I contacted PCM of NC to get a email tune for my 2014 Corvette after installing a A&A supercharger. The part of the country where I live the closest reliable tuner is 8 hrs away round trip plus he wanted me to leave my Corvette for a few days. With the help of PCM of NC my Corvette is running really great. I highly recommend them. All emails were quickly replied and turn around times from data logs to new tunes was in less than 24 hrs. Fast emails great service from PCM of NC makes them the best choice. I'm a happy customer you could be too just email them..

You honestly won't find a better shop! I've been through a lot of builds with a lot of shops stretching from here to California and I have to say PCM is hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had. Kelly, Mark, and the whole crew are extremely knowledgeable and on the off chance that one of them doesn t know something or aren't 100% sure, they tell you that and then find someone who does. I have a 2015 Camaro SS (LS3) that received a supercharger, cam, and other misc. bolt-ons, followed by a tune. The important thing to note here is that I was doing the install and they were doing the tune. Anytime I have EVER built a car where I did the install as opposed to the shop doing everything, previous shops were typically always hesitant to reply or just simply didn't want to help. In all fairness, I do understand that sharing your knowledge with a customer doesn't necessarily pay the bills but I was in search of a new local "home" shop and bought as many parts as I could through them... and will obviously continue to do so.I especially can't thank Mark enough for all his efforts and putting up with my barrage of questions. I was very specific in what I wanted out of this build; a streetable, reliable, supercharged Camaro that could put down 600 rwhp without running meth and wasn't a pain in the a** to drive... we hit that plus some with final numbers coming in at 686 rwhp and 612 ft/lbs of torque. I feel like I put Mark through the ringer and probably asked a billion questions in a million emails and he always got back to me with HONEST AND REALISTIC options and recommendations that I am very grateful for. I have a lot of hard earned money invested in this car and funds are a little tighter than they used to be now that I have a family to support so it had to be done right on the first try because if it breaks, it's going to stay broke for a lot longer than I want it to.At the end of the day, the customer service and quality of work from PCM is second to none. I never felt like they weren't looking out for my best interest in helping me hit my goal with the build and I couldn't be happier with the results. They re great at what they do, they care, and they have certainly earned my business going forward!Thanks PCM!Service: Auto engine tuning

Just recently got a tune for a 4.2 vortex inline6Very pleased also they updated the PCM before turning and it fixed a intermittent problem I was having with reduced engine when cold out the best part now I have traction issues

Had a 100% positive experience with PCM of NC! Did an AFM/DOD delete on my 2012 Silverado. Shipped the ECM on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived back to me Thursday morning. Had several questions for their staff and they answered all of them quickly and thoroughly both over the phone and by email. Thank you!!

These are great people to do business with I had a email tune done on my 2011 camaro. After having two other people and myself try to get this car driving right these guys nailed it down it just two tune files. Car has a decent sized cam for a street car and it drives so close to stock if not for the idel you wouldn't even know it was camed. If your on the fence about working with these guys just do it you will not regret it.Service: Auto engine tuning

Ordered an electric fan conversion harness for my truck. Got immediate notification that there was about a 1-2 week lead time on making them because of supplier issues. Contacted support to make sure I was ordering the correct harness and they responded quickly via email. Part arrived yesterday(only 5 days since I ordered). Awesome service and part installed without issue. I was replacing an already installed, sub-par harness, so I didn't need to follow the instructions closely, but the instructions included were detailed and easy to follow from what I saw. Thanks again and I will definitely look here first before making any future purchases for my vehicle.Service: Electrical

I'm from the UK but I own a 2014 Camaro SS and the support over here is pretty much zero so for things such as tuning its a better idea to use someone in the USA that works on these cars day in/day out.After being bitten by a usa tuning scammer (see my other reviews) a few years ago I did quite lot of research to find a company in the USA that had good reputation, the more I researched PCM of NC, the more impressed I was and after a few emails with Kelly explaining my situation I decided to let PCM of NC tune my car via hp tuners.My Camaro is the auto L99 with only 16k, I got a BTR stage 2 cam kit deleting the vvt and DOD, ls7 lifters, che trunnions, 3 bolt pulley, ls2 dogbone tensioner, dual valve springs, k&n, long tube headers, no cats.Once I did the work, I paid pcm of nc my cash and within a day I had a good basemap. After about 6 revisions the car was dialed in. Great power, great idle, drives so smooth, shifts fasterI really can't thank PCM of NC enough for their great service, communication and skills, absolutely brilliant company to deal with and hopefully I'll be back in touch with them in the next year or so when I supercharge.Service: Auto engine tuning

