Never would I think that buying from a very known dealership that I would have the issues I have had. I purchased a brand new 2024 2500 HD custom in October. I have had nothing but issues since the day I went to purchase. Not to mention my dad purchased the same truck to only have issues as well. Fast forward to January 2nd I dropped my truck off for a scheduled appointment for remote start as I was gifted for Christmas. I was called later after dropping it off only to have to go back and pick up due to problems to return the next day. Since than my truck has been wiped electronically during programming, damaged the front body. Now I have been called as my truck has been hit on there property by a wrecker. Two weeks later I m still driving a rental as I was told sorry . I have tried to get them to buy the truck back but they have said they can not or would at the what price the truck sits now. This will now go on my car fax as this brand new truck is devalued due to them. I would recommend anyone to never due business with them as it could be you dealing with this problem in the future. If there was a negative star I would be choosing it as this company does not even deserve one star.

Signed papers and gave down payment on vehicle 11/17/2023. They hadn t inspected yet though and said it d take a day or two. I still didn t have the car a week later and left voicemail for general manager.Finally call got to pick up the car and went 11/25/2023, but I had felt a problem when driving it. Turns out Power steering was shot and it wasn t safe to drive, but they were saying it was!Spoke to General manager about the situation but he kept interrupting me, talking over me, raising his voice at me, and more. When I mentioned this was beginning to look like deception, which was against FTC he jumped from his chair and full out yelled at me, you can take your money back and we ll forget the deal . That s what I ended up doing.I included a couple pictures of the used vehicle I was trying to buy.Buyer beware

I am not happy at all!!!!! I was home sick and was in able to come, I had my husband take my truck to the quick lube for a 8 am appointment in Friday Mar 29 visit was quick and service was done but when he returned home there were bad scratches on my drivers door. We called back and my husband spoke to a Josh because Robin was not answering or returning our call he said he would have to check the video and call us back. He did call back said he was not sure but his guy that may be able to fix it would be in on Tuesday that was Apr 2, we made plans to take off work to be there and asked about getting a loaner so we could work. He called back after we had to call Josh he stated we could not do Tuesday may be the next week that would be Apr 9. Now he says nope that day is not good either and he would call us back by Friday Apr 5 and let us know what to do. No call today. I am now really mad and upset that this has happened. I take care of my truck and would appreciate it that when I take it to the same dealership for 9 years that would be treated like it was there truck and not come back with scratches. I can't just take time off at the drop of a hat because I work too.4-9-24As of today my issue has been addressed to my satisfaction and am happy with the outcome. Josh and Robin took the time to resolve our issue. Josh did go over and above to make sure that we were pleased and to make sure we would continue being customers as we will. I want to Thank all with resolving this issue.

Dean was an awesome salesman from beginning to end! He had the car transferred over from a different location, and he also had It transferred to a different location closer to my home after I made the purchase! Highly recommend Dean as a salesman to work with at Randy Marion. Great salesman and great quality of cars.

Bought 2021 Silverado. Day one engine light came on. Sent text to salesman he said it was because we just put fuel in it. Truck still had factory warranty. So wasn t overly concerned. Took it to another dealer to fix issues. Been there for 3 weeks. They have replaced part after part and engine light still on. Called Randy Marion and unable to return truck. Never deal with Randy Marion dealerships.

Doing long distance transactions, navigating with trust, receiving good customer service, and viewing accurate inventories, was all part of our puzzle and our needs. Randy Marion Chev Buick Cadillac was the BEST and we received straight forward, efficient, A+ Customer Service from them. We had contacted over a dozen other dealerships and salesman, and it was painful; but, what a relief and a renewal of hope in customer service to work with Randy Marion... This was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicles. My sales person Brody was excellent! I could not had a better sales person. He was very , kind , very attentive ,considerate and listen to what my needs were. There was no pressure what so ever to purchase my vehicle. The salesman my husband and I had was awesome. I had request upfront of what I did not want to take place while choosing a vehicle. Example the game of going back and forth with sales . I don t shop for a major purchase like that. Michael Butler honored my request.. In my opinion that shows the salesman values his customers shopping preferences.Michael Butler handled the sale from beginning to driving away in a new vehicleProfessionally,honestly , friendly and steps by step what was to take place next.Michael Butler made car shopping and ultimately purchasing a vehicle my choice. As a female buying the vehicle Michael Butler talked to me, explaining and asking questions to me directly and not to my husband . I recently leased a Cadillac CT4 through Randy Marion thanks to the help of Fatima. I had looked at other dealers for about 2 months, but the prices I was getting offered for leases were just not adding up (aka terrible and way too high). The Randy Marion folks are knowledgeable, easy going, and genuinely good people. I ve honestly never been to a car dealership without leaving in anger / frustration until yesterday. Excellent experience from start to finish - 2nd Chevy purchased at this dealership in 3 months. Fast, complete, accurate communication keeping me up to date on arrival of vehicle. I could not be more satisfied shopping for a new car than I am with Randy Marion in Mooresville. I would suggest asking for Bryson for your next car purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about several vehicles as we searched thru the lot.Jeff High, manager of the service dept gave me all the security I need to know my vehicle will be serviced with the utmost careBuying a car can be frustrating, and a long process but these guys gave me the confidence I needed in making my purchase.

