I arrived 50 min before close. I was trying to get an oil change on a 2018 f150 platinum. Nothing major, no craziness that might happen at closing. It just seems like I can never make it to one of those places after work because they close at 530.I saw 1 mechanic scratching his head with and older truck. No other customers were on site so this was obviously a drop off. The other mechanics didn't seem to be doing anything.I asked nicely, I said please. I told him I just get off at weird times and can barely make it there. And they didn't close until 7:00 everybody else had long been closed.A very nicely told me no that his guys were busy. He could "try" to get me an appointment the next day.I hate saying anything negative. Perhaps I don't know all the details. But I can definitely read people. This one read like the same story I've heard over and over again "I'm not trying to do anything new right before closing".Lucky I found a place down the road a bit open until 8pm. Better, hours, Better pricing and overall a Better experience.No matter what you drive. If it's late and you're in need. Go to Randy Marion Quick lube just down 150. The guys at Firestone are just to busy.

I have been a loyal customer of Firestone for over 20 years. I call the location in Mooresville my personal favorite. I have always been treated well, given direct directions on my vehicle and scheduling my appointment is always convenient. I appreciate all the mechanics and take them donuts when I can to show how much I trust and appreciate them. Thank you!!

Went in for an inspection and to have my tired balanced. Turned out one of my tires had 2 nails in it which turned into 2 new tires as well.I walked out of there within 90 min and only cost around $200. Good experience

Jason showed complete attention my vehicle work needs with an enthusiastic attitude. He was extremely professional while under a lot of pressure with demands for his attention coming from all kinds of directions. I hope he is appreciated and valued as a dedicated employee. One thing that struck me was how he was quick to praise the competency of his team of mechanics during our discussion.

Our truck broke down in the middle of the night while we were still a few hours from home, but the folks at Firestone were able to look at it first thing in the morning and got us back on the road as quickly as they could! Great service and great experience.

Decent location compared to other firestones I have used. Restaurants and activities nearby as you wait. Although I did not have an appointment Jason and DeAndre were excellent to work with and provided great customer service throughout the time I was here, from 11am to 7pm. I got a free tire in the end because they did $800 of work due to misdiagnosing the main reason I came into the shop and we found out it was the tire after the work was done. Overall they got people in and out quick as they can for the services needed with both MOD keeping things quick paced and organized. Firestone might be pricey but this store is one to go to.

I went to fire stone for an oil change and they told me I also needed two tires. I said let s do it and asked if I could go ahead and pay, the guy said yes and that is what I thought he did. The young mechanic could not find the tire key to change the tires, and I told him it was in the middle console, it took 2 times and me going out there and taking it out of the middle console exactly where I said it was before he was able to get started on my tires. Once the car was ready, I went up to start the checkout process, that is when I learned the guy earlier had done a down payment rather than having me fully pay, which ended up messing up the entire checkout process and making it way longer than it needed to be. Had he of just told me I could not pay until the end I would have understood. Once I got back out to my car, I realized the mechanic did not put my tire key back in my middle compartment as I had asked him to do so, and as he assured me he would. They also did not change my sticker in my top corner window, which I will be returning tomorrow to have them change. Thankfully, a guy named DeAndre was there and helped fix every other person s errors. He was able to make the checkout process, smooth although it was long at no fault of his and was able to go in the garage and eventually find my tire key and return it to me . While doing all of this for me, he was also answering the phones and assisting people who were calling and coming up right at closing time. He apologized and gave great customer service, and he really deserves a raise. DeAndre Is the only reason why I would give this location another chance because he showed incredible customer service skills and was patient/kind about everything that went wrong even tho none of it was his fault. He was the only one who actually did anything to fix it and make it right.

Not a reliable place to get your car serviced. Got oli change done for my Merc here and next day engine oil warning started showing. Have to make another trip and staff was clueless. Front staff lacks customer service skills. During service they wrongly diagnosed one of the tire damaged needing immediate replacement, took it to discount tire and found no issues. Lost trust on their service, not going back again.

When I was checking out from a routine Oil Change - tire rotation, I asked DeAndre to find the last time I purchased tires for my other car. In the process of running down the info, DeAndre pulled out the $100 discount off $600 purchase effective in 2 days. He helped me pick out the right type and size for my SUV. He ordered them so they were there in time for the special offer.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else. I brought my car here to do a simple oil change. 47k miles on the car no issues ever with it prior to dropping it off here.Drove 5 mins down the street the car started to make a weird noise then the oil light came on and it shut off. I towed the car back to the shop and they re claiming that the drain plug is in and oil filter is there.However, there is a massive oil spill with oil dry on it right in the spot my car was in. There is oil all under my car and on the back. So I guess oil just magically leaked out of my car.Please do yourself a favor and do not put yourself in a situation like this. We now have to figure out a rental car and wait for my car to be fixed.

Been waiting 3.5 hours for a battery. They told me the wait would be one hour, after2 hours I asked how much longer it would be and they realized they didn t have the battery and it would be another 15 minutes to have it delivered, after 45 minutes I came back and still nothing, avoid this place, had I not said anything I d be here all day. These guys have no idea what they are doing, whatever you do. Don t come here. By the way I am still here

I had a 10 am weekday appt for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection while I waited in the lobby. I was told this would take no longer than an hour - which still seemed a bit long. It took them well over 2 hours to complete with no explanation for why it took so long. The people I delt with were friendly enough, but this shouldn't have taken so long, especially considering I had an appointment and it was routine maintenance. Nothing complicated.

Never coming to this store again. A year ago, I came into the store and asked if they did wiper blade insert refills for my Honda. The advisor told me that they didn t and I would need to get new wiper blades. I asked if the new wiper blades were compatible with the OEM wiper blade refills that Honda sells and if I would be able to easily slide in the refills when I needed to replace them. Service advisor advised that I would be able to use wiper blade refills on the new blades I bought. He was very wrong. You can t replace the inserts on the wiper blades they sell. Had I known this, I would have asked for the OEM wiper blades back. Now, I have spent $80 at Honda for their OEM wiper blades just so I can go back to buying my wiper blade refills which are $18 versus $50 brand new wiper blades at Firestone!!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!

The mechanic(Bob) who diagnosed and repaired the problem I was having with my brakes, was absolutely correct. The repair time estimate was very accurate.

They lie about what your car needs and also about what they have done. If you know how to verify the work they do and you know what your car needs may be OK. I am not coming back.

I called the store to confirm they could complete a safety inspection on a Custom Car they stated yes I go to the stored and they the Manager that is not a smart person states the State can't tell Him what type of inspection is required for this custom car this is after I stated a safety inspection this Manager is dumb as a box of Rock uneducated about Safety Inspection think about them putting tires are your CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$1069.08 for TWO new tires and ONE rim. PLEASE go somewhere else. I cannot believe this. ALL we needed was two tires. one rim. originally quoted at 700$ when they thought we needed two rims as well as the two tires. But two tires.. one rim less.. over $1000.. is outrageous. Thanks a lot, scammers. THANK YOU

Over torqued the oil pan bolt and almost had to replace the whole pan when I had a different shop change the oil in our car. Not the first bad experience we ve had. Constantly tries to up charge for filter swaps, fuel cleaners, and other things. Steer clear and take it to Honest One or somewhere more reliable.

My husband went to take our Cadillac xts to get it serviced and they mixed up our ticket with someone else s and luckily my husband caught it because with the problems they gave us for the wrong car we would have been paying over $700. Luckily I was on the phone with my husband while he noticed it wasn t our car s ticket because I was literally in the middle of booking the appointment. I understand people make mistakes but when my husband asked the gentleman if he could give us a break down on everything they worked on with our vehicle just to assure we got what we were paying for, he would not. He constantly said that everything was done as if we were supposed to just take his word for it. It truly sucks because we love Firestone and we just moved to this area and now we will not be returning to this location even though it s the most convenient location for us.

Had an 11AM appointment. Didn t pull the vehicle into a bay until noon. Vehicle sat for another 20 mins while the technician slowly walked in circles doing nothing. Took another 20 mins to rotate the tires. Watched them drain the oil for 30 minutes. Another 20 minutes to pour in new oil and inflate the tires. Hire people that have good work ethics! It should not take two and a half hours to do a 15 minute job!

Terrible. I ordered 4 tires online, set up my appointment, and show up on time at 7am. I was told then that my tires were not delivered yet and that I should have been called and told that but he wasn t in so he didn t. I was then told that they would be delivered that day and put on with no problem. I call later to confirm and was told by someone else that they in fact had no idea when they would arrive and she did not know why I was told I would get them done the day my appointment was. No communication and a waste of my time. All it takes is a phone call to keep business. Spend your money somewhere else

This place is horrifically bad. I recently took my company work truck to get new brakes. After about a week I realized my brakes were feeling a little soft, but didn t think anything of it. I also never really got into higher speeds, this is important. After three weeks of driving around, I finally decided to take it to another Firestone in Matthews. This shop never bled my brakes line which caused air to get in my lines. I also was concerned about my front end for shaking when I got above 60 mph. Found out they ONLY TIGHTENED 1 LUGNUT OUT OF 6. My wheel could have fallen off at any point and seriously injured someone else or myself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP EVER!!! They are extremely incompetent and DO NOT care about their customers safety.
