Very RUDE staff member (the old guy)!!!! I won't go back because of his degrading attitude towards me. He doesn't need to be working with the public. No customer service skills whatsoever! He was rude when he first walked up to my window...gruff and absolutely no greeting. After the service was over he said "I don't really care what kind of oil you put in your car", but never explained what kind the car should have. Keep in mind here I am a paying customer!!!!

Always great service and with the amount of cars the staff maintains a reasonable time frame between cars. Alot of respect for their hard work to take care of the customers.

Very quick, all the guys there are awesome and on it for you. It's not super cheap, but you can always find coupons online. Also, I went full synthetic so I could go for 7500 miles before the next change.Paying a little more works out to be less expensive for the extra miles you get. I would return if in the area again and due to change.To note, I sat in line at Express Oil change around the corner with nothing moving/happening for 15 mins so I bailed, came here and I was next service within 10 mins.

Entered the store, not one member of the bowlcut crew approached to ask what I m there for. There were about 6 employees and 2 cars. Be better

They did not check my battery or lights. I won't come back to this location I have been to better locations. I love Valvolone oil for my car. I will visit another location

Bunch of jerks, guy was super condescending because I checked my own oil in front of him after he did an oil change. Also, huge rip off for a tiny 4-cyllinder engine.

First and last time using this service. Almost $80 before the $10 coupon for a oil change. The young man that did my oil change literally was on his phone for most of my visit. Checked my air filter, showed me my oil dipstick and was done. Didn't check my tires or any other fluids. Don't think it was worth the money. When there are so many small shops that pay more attention to detail and for less money.

This is a great location to have your oil changed. Easy to get to off the highway, very friendly, capable, and knowledgeable staff. Their service is quick and well done. The prices are very affordable. The service center is very clean and well kept. They clearly have your best interest at heart. They are not pushy at all. They know their stuff, and I will be going here for all my oil change and car registration inspection needs. They're awesome!Service: Oil change

Not a fan, when here today and it 95 dollars for an oil change. They don t have oil prices listed. I get it about quarts of oil however you need to explain it better.

Very deceptive with synthetic oil changes!! They put a sticker to get the oil changed after 3000 miles even though you pay more for synthetic to go longer between oil changes. They don't tell the customer either that it can go longer. Way over priced $100 for an oil change and it wasn't even itemized Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Just finished an oil change at this location. I was here many months ago and had a better experience. This time, today, after telling them I was there for an oil change . They proceeded to begin and completed the service without asking me which oil I wanted. Automatically charged me full synthetic. They did not check tire pressure, or reset engine light. Did not check engine air filter. I know it s really hot outside and the guys are just trying to get through the day, but the service given leaves a customer a little uncomfortable and hoping that no additional corners were cut in the servicing that I m unaware of. I don t think I can confidently return or recommend this location any longer

The gentleman (blonde) who talked with me about my options was patient and took time to explain what they meant. The gentleman (tall) who guided me in and out and talked to me a bit was friendly and wore a smile. We have actually been going to this location for years and will continue to go there.

For a least 6 years- I always come here to get my oil change. They are polite, courteous, and fast. I m always in and out and if I have to wait in line for a little while well then that s saying they are busy for the right reasons. 1st time coming and had someone skip me in line after they had to re direct traffic and told the staff they did nothing about it then notified the Manger with no results occurring from it so if you don't mind having your time wasted I would definitely advise going here. As for me my time is my most valuable asset someone or multiple people should definitely loose their job as a result of the outcome to this situation as nothing was done to compensate for my time wasted. I drove up yesterday to get an oil change and have never felt ruder customer service in my life. I was appalled. It was so bad I drove off before they even got to my oil change. This bleach blonde Eminem looking punk comes up to my car with a disgusted look on his face, looks right at me and says "what do you want?" In a rude tone. I was so caught off guard of his rude attitude that I drove off. I've gone to Valvoline for years, and I am done now. Find better workers, cause this is not ok.

I mean the guys knew what to do right off the rip even reminded me of the oil change reset on my equinox. Tipped the whole crew 20$. Hope these guys make good money per hour. If not i beed to talk to the boss!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

"CSR" was a total a**hole. Yesterday's visit was the same so his grumpy attitude/personality was not a fluke. All the other guys are pleasant and good to work with. Charged me for the other lane (too busy being bossy/grumpy to pay attention to his job) which shut down the workflow and 2 cars that were ready to go had to sit and wait for a correction. He sent another worker to tell me a call to the manager was needed to fix the mistake. My $15 coupon was applied to my "corrected" invoice as $14.25. Slaps a sticker in the window. Interrupts a conversation with the nice guy that was tasked to deliver the news of the mistake and shoves paperwork through the window. Saw him treating others (customers and employees) with same rudeness and disrespect. The invoice says CSR "Danny" and Manager "Brett". Who knows - no one wearing a name tag. No one needs to pay for this kind of treatment. I don't owe you anything just because you came to work. I'm the reason you have a job. My patronage pays your bills. The experience has always been positive in the past until this one worker shows up and it's downhill. One bad apple can spoil to whole income stream. At yesterday's visit, they pulled filters to check them. Today they had extra time while the billing error was fixed and nobody pulled a filter. Due to the billing error, my contact info along with the other car's was exchanged on a credit invoice. What a fiasco. All from one "CSR".Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change and state inspection done. They were extremely busy! They got everything done for me in under an hour. Very professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend them and will use them for future visits.

Wanted to sell me everything. Social skills could use a boost. Arguing with a customer at my opened window next to me. Very uncomfortable. Customer and employees all screaming at each other.