Installed electric cool fans in my trailblazer. These guys made me one and had it shipped out fast. Easy to install with the provided instructions. Had a few too many questions from start to finish and Kelly is who helped me with evert question I had. Keep up the great work!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. I work in the automotive industry and was blown away by the excellent communication and customer service. My car spent several weeks with them getting a twin turbo kit, fuel system, clutch and PCM custom cam. I can't say enough about the tune, the drivability is absolutely incredible. The wait was a few months to get it into their shop, but honestly after seeing the quality of work I'm surprised it wasn't longer. A+ Company and employees.

Did an amazing job with my truck. Haven't gotten to enjoy it much on the 8 hr drive home. The men and women there were very friendly when we showed up and helpful explaining everything they did. I waited a good amount of time for a slot, for the work. But as with everything quality over quantity. Would definitely return for more work. Thanks again!

Please note PCM of NC's reply and added images to show their dishonesty and deception. You know it's not good, when they can't stop lying.PCM of NC treats customer vehicles like garbage. After dropping off a 2013 Corvette 427, it was there for 5 days. After picking vehicle up, it was found to have deep scratches in the hood, an oily substance smeared on the hood, fender, and windshield. The car was wiped off making scratches, and hand prints scratching vehicle. PCM of NC claimed to have reviewed 5 days of video in 1 1/2 hours and that nothing happened there, and they are not responsible. Since posting on Facebook many others have posted that they've had bad experiences with them as well. I would no longer recommend them for anything. Not trustworthy at all in my opinion.As you can see by PCM of NC's reply, they are dishonest. They lie constantly.They replied that the car was picked up on a bright and sunny day. It was rainy and dreary. The car wasn't test driven when picked up, because of this FACT. It was only backed into an enclosed trailer, and winched in backwards, IMMEDIATELY. See the Moorseville newspaper image for Dec. 4th, the Friday afternoon that the car was picked up.They say that they weren't contacted for three days after the vehicle was picked up. That's true, but they are misrepresenting why. The car was picked up Friday. I didn't arrive home until the evening, and didn't unload the car until the next day. PCM of NC is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I had to wait until Monday to call them BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT OPEN TO CONTACT THEM FOR THREE DAYS.PCM of NC told me that the catch can puked oil while the car was on the dyno. The car does not have a catch can, and there isn't even a trace of oil in the engine bay, anywhere, from any componant.Service: Auto engine tuning

VERY satisfied with this operation. Definitely worth screaming from the rooftop about. Had a nice informative conversation with Mark over the phone about reprogramming an ECU. Decoded to stop in to drop it off and he offered to do it while I waited. Spent 20 min there and was done. Fair price, nice guys, helpful, friendly, everything you look for in a quality firm. Awesome experience with educational staff! Brought them my 2017 Chevy Silverado that I lifted 15 and installed a set of 40 inch tires on. Corrected my shift points as well as the speedometer and it s back to functioning the way it should with this new setup. Very please with the results and they were VERY fair on the price. Highly recommended to do business with on a GM tuning!

Ordered an Email tune from PCM on a Sunday night and had it by Monday morning first thing! Great turn around time and the car ran great almost emediatly. Tune revisions also sent in a very timely matter. Overall very happy with the tuning and service. PCM of NC performed a tune for my PCM after doing a few engine mods on my 2000 z28. I mailed it out and had it back just ask quick as the mail moved. The car ran fantastic! Of course I wanted to make more power so I had PCM of NC install a new cam and had the engine dyno d. In the end I went from the stock 305 HP to about 450 HP. Now the car runs REALLY GOOD! No other shop will be doing any work on my z28. I found exactly what I was looking for here. Mark and Kelly provide excellent service and really cared about achieving the results I was looking for.
