Had to come in to get a part I had no idea about. Tiffany worked with me and got me taken care of asap. She is so kind and really cares about the customers. This girl knows her stuff! All companies need employees like Tiffany. I will def be back and I will recommend her and O'Reillys to everyone!

They had 1 of the 2 heater hoses that I needed (better than the competition).Update 1: somehow they can get parts to the store same day, so they got me 8 exhaust valves and at a reasonable price! They may be my new go-to auto parts store!

Always have the best deals as far as a parts service store goes. Got me radiator cap which was easy cheaper than a few other places. Will be back of course

I came in needing a wiper blade replacement, I ended up needing to replace both. However, I still managed to pay less than I was planning on paying for one. (I paid around $26 and drive a small Toyota for reference.)The gentleman helping me was exceedingly helpful and kind. He even put the new blades on for me. I would absolutely shop here again.

Came in for a bad battery. Carson replaced it right away on site. Excellent customer service on his part! Made the whole experience enjoyable. Compliments to Carson--he's the best!

Friendly staff, good sale prices, and well stocked. Clean and organized store and very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Got what I needed spent less than I thought I would, and got good advice from the sales guy there. Wasn't just blowing smoke, and took the time to find the tight options for me at the right price.

Went in today to get my battery checked out due to the cold weather straining it. They have an amazing team with Todd assistant manger going above and beyond to help me. Unlike Autozone down the street they were able to take the battery out and recharge it for me. So happy I was able to work with them today. I will be going there from now on for any auto parts.

O'Reilly's is my "GO TO" auto parts store! I went in with a brake light issue and as always, Justin and the crew helped me find and order the correct parts for my 92 dodge ram b250. I am disabled and I just got out of the hospital the previous Friday for a heart catheter procedure and your employee's are always compassionate as well as professional. I've never had a negative experience in the 3 years I have been going to your location on hwy 150 east mooresville nc.

I needed a rear wiper for my SUV; o stopped at another Auto Parts store, they didn't have it in stock, so decided to try O'Reilly, they had the part and also installed it! I was very impressed. Good service.

Hi there Google Gang, it's yo Boi BiggHall. I stopped by to get some replacement bulbs,(interior) and the cashier or store manager was very helpful and professional.. Facial coverings are required.. I had a great visit with store staff and will continue to visit as often as I can.. Thank you guys..

My husband and I had a flat tire while we were in the store and we do a lot of business there so we thought surely some one would help us. The gentleman at the cash register said sorry we don't have air but showed us a fix a flat can which we purchased but which turned out to be faulty. THERE WERE ABOUT 4 GUYS IN THE STORE BUT NOBODY ATTEMPTED TO HELP US AND THEN I LOOKED UP AND A LOVELY BRUNETTE LADY WAS STANDING OVER US AND SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CHARGE AND BROUGHT A 12 VOLT COMPRESSOR THAT PLUGS INTO THE LIGHTER AND MY HUSBUAND bought a at tire plug kit and she pumped up our tire and we were on our way. I am just sorry I didn't get her name because nobody else offered to help us. I just know it was on Friday afternoon at about 2pm. Somebody please give this lady a raise.

Called and was told they had very specific parts, drive 30mins to get there and they don't have them and never got that phone call, redialed in the parking lot and watched them answer the phone and talk to me again......I'm done. Never shopping at this location again. That's blatantly lying to people and wasting an hour of my life and gas.

I walked in and asked for a battery that needed to be installed in my Suburban. Young man helped me, installed my new battery and I was gone in 15 minutes. Outstanding service.