I truly want my local Chevy dealer to be my dealer of choice. But, I am done with Randy Marion. I went to buy a used truck and the online price was not the price I was given when I came in to look at the car, so I didn t buy a car from them. Now, I was going to try them out for warranty service. I took my truck in and after I checked in they told me that it would take 3-4 days to diagnose (not fix just diagnose) a touch screen issue. Called Parks Chevy - Huntersville and I will be diagnosed in less than 4 hours! I am officially giving up on Randy Marion and I gave them numerous chances!

We had a great experience purchasing our new car at Randy Marion in Mooresville. They were several thousand dollars less than any of the other dealers we looked at, and the staff worked with us to get to a deal. They even stayed late to detail our new car. This was least pushy car buying experience I've ever had, and I'm sure we will be back the next time we're in the market for a new car.

Wonderful experience. They know their business and do an excellent job. If you want good quality vehicles, knowledgeable and caring sales people and no shady practices, give them a try. Just do Not be gullible like me and buy the warrantee because not even dealerships will accept it and you can lose all the money you pay for it and get nothing you can use in exchange.

****update**** Almost a year later, still not fixed ****update at 18 months**** Still not fixedStill not fixedThey deleted my first one star review and now won t return calls. They broke the nav screen on the telluride we purchased between the time we signed and when it was delivered. Had my wife drive all the way up there even after we sent pictures to make sure it was really damaged. The salesman even confirmed it wasn t like this when we signed for it. All we get is well it s not our problem. 0 stars is more appropriate

I received a message stating if I had any issues to reach out to the dealership. I called and was told that I would get a call from the manager. It has been more than a week and I haven t received a call yet. I had an extra charge on my bill that was not disclosed by the mechanic and they also didn t change my sticker to show when my next oil change should be. I took it to someone else to make sure the oil was actually changed and to get a sticker. The lady at the front desk was the best part of my experience. I think her name was Karen. She was nice, funny, and very attentive.

I purchased a used vehicle from Randy Marion Chevrolet. My salesman, Nathan, made this the easiest and smoothest experience I ve ever had buying a car. And I ve bought many! He s a straight shooter, which I value tremendously. Hands down, he s one of the best and I would go to him again when buying even though this dealership is almost 2 hours from my home.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from this dealership. I had to wait 3 hours for an inspection and was told it would take 15 minutes plus 30 minutes for them to take stickers off. Everytime I tried to call to address this and receive compensation, it was always don t worry we will take care of it or I d leave a voicemail that never got answered. Absolutely terrible service and I have picture proof where my new vehicle had a tire that was doomed from the start, and I had to purchase a new one at Sam s Club for an additional 200. I find it extremely insulting that although I have picture proof with DATE TIMESTAMPS, as well as text logs confirming what happened, that nobody will do a single thing for me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND DO NOT REFER YOUR FRIENDS HERE. You can if you want but I had to speak my mind as well as the incident that I had.

Brooke Cabral went above and beyond for me. I was looking for a particular color (Midnight Blue) and once one arrived to the dealership she called me. That s excellent service. She also sent me pictures of my baby (Tahoe) after she was washed , black bow ties added and a little tint to the windows. Broke made me feel as if I was actually a person , not someone just wanted to buy a vehicle and make a great commission. The whole Randy Marion team makes you feel like your a part of there family. I purchased my first vehicle from them(Equinox) and had the same experience with the purchase of that one. That s why when needing a Tahoe I went start back to Randy Marion. Thank you Brooke for making my vehicle shopping experience so wonderful.

My in-laws purchased a car from this dealership and the "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of the wrong monthly bills and total fees. The financial advisor didn't even catch the error until we reviewed the issue the next day. My in laws went back to the dealership to fix the issue and didn't even get apology for the mistake! Totally unprofessional even when the Sales professional said they went through two verification to ensure the document and down payment was filled in correctly. Their processing needs to be double checked and audited for accuracy.

It took 3.5 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation. The rep also attempted to charge me for my oil change even though it was my first service since purchasing my vehicle. I explained to rep that I had only just purchased the vehicle 4 months prior but rep proceeded to charge me until sales department could provide proof of my purchase

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Brody at the Chevy dealership! He truly made the process of trading in our Volkswagen for a new Chevy Traverse an absolute delight. Brody's kindness and friendly demeanor created a fantastic and fun atmosphere throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond by meticulously showcasing all the incredible features of the car, ensuring that we were well-informed before driving off with our new Chevy Traverse. The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I would advise avoiding Randy Marion at all costs.I took my truck in to be inspected for some simple warranty fixes, being that it's still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. (Mind you I bought my truck from this same dealership.) Over the course of 4 weeks, I have made a trip to this dealership 3 times to inquire about the progress and scheduling of repairs. I was actually told once that they "completely forgot". Makes sense because I haven't received a phone call, text, email, nothing. 4 weeks. Complete incompetence to customer service."Commitment to providing excellent services to our customers is the main pillar on which our ethics are built." You can find this quote on their website. If you ask me, they aren't committed to providing any kind of service. I never leave reviews about anything, but I felt compelled to leave this one. Hopefully it will save someone the headache and disappointment I've been dealing with. Take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE else!
