I recently purchased a brand new Pontoon from Jeremy and Wayne. I got a decent price and all of my questions answered. It was an exceptional experience in customer service, especially when I got a heads up on boat slip availability coming up. Living in Hickory, I would gladly travel to Moravian Falls again to deal with these guys.

Most boat dealerships have the mindset that since they are the "authorized" dealer for a brand, you don't have to have customer service. This dealership is very different. I was treated with respect and courtesy like the good old days of retail. Even though 3 hours away, this dealership will have my business.

These guys know what there doing here with very reasonable prices and very nice boats. They can order boats for you as well. Stop in and check them out to get the boat that's gonna make you happy this summer.

I took my boat here back in the summer and the mechanic told me i had bad compression. That was the reason it would not idle. Charged me 125.00 and did not try to fix. So i went somewhere else to find out that it was the carburetor. Look any where but this place folks.

They never answer their phones ,I drove to their establishment while on the phone trying to reach them and they were there ,phone still ringing this place is a joke.

Called and called finally someone picked up, and no one was there so they couldn t rent me a kayak till later said they was gonna call me back. Never got a call back. Took my business to cooks!

Went out there to get help installing rubber propeller in water pump housing, took them less than a minute, where we battled it for hours, we just didn't no the way to do it! Heard the expression, there's more ways than one to skin a cat?
