I used Tint Solutions LLC for my automobile and my home. They are extremely knowledgeable; turns out the young man who tinted my car has been doing this for more than 25 years. He did an awesome job on my car; love my tint job!! The guys who came to my house were very efficient; they were in and out in no time. I just bought this house and had all new flooring put in, and they took extra care to protect my floors and cleaned up everything before leaving. If you are considering having your car or home tinted, call these guys, you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks for everything!!!

These guys do great work! Quality-oriented and professional with a focus on customer satisfaction. They tinted my house windows and I have enjoyed a cooler home this summer with lower electric bills. I have also seen several commercial offices they completed and the difference is amazing!

These guys we're exceptionally nice, efficient, and professional. They had my car in the day I called, and finished faster than expected. The window tint looks great. I'll be recommending this business to everyone in th area.

You are ALWAYS looking at and through your vehicle tint: Therefore, its important you pick the right installer with a quality product. Brandon has now done all of my cars & truck - his work is impeccable!

Staff was very knowledgable about their products and very helpful. Had one minor spot on one of my windows that I asked about and with out hesitation they immediatley corrected it the following day. This is about the 5th car I have had my windows tinted on and would highly recommend the shop.

My recent experience was amazing. I will admit, I have OCD when it comes to glass. Yes - I'm the guy that has to have his phone screen protector perfect. No bubbles, aligned perfectly, etc.Let's just say Darrin went above & beyond to make sure I was 110% happy. He was very patient with me and respected my OCD tint quality standards. One example I'd like to share is I noticed a scratch after cleaning my windows (5-7 days after my tint job). I told Darrin and without hesitation he told me to bring it by the shop. After arriving I showed him the scratch and after looking at it he told me it wasn't the tint film, it was the window itself. Yes - the window was scratched. I honestly didn't want to believe him or the fact my brand new car window was scratched. So Darrin took off my tint (one window), and showed me the scratch on the window. Sure enough my window was slightly scratch. Darrin then reapplied new tint only to show me the same scratch he told me wouldn't go away. Didn't charge me a dime because Tint Solutions in Mooresville isn't satisfied until their customer is satisfied.Can't say enough about my car tint experience and the top service Darrin offered me.

Great service. Friendly staff. And the tint was perfect. Love that they give you options on different kinds of tint. Drive an hour for them and still saved money vs doing it locally.

Second appointment in two weeks that was cancelled on me without notice. Taking business else where, wish I would have read reviews before I wasted my time....as obviously keeping appointments seems to be a problem.

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service - don't expect them to keep appointments or communicate. I called to make an appointment days in advance, showed up at the time of the appointment and the office was closed. Called and left a voicemail and have not heard back days later. Absolutely disgraceful.

Very professional and quick. Recommend the ceramic film for anyone considering it, a ton of heat reduction over the standard carbon film. Thanks guys!

So far I have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone at this place during business hours. I have also left a message during business hours. I'm beginning to think the employees have died.
