CRM is by far the best place I ve taken my car to be fixed. It came back looking brand new!! Amazing customer service, they had it done so fast I couldn t believe it. Everyone was so nice and that says a lot coming from a car repair shop. By far the best experience I ve had. Hopefully I won t need to have it fixed again but if I do, I ll be going back to CRM

My car looked better than before I dropped it off for a dented door repair ! They deep cleaned my interior , which I was not expecting . The outside was washed and shined up , they even polished my tires . My car looks like it was never damaged in the first place . Super responsive to phone calls and let me know as soon as my car was ready . Super nice people and very easy to get an estimate and schedule the service.

Any way of giving CRM 10 stars!? They did a terrific job on the Hyundai. A great repair is kind of expected but CRM went over the top with their attention to the needs of me, the customer! You will not be disappointed with CRM, they are GREAT!

My Denali had quite a bit of damage from hitting a telephone pole. The team of people at CRM in moorsville do not miss anything. When I went to pick up my truck it actually looked better than when I bought it new. The owner, Chris and his staff Autum made me feel right at home from the start. Everyone else had month long wait time but Chris took the time to under stand my position and within 2 weeks my truck was back!!Service: Body & Trim

The guys did a great job on our Ranger truck. When we went up to get it, I had Chris look at my new Charger that someone had door dinged when we were on a trip. He polished it out so you hardly notice now. Thanks you Chris and your crew! Just wanted to send a SINCERE THANK YOU to the Team at CRM Collision and Chris Rogers. After my Father passed away, I took ownership of a 1967 Convertible Mustang that had been in our family since my Dad drove it off a car carrier himself on Christmas Eve of 1966. It has been my goal to "completely" restore the car back to new. I KNEW the ONLY place that could execute the job would be Chris at CRM. Execute THEY did...Chris and his Team went over the car thoroughly addressing any and ALL issues that a daily driver may have experienced over 53 years of use. Chris did not miss any details!!! When it came time to finalizing the color...Chris EXCEEDED any expectations I had and then some. This car came out Absolutely Amazing and I am sure there is NOT anything like this color on a Vintage 1967 Mustang.Service: Painting

I m very happy with the service and work done by Chris and his crew. They are very meticulous and ensure everything is just right before turning your car over to you. He made the entire experience as easy as possible on me, including picking my car up at my home bcuz it was difficult to drive after a deer ran into the driver s side on Halloween night. My mom and brother also rely on Chris and his team for all their auto body shop needs and are never disappointed. Highly recommended!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and the whole crew at CRM Collision Center for fixing the front end of my truck! I liked the Mad Maxx look for a week, but it got old. Chris worked with me and made the whole experience very simple and friendly. He is an honest hard working guy that makes you feel like you re at your hometown body shop. I highly recommended them!

I had wrecked the front end of my car. The insurance gave me $6100.00 to have it repaired. I let a family friend do the work, which was my 1st mistake. When I got it back it was full of orange peel in the paint and had other defects. Only the halos worked on the headlights so I couldn't drive it at night. I took it to CRM Collision, they repaired the mess from the other guys work and my Camaro looks brand new. Plus it costs about $2000 less for CRM to fix it. If I have another accident I will go to CRM. I love the work

Had an accident and went to the shop to get an estimate for the repairs. I heard great things and was recommended by my mechanic. I was told the quote will be sent to me via email on Friday afternoon, but I didn t receive it. I called Tuesday morning and was told I will get it but still nothing. I called back Wednesday and again same thing and nothing. What a waste of time and disrespect to the clients.. Just be straight and honest and tell me when I am getting it or to go find someone else!

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on the repair of my Challenger. It's the second time I've had the car there and both times have been extremely impressed. He is very detailed oriented and made the process as easy as it could be. He said "You won't get it back unless it is right" and that's exactly how I received it! You can tell he takes pride in his work, which is so refreshing in this day and time.... very professional! I've had my cars in other local shops and there is simply no comparison. Chris and the team at CRM Collision did a fantastic job on my car repair! They were quick to give me an accurate estimate and they took care of all the issues once they got into the job. Chris not only repaired my car back to its original condition, he also handled the insurance issues and the rental car approval for me! They were absolute professionals from beginning to end. I was very satisfied with CRM's body work on my 2011 Nissan Frontier.Hail damage had dents on hood and roof along with peeling paint on front fenders and they look new again.Black paint shows everything and it looks great. Truck was cleaned and tires even had tire shine applied. Great job and would definitely use again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On a recommendation from Highway Tire, i took my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 to Chris to have some body work done from a minor collision. The damage was in the left rear lower bed / fender area. When i arrived to pick up my truck, i was really, really impressed with the work. The repaired area and the paint work was flawless AND my truck was just being finished buffing, waxing the exterior and detailing the interior, something i didn't expect, again, totally impressed AND the cost was quite reasonable. If i have the occasion to need any other body or paint work i would not hesitate to call Chris and would recommend CRM Collision Center to anyone wanting quality work done on their vehicle Everyone at CRM are courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Chris and his team certainly exceed 5 stars. Just moving here from FL, I was worried about finding a good body shop to repair my Altima. This team is very professional, detailed, honest and by far, exceeded my expectations. Had repairs done on other vehicles in the past, but none of them came back looking perfect and brand new like this one did. Thank you CRM for the outstanding work that was done!!!! Highly recommend!

I recently had my 65 mustang painted by CRM collision. This is a true masterpiece!! I love the care and time spent on my car. The paint is flawless and it's a black car......one of the most difficult to paint. I would not hesitate to use them again....in fact I will always make this my first choice for collision repair or restoration. Kudos to Chris, his wife and his staff......they are exceptional in every way. Thanks guys for your expertise and patience with my project!

My minivan had a disagreement with a parking deck column and lost, leaving my van with damage to the passenger doors. I brought the van to CRM and was so glad that I did. They not only fixed my doors, but took care of other little defects in my paint that made my van look new! I highly recommend Chris and his Team. They do professional work and are true to the word customer service!

No one ever wants to have a wreck. But I can tell you from personal experience you will NEVER find a better place than CRM Collision to take your vehicle for repair! Chris and his staff will put you at ease and you will know that your vehicle will be fixed right, the first time, with the best customer service around. More importantly, you will be treated like family from the moment you walk in the door, unlike most places in this day and age. I will never take my business anywhere else as long as CRM is available. Just take your car here folks, you will be glad you did!
