store any more highly.

I had a cracked screen on my phone repaired. Chris, the store manager, was very knowledgeable about the workings of my phone and took the time to make sure everything was in good order before I left the store. Friendly and quick service. A busy store!

Chris and her team were so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to quickly take my son's phone that was in need of repair and get a response back to us on what to do. Chris provided understanding and suggestions for how to move forward. So happy to have a place like this near us!

I was waited on by the Morehead City, NC store manager. First off she called when my online order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store she help me with the proper battery selection for my needs with a wealth of product knowledge. I told her my two visits there were one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had.

I purchased AA batteries online and registered for an account.Immediately after that, someone from the local store called me and said we have a better deal here in the store that costs less than your online order; would you like to cancel the order and get the deal in the store?Now that is great customer service!

Came in with an iPhone 12 that would no longer charge wirelessly or via lightning port and in no longer than 24 hrs i received my phone, just as new. Professionals here and quality work, 10/10 recommend

Lost my keys after being in the UK for a month. Ordered this key fob off Amazon. It arrived sooner than expected. Took it to the local Batteries+ and store manager, Chris, got it programed super fast. Works great!Saved a ton of money. A local locksmith was going to charge me close to $300 for what I paid $150 for.

Very satisfied with my watch battery replacement service at the Morehead City location. Super friendly staff member replaced battery while I waited. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks, Batteries Plus!!

Made appointment on line for iPhone repair. Wound up having battery replaced on second phone as well. Total time approximately one hour. Outstanding service. Reasonably priced.

Ordered a key in the store for a 4 runner. After waiting several weeks called and was told key ready. Went into store with vehicle and key and they discovered key was "not made right." Had to reorder. Waited several more weeks. Never heard anything so called and was told key "was sent to wrong place and we never received. Will get another ordered." Waited few more weeks went into store to check and after some looking around employee found they key and said "This must be it." Unfortunately, I did not have vehicle with me that day. Had to return today with vehicle was told by individual working could not program key today because he was only one there. Never told specific days needed to come. Actually was told could program "anytime." No other customers in store at the time. We would need to return AGAIN. Asked for refund. What I find even more troubling is not one time has there been a "sorry for inconvenience" customer service statement and never received any of the promised phone calls when key arrived.

Ordered a second key for my car, every other place i called was unable to get it or much more expensive. My order cam in quickly and only took a few minutes to cut and program. Price was $20 to $30 cheaper than other places I contacted. Great experience and highly recommended

iPhone 10s battery died & fried my screen in the process. Verizon( big kudos to them)took a look & referred me to Batteries Plus Bulbs. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, Ms. Chris Little, manager, assessed the issue, worked some kind of by pass around a motherboard issue with the camera,installed a new battery & screen & had me fixed up within a couple of hours. $250 price tag much cheaper than a new phone! Besides that- this store has lots of other great items like personal fans,cool flashlights & LED bulbs, phone cases, car audio adapters & a wall of batteries large & small. Great place!

Excellent customer service, great communication, friendly staff. I will be back again for sure. I had a screen repair for my phone, I had the item shipped over night for only $25.00. My phone was repaired in one hour. Amazing experience.

Prices are by and large, reasonable. Service needs a better link up with on line site for making appointments. Mine was never forwarded to the local store. Replacement battery for my Samsung phone works slightly better than my original did after 4 years of service. Did learn some good techniques for extending battery life. Prices on rechargeable solar light batteries was competitive with on line pricing. Overall, a good experience (except for your on line reservations).

Took my phone in to have my shattered screen fixed. Made an appointment online which gave me a $10 off coupon. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had my screen fixed and replaced the battery in less than 45 minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Service and employee was excellent. I was able to make an appointment for a phone repair and the job was done swiftly and on time. Employees where competent and knowledgeable. Price was fair and I found that they had other services and products of interest.

We had a shattered screen on one of our phones and found batteries plus online. It was 6:30pm when we walked through the door to see what could be done, assuming we would have to leave the phone so it could be sent out for repair. We were floored by the amazing customer service Chris provided....she replaced my husband s screen within 45 minutes!!! Not only was her customer service good, she was knowledgeable about so much! The cost was so very reasonable, too! Thanks Chris!

I'm shopping for new batteries for my boat that's now my son in law's. The manager was amazing in her understanding of the separate battery application in a Marine use. The House batteries to operate all 12V DC fixtures. All lights, the toilet and the gas supply to the stove. The other battery is a high cranking engine starting battery. We also found an excellent supplier with knowledge!

Well, as things happen, been struggling on decision to repair an old S7edge. After the S22 Ultra dlr delayed till 1apr, decided to bite bullet. Referred to the MoreheadCity store. Went online, verified part availabe and set appt - excited it WAS a very smooth process. Show up, told screen NOT in stock. BUMMED!!! The online process SO slick I was expecting the repair to go like clockwork, rats! Chris, the Mgr, said she called - hey, but my phone screen is broken! ***Suggestion for them nxt time, call AND text!*** Chris QUICKLY asked a few questions and determined when S7e screen could arrive and we settled on an acceptable time for repair. Store seemed very organized and well kept. I decided at this point, since Chris offered acceptable options and good store reviews I will spend TOO MUCH on an old phone repair just to carry me over. Here's to knocking on wood the repair will turn out as positive as how Chris managed a BUMMED out customer! We shall see ~

Very knowledgeable, and helpful staff at Morehead City N.C. store. Will buy my batteries there from now on. Had what i needed in stock and was cheaper then Interstate batteries and all other local stores. Had to get a commercial 8D 12 volt battery for my boat was a Duralast the quality was better then all i looked at had threaded caps instead of snap on. I would highly recommend any to try this store before any other's.

I am updating my original review as I have been contacted by the store to resolve the issue with the bulb. Thank youPurchased a led bulb to replace in my rv. Worked for a few days then just intermittently. Replaced with a different brand 4 days ago, have had no problem. Returned for credit as it was $10.00. I was told even though I had the receipt would not credit me without package. Since it did work for the first few days I did not see the need to keep the package.
