Beyond expectations is all that I can say. I brought in my new Tesla to be Ceramic coated and window tinted. Bob met me over the weekend at a time that was convenient for me, even though it was outside of their operating hours. I really appreciated that since I was coming from a bit away.The work was done on time and under budget, and I was absolutely blown away with how much my car shines. It looks FANTASTIC! Even better than when I picked it up from the showroom. I just washed it for the first time and the dirt and water just rinses right off.I am so glad I took my car to Lustra Detailing. It will look amazing for years to come.

Absolute quality work and I couldn t be happier. Bob and his team took my new car and made it look even better than the day I drove it off the lot. No more swirling/scratches and the paint is now properly protected and looks like glass! Bob was awesome and answered all of my questions even well after the job was completed. Pure class! The paint on my Yukon was starting to show some wear not to mention I had parked it at the edge of my drive way so my arrogation had sprayed the passenger side. Lustra Detailing / Ceramic Pro did a phenomenal job bringing the paint back to life! I highly recommend! The first picture is what the paint looked like, the photos after are the final results. Very satisfied customer!

I can't say enough about these guys. When I got my Jeep the swirl marks in the black paint stuck out like a sore thumb. Searched companies in the area and came across Lustra and all their 5-star reviews. Ended up calling and speaking with Bob. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and explained the different packages they offer. I decided to go with the Ceramic Pro Ion and couldn't be happier with the outcome.Not only were they very accommodating with my schedule but they completed the detail when they said they would and did an amazing job. My Jeep now looks like it just came off the showroom floor. 20/10 - highly recommend.

Bob and his crew did a great job with our new car. We chose the Ultimate Armor package and the car was perfect when we picked it up. But our positive experience went beyond the results. Bob was cordial, professional and explained in detail the process that our car went through. We would recommend Lustra Detailing to anyone that wants the best for their car.

Bob and his team are the best. I contacted him through the website form. They were quick to respond and even text me. We scheduled a time for the following week. I dropped my car off, and the next time I saw it, I got a brand new car! Bob did a truly amazing job on my vehicle. I got the Ultimate Ion package. It was totally worth it. My four year old vehicle looks brand new. The interior is brought back to life. I couldn t be more thrilled. Bob is great at what he does! You are in great hands with him!

Did an incredible job, i couldnt be more happy, definitely the best there is out there! I got a ceramic coating around my car to protect the paint while going to the mountains and it just makes it look like a completely different vehicle

We can see why they have have all 5 star ratings. Committed to quality work and customer care. Don t buy dealer new car products, bring your vehicle here. They will take good care of it at a fair and reasonable price. Bob runs a top notch business.

I found Lustra on Facebook when googling Ceramic Coating professionals and reached out to one more local to me in Charlotte area but they wanted more money for paint correction even though it was already included on their website in the gold package so I called Lustra and Bob answered and was super friendly and answered all my questions and I scheduled the appointment to get it done right there. The Gold Package with the interior package and I m certain this car now looks better than it did from the manufacturer. They got out all the swirl marks and polished the wheels too. I m so impressed with the quality of work and precision. I will definitely refer everybody I know to Bob and his team! Excellent job. Car has never looked better! Thanks again Bob and Lustra Team!

This team s service was beyond expectations. I have a 2020 Defender (all black) and had no idea the damage to the surface that I had after years of well water washing. The typical ceramic coating job turned into a nightmare project, but Lustra dedicated themselves and their time to restoring her perfect showroom condition again. I am so honored they took the level of pride in my SUVs transformation. Highly recommend this company to anyone that loves their vehicle.

Bob is very knowledgeable, takes time to go through the whole process from start to finish and cares about his customer's experience. The team did a fantastic job getting my cars paint looking better than the day I picked it up at the dealer and also applied the silver package ceramic coating with the interior package to my 22 Audi SQ5 and I couldn't be happier. It s refreshing to work with a local business that still cares! I had ceramic done on my truck in 2022. After a year plus of drive thru car washes there are no swirl marks and the paint looks brand new. I had an issue with a neighbor s sprinklers leaving water spots on my truck. These guys not only corrected it but did so at a significant discount. Highly recommend is an understatement

I choose Ceramic Pro Morresville because of all the high end cars and boats that Bob had done and put on Facebook. He was excellent. My car had swirl marks from a car wash and many clear coat scratches. He got just about all of them out!!!! I mean you could use my car as a mirror when he got done and applied the Ceramic coatings to it. I gave him 5-stars because my car never looked this good. I am amazed at the quality of work. DO NOT take your care to anyone else. Bob and ceramic pro is the real deal! Bob I can t think you enough for my beautiful 2019 Mustang GT Premium!!! Bob and his crew did an AMAZING job on my 2021 Charger! Bob was super helpful and answered every question I had. I got the gold package and the interior done. The workmanship was flawless and she looked 100x better than when I left the dealership. The attention to detail is astounding. I was actually speechless when I picked her up! Bob the owner and his crew are amazing. They exceeded my expectations and their professionalism is 2nd to none. I brought in my BMW X3 M FOR THE WORKS. Once they we re done I was amazed my vehicle looked amazing, actually it was better than when I bought it from the dealer. Thy are very courteous and extremely attentive to your vehicles needs. I found Lustra via a Google search for Ceramic Pro near me, Located in Mooresville, Lustra's owner Bob seemingly cares as much about my car as I did! I selected the Gold/Lifetime 5-coat ceramic application as well as the interior package. At $1800, I was all-in! My car is a brand new Lexus LC 500, so selecting the "best" was an easy choice. From the get-go Bob took the time to explain his process and the products used to me in as much detail as I wanted. I stopped in multiple times along the 5-day process (less time for fewer coats) and Bob was happy to greet me each time. The end result is astounding. Not "bullet" proof, but darn near dirt proof! A permanent shell on every surface, inside and out with a stunning mirror like finish. I could not be happier with my investment!

I cannot say enough about how lucky I am to have found Bob at Lustra to work on my boat. He took the care to listen and spend countless hours and I mean countless hours to make my 23 deck boat look as good as the day I picked it up. He s truly passionate about the work he does and it comes through. Bob is now part of my team ( those few resources I will go back to over time ) and I highly recommend. He s a wealth of knowledge about boating in general and an expert in care. I am honored to have him work in my boat; and he will be the only individual to ever do so. I ll setup a standing appointment with him to get me ready for the season each year. Just cannot say enough about his work, skills and commitment to absolute perfection and customer satisfaction.

I chose to bring my Lexus to Bob because of the Google reviews I read. Bob did not disappoint! My car was in dire need of detailing and Bob explained the process and time he takes to not only make it shine but to protect the paint. The car looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. I couldn't be any more satisfied with Bob's work. He is a true master at his craft and you can tell he takes great pride in his work and has a deep passion for what he does. Phenomenal job! I looked up for a place to do PPF and ceramic coating and Lustra came up. Took my 2022 Audi E-Tron to Bob. I can not say enough about the professionalism and kindness we recieved. We went there to talk about my car and Bob explained everything he would do. Showed us on cars he had in shop. It was great to physically see someones work and have an honest conversation. We walk out impressed and very comfortable with letting him protect our car. I highly recommend before you go anywhere else you make this your one stop PPF and Ceramic coating place. I am so impressed with how my car looks, and will not go anywhere else.
