I've always had great service from these folks. I called and got a quote on tires for my car and the price didn't change when i came to pick it up, which is more than i can say for some shops around here. Tires made my car ride and handle better than new, along with the alignment made a very happy set of customers. I do ask of my own maintenance, but it's good to know great shops like this still exist. Great work, honest people and good pricing. Keep up the great work y'all!

These guys are Fast, Fair, and Friendly! I had some Tires Mounted & Balance on a Brand New Set of Wheels I Order and They Take Pride in installing My Tires on for me. No Scratches on My New Rims! Thank you Very Much!

I purchased this beauty from Treadz in Mooresville, NC.Purchasing this baby was such a pleasure.It's a family run business that gives you the feel of genuine caring. No pressure, no sales pitches, no run around or double talk. The vehicle was as described with no hidden surprises, (only good ones!).The owners are an amazing couple that work with you and make you feel as if they were helping out a loved one of their own. They are truly caring , warm and good hearted folks that want to see you walk away happy, not just make a sale.I have dealt with other car dealers that smile in your face but make you feel like they are rummaging through your pockets as they are smiling at you. This experience had that old time feel of honesty and integrity not greed. They went over the vehicle and made sure any repairs necessary(older model) were taken care of before they would allow it to leave the lot. The way it should be!I highly recommend them if you need a vehicle that is reliable or if you are in need of knowledgeable, trustworthy car repairs. They will take the time to help you make a decision that is right for you not one that is right for them. We all need more businesses that care about their customers as they do. 5 stars?... Heck, I'd give them 10!

Stopped in this morning to scope out a few vehicles i was interested in purchasing. They look great from a distance however, when I got closer they were dented and scratched. No big deal, other than one looked like it had literally be stabbed. The tires were terrible on the ones I looked at and the interiors definitely wasn t clean. One had dirty napkins all over it, the other had a gas station drink cup still in it. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They obviously don t care about cleaning the cars, so I can t trust them to take care of them enough to sell me a good one.

Exceptional customer service. The owners made us feel like family. They are thorough and make sure you understand the options available to you. We felt appreciated and well taken care of. I would recommend anyone to Treadz for not only vehicle repairs but also for the purchase of a vehicle. They make it all stress free and fair.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Went to discount tires and they refused to mount my tire because of the size. Looked online found Treadz they mounted the tire then told me thier techs noticed a coolant leak. I went and looked and thought my water pump was bad. Had my vehicle towed there and they told me it was a hose only. They are fair and they do a great job. I was prepared to pay for a water pump job and thermostat. They now are my go to shop for anything I need done on my vehicle. You guys are good people

Amazing customer service... Gave me a dollar for the vending machine when I had a hungry toddler as a walk in, seems like a small gesture but it was HUGE. You don't get fast friendly customer service like this anymore. Will recommend to everyone and will be coming here for all of my tire needs

Thanks for what you have done for me. These are some of the best people that I have dealt with. They are very friendly, nice, and curtious people that I know they are good and reasonable. I will continue to drive to them from Statesville for them to work on all my vehicles. From now till the end of time. Thanks again for the great job y'all have done for me.

I came to the shop with limited time bald tires and a wife that was getting ready to go on a long road trip. These guys jump on the job immediately and busted their rears to get my wife down the road safely and on time. Tread has my business from here on out! Highly highly reccommended!!

I really can't express my absolute gratitude of the Treadz family business, I find myself in tears just typing up this review for them wishing I could let everyone in the iredell county area know about how amazing these people are. In my absolute lowest and desperate hour they saved me and we're able to provide me with not only true honest professional advice (both mechanically & personal too) on my personal vehicle which unfortunately is no longer with me, but thanks to Vickie, Jim and Jesse I drove away with a frankly brand new vehicle today in absolute joy !!! I owe Treadz so much which is why I am from this day forth a loyal customer and look forward to many years of experience with Treadz LLC. #1 RECOMMENDED AUTO MECHANIC/ TRADE & SALE/ DETAIL Etc.. these guys are able to do so much and so fairly priced, customer service is the absolute best I've ever had. !!

Over 2k in repairs and the initial problem wasn't solved. Over 4 months of waiting. Replaced everything he told me he needed to replace. Currently waiting on a part that he had to warranty out with no eta .
