This place is a total rip off. Run away from this place. I got the car in on Wednesday to get the coolant leak on my 2014 bmw 528i x drive checked . I also asked them to look drive belt as it s worn and any other items that need to be worked. These people here are not your average experts who are confident about dealing with the cars. They are very under confident and told me they couldn t do the work which felt deceptive at the first. That s when the real story begins. I took the car back from them on Wednesday at 6 pm right when they close. There was a brake light warning on the car that popped up on the car while driving the car back. I called them first thing the next morning and told the new guy in customer service John about the same thing. This new guy John rather seems to be interested in arguing with me than looking at what caused the actual problem and didn t care to ask the mechanic who took my rear tires off. He refused to check with the mechanic and said he didn t want to work on my car anymore. I did not drive the car on Friday and, on Saturday when I looked at the right rear suspension, to my surprise, my suspension went bad. The car almost is leaning in on right rear side and the entire suspension is gone. I realized the brake light that popped when I drove my car back on Wednesday was because of the suspension going bad and couldn t get enough time to look at the car as it was their closing time already as I got there at 6pm to get the vehicle back and I had to drive back.I texted them the immediate moment about the same thing and when I called them on Monday John picks up the call again and when I asked him about the suspension he starts lying about not taking the rear tires offf and says only the front tires were taken off. I have the report with me( attached here ) and I ve also attached the pictures of my car with the suspension. These people have stolen my suspension and fitted me with the suspension which has gone bad that they have. Mind you these people steal parts off of your vehicle and put 3rd grade parts when you come here for complimentary check. I wish I could give 0 stars for this horrible experience. The guy on phone John claims to have spoken with Carlos when I called him Monday morning. Carlos seems to be doing business in a shady way here. He doesn t answer his customers. They don t want to enquire who worked on my car. When I first came in, they told me they don t do tires. If that s the case they shouldn t even touch the rear tires. If they still do take my tires out, they must at least put it back properly. I feel like I ve been cheated by coming here looking at reviews. Believe me your original BMW parts will be stolen by the shady people working here and they don t even wanna take responsibility for any kind of work they do your car. In ages I ve never experienced as worst as this. These people are total Scam. I still don t understand why the guy on the phone John doesn t want to do any repairs even after I say I m going to pay how much ever it is gonna cost. They really messed up my car. It s not driving straight. I could feel every bump on the road hit me. This is terrible. Don t ever get your car to this place if you care for your vehicle and like for it to be in good condition. I repeat your parts will be stolen and cheap parts will be fitted if you get your car here even for an inspection. Beware of this place. Never ever visit this place.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job on my Ford F-250. The work was as quoted and on time. Carlos even called after a few days just to make sure that everything met my expectations. Customer Service like that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Autocare!

Absolutely Awesome! Carlos is a Rock Star!!! He replaced an alternator in a minutes notice....The part went bad, and he did it again, in another minute, without charging me!!! Quick and easy. Carlos was very helpful and even encouraged me to check if my insurance included free roadside assistance for towing. Fair pricing as far as I know and was able to get my car running again in a couple days.

Carlos and John took great care of me at Rock Solid. I was sent photos and a list of all the items that they looked at. They had to replace a couple of filters which they cleared with me first. I highly recommend them, great service!

Great service. I bring my car to Rock Solid for oil changes, and I appreciate how Carlos lets me know what needs to be done and gives me a realistic timeline on said repairs. It helps to know what I have time on and what needs to get done right away.

I ve known Carlos for almost 15 years now and was so excited when he opened his own business shortly after my previous local automotive expert retired. It is really important for me to know and trust someone in the automotive industry to take care of my vehicles since I m so dependent on personal forms of transportation in this suburban community. I took my F-Pace to Rock Solid Auto after Jaguar told me I was only having a coolant censor issue which clearly wasnt true since my engine over heating warning came on. In a couple of hours Rock Solid Auto found 4 coolant leaks that Jaguar missed. Not only did they fix it in 2 days but Carlos showed my the damaged parts and walked me through the findings. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The only place I am willing to take my car for repairs now.

I brought my BMW in for Vehicle inspection knowing there was a check engine light on that would need to be diagnosed. Also I needed the drains for the sunroof unclogged. The check engine issue required extend diagnostics to find the issue. Once determined I received the repair quote and authorized the repair. Rock Solid was responsive, the repairs were performed expertly, they cleaned the engine and auto. I was very pleased with the experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Carlos and his team did an amazingly quick CV axle replacement on my van while we were in town on vacation and had a failure. I ve had Rock Solid work on both my Range Rover and Jaguar and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. Having a reputable and experienced service and repair shop around the corner is a blessing. Not only is the closest RR/Jag dealership an hour away, booking service is usually a month or more out and often requires waiting while the car is being serviced. Rock Solid was able to fit us in within 24 hours and we had the cars back in less than 48 hours. My sister and I have matching LR Discovery Sports. I scheduled a service to have my AC looked at. I was immediately impressed with the availability. They were able to schedule me in a matter of days, whereas Land Rover couldn t see me for at least a month. When the appointment came, my sister s truck actually experienced an issue that was draining the battery. I spoke with Carlos and he was willing to swap appointments, seeing my sister s more urgent issue first. He then told me to bring my vehicle in once my sister s car was complete and they would work me in. My sister s car took about a week to complete, which was impressive in my opinion and they worked on my car immediately afterwards. That took roughly a week as well. Both of us now have our cars back and they are working perfectly. It s still not time for either of our Land Rover appointments, by the way! Rock Solid has two satisfied customers from SC who don t mind making the drive for their level of care. Thank you!

As always, Carlos did a great job on the car. They are always kind and courteous, fair priced, quality work, honest, and within the time window I was advised of. The Honda dealership told me the timing belt (and water pump) needed to be replaced. I took it to Rock Solid and they advised me that the timing belt only had 20k miles on it and was good for at least another 80k miles.
