I have no comments of Mooresville Ford. The sales and service departments are polite, courtesy and mannerly. We wouldn t go any were else to purchase a vehicle. Just keep up the good work as always.

After many years of outstanding service from the Mooresville Ford Family My Wife and I were reminded that there is no record of a single REVIEW on file from us. This Family; over the years, have purchased more than Six vehicles from the Mooresville Ford Dealership. Much of the services required for our vehicles including, oil changes, repairs, annual inspections and on two occasions major restoration after accidents. We just Keep On coming Back. We are guilty of not submitting formal reviews for all of our needs because we wrongly assumed that our personal face to face Thank You s and our Faithfulness attested to our commitment to Mooresville Ford unless it was for something that could not be done our Family Ford Dealership. We apologize for our shortcomings.

Brought both of my sons Ford Mavericks in for service. Price discrepancy both times. Service advisor is not the issue. The sticker shows 5w 30 full synthetic for both. The paperwork show 5w 20 billed at a higher rate on one and 5w 30 at a lower rate on the other. The only response I get is that they will not charge me the additional amount after I already paid. I really did want to have my service for my sons vehicles done here. I guess it s only warranty work for this place from here on out.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance
