After being in a rear-end collision, I took my car to Kustom Koncepts per insurance claim. They are a Certified Insurance Repair location. Marley and George did an amazing job. They even addressed issues missed by the adjuster and kept the adjuster informed along the way. In the end, my car looks new again. The repair was flawless and the paint blends seamlessly with the existing coat. I highly recommend Marley and his team at Kustom Koncepts

I ve got nothing but praise for Marley and his team. First I ll say that my aftermarket bumper on my Genesis Coupe was mounted perfectly. Absolutely no corners cut. 3 days after the bumper was mounted my girlfriend wanted to surprise me by having it washed and she hit a curb by accident. I contacted Marley the following week about having it repaired. I was given a quote and we moved forward to have it repaired. When I took the car back for the repair I was greeted at the door, offered a snack and given the remote to their smart tv to watch whatever I wanted while I waited for my ride to arrive. Upon picking the car up it was obvious Marley and his team worked their magic for me again! You CANNOT tell that the bumper took any damage at all. I can t recommend Kustom Koncepts, Marley and his team enough. I look forward to returning to have the bumper painted and having some paint touch ups done on other body panels. You need paint, body or custom work done? Give them a shout. You wont regret it!

everyone from the kustom koncepts/highrokler team never fails to amaze me ! shoutout to marley specifically for taking my jeep in after a wreck , handing insurance , and getting my jeep back and better FAST !!! never did they fail to keep me updated and whenever i missed her they always made sure to send me a photo ! they made my jeep look brand new and i couldn t be happier i chose the kustom koncepts team to help me during these times !

I sent my 2020 Hyundai Sonata into Kustom Koncepts after two separate wrecks thinking my vehicle was totaled. Marley was so helpful & assured he would fix her on up for me. Not only did he beat my expectations but he nailed it keeping up with two separate insurance claims. I m in aw with the amazing job he did. I wouldn t want my car going anywhere else. Very open with communication and kept me up to date with progress. It was a great experience everything was so neat and organized. 10/10 I would highly recommend sending your car here or at least checking into it first.Before & after pictures

We went to see Marley at Kustom Koncepts after our 2023 Hyundai Palisade was damaged in an apartment fire. The vehicle had burn marks all over the paint down to the metal. Marley estimated it would take about three weeks and replacement of most of the burnt panels. Then came the fun part! Marley noted the we had put a large dragon sticker on the side of the SUV. This was going to have to be replaced also. At the same time he suggested to paint the chrome parts mat black instead. Doing this just made the SUV pop! We had also named the vehicle Trigon. He painted all of the lettering for the name along with a dragon the same mat black. This little addition made the vehicle look so much different than any other Palisade! Not only are all of the pits gone, but the paint is so glossy and clear you can swim in it! I can t imagine going anywhere else and get this kind of attention to detail. Kustom Koncepts is the place to go for your automotive paint and body work!

I needed rock chips and other paint flaws addressed on my 1966 vette, and matching the special Laguna Blue color would be a challenge, but Marley was up for the challenge. He worked and worked with the paint rep until he got a perfect match, then applied many coats of clear and got it to an amazing shine. If you want quality work, be sure to go to Kustom Koncepts.

I had marly at kustom koncepts paint my GTO. I was told 3-4 weeks and it ended up being 3 months. Then I get the car. There s holes not filled in my front bumper that were suppose to be. He told me he would sand down the whole body and get the rock chips out. He just painted over because the rock chips r showing thru. Also charged me for a rear bumper and did not put a new bumper on. He wanted the car back a few months later so his so called brother in law could wet sand and ceramic coat the car. Neither was done the car just sat there for two months with no calls or anything. I get the car back the holes r still not filled and where he touched up some paint he just globbed on there. Also huge wrinkles in the paint. I would never recommend kustom koncepts for any type of work. Marley is a huge CROOK.

Highly recommend these guys. I had to have my fender/bumper replaced due to an accident and these guys made everything super easy! Not only talking me through the process and responding immediately to any and all questions I may have had, but just the work in general. Marley matched the white paint exactly (something I never even thought about or knew about) and really took the time to make sure everything was how it should be. Beyond amazing. I couldn t be happier. They will absolutely not disappoint!!

Had an idea for my Infiniti to have a complete makeover. Talked to Marley and he knew just what I was wanting. Their work far exceeded my expectations and it feels like I have a brand new vehicle. I enjoy watching peoples heads turn to see my car.

Stay far away from this place. Paid close to $1k to have some parts painted to match my truck. No prep work was done. No sanding down. And to top it off. Didn t even apply enough paint. Lol you can still see the black. Serious scam if you ask me.

Kustom Koncepts did a great job again on Ford Raptor. 2nd time I ve had work done there. The passenger side of my truck bed was damaged due to accident I was in. Dropped my truck off Monday morning and had it back Wednesday at lunch. Couldn t have asked for better customer service, fair pricing and a quality job fixing my truck. I d definitely recommend Kustom Koncepts to anyone!
