Nice staff but couldn't help me with what I needed. Nice about it and apologized that they weren't comfortable inspecting bigger bikes.

I was trying to have the suspension software updated on my 1290SDGT. After waiting 6 months for them to make time to do it. I gave up and went to the KTM dealer in Monroe got it taken care in about 16 minutes and they didn t even charge me. These guys are less then 10 minutes from home. The one in Monroe is 50 minutes. I will not even bother with these guys, I will instead go to Monroe or Asheville for my needs.

Great guys, especially mechanics. Has two of my KTM's checked out here. Tell you how it is, not trying to sell you parts or recommend service that isn't needed.
