My car broke down on Friday during rush hour, and I called for a tow, which cost me $325. Now I'm not going to complain about the price because the price is the price. He has reasons for what he charges at that time of day. But when I give them my key and my car and they're towing it to the dealership, they are responsible for the safety and security of my car. I explained to the guy that the key fob would not lock the doors but that the doors could still be locked from internally. They left my car on the dealership lot unlocked and unattended. This is completely unacceptable and when I called the owner to complain, he made excuses for his driver saying that they couldn't lock the door because the key fob would not work. The key fob has an internal key that would work to unlock and lock those doors, not to mention all he had to do was push the button down on the door. The fact that the owner did not even know that key fobs having internal key is just stunning to me. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend at all.

I had a great experience using Accelerated Towing Service. It was a Saturday morning around 9:30. I don't know what the gentleman's name was that helped me, but he arrived in half the time he said he would and was very polite and professional.Overall the experience was quick and painless. Accelerated Services of Mooresville is highly professional, kind and prompt. I am a home health care provider and locked my keys in my car. The husband and wife team came within 15 minutes of my phone call and quickly got my car unlocked so I could return to my work day. I cannot recommend this amazing trustworthy company more! In the future, Accelerated Services in Mooresville will be my first call if any other auto needs arise.Service: Car lockouts

Brandon and his girlfriend were excellent! They did a great job and were extremely friendly. I called Scott (the owner) on Sunday morning and he confirmed that they would pick my truck up on Monday. Excellent service! We needed our car towed around after it died on us (on 485 at that) and both times we needed them they were quick, friendly, and very affordable. They made what was an already stressful situation way easier and we would definitely use them again (though I hope we don't have to!!!) and highly recommend! Thanks guys!

My daughter broke down on her way home from college en route to Georgia in North Carolina. A parents nightmare! her car was towed in a timely manner. Upon arrival we were greeted with professionalism, definitely would highly recommend Accelerated Services

I was very pleased with the fast service I received.Before I was able to get to where my car was with the key the driver was already there and had everything ready to get it on the roll back.My driver was extremely fast and very well mannered.If I could give it more stars I would.Would I use them again? Yes I will be calling them if I ever need a tow again.Thank you for making me feel like someone cared instead of making a quick dollar for the day.

I was really impressed by this business! I broke down on HWY 77 S and they responded very quickly even though they had other calls. They even looked at the car to see if they could find out what happened. The employees were professional, friendly and the price was reasonable!

We are driving from New York back to Georgia and our car broke down at 10pm when we were just 5 hours away from home. We called Accelerated services and Johns calm kind voice put us quickly at ease. The closest auto repair place was 41 miles away and John quoted us a fair price and said he was on his way. Then 5 mins later he called back and asked us a couple more questions about what was going on with the car and diagnosed the issue and taught us how to fix it over the phone just out of the kindness of his heart! This is one genuine guy and if he can t diagnose the problem over the phone I know he would tow your car quick and for a fair price. I thank God we called John tonight. He was a true blessing!

Starting your day with a car accident can really be awful, but I am really glad Scot and Zack came to get my car. I was treated like family! They took such care of my car (really I was super impressed) but they also took me to two auto shops (giving me helpful insight along the way, which I am so incredibly grateful for) and even took me home. I have never had such great service anywhere! This is what you call above and beyond. I can't explain how much this is appreciated. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from this company!

My car's battery had a bad cell and would not hold a charge at all. Everything on the car is electronic so there is really no way to do anything without power. The car was face in a garage, in park, with the parking brake on, and the steering locks when the car is parked. The first service that came out was able to get it into neutral, but with the brake on and the steering locked, they were still not able to move the car. They left and my insurance company tried to assign two other providers and both of them said they could not help without even coming out. Then my insurance company called Accelerated Services of Mooresville and they came out with the proper equipment to either get the car started or if that failed to put it on wheel jacks to get it out of the garage. In the end the starter they had got the car started and they were able to get it out of the garage and onto the truck (they had to use the starter again to get it off the truck because the battery had already discharged). The two gentlemen who came out were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and had the right equipment on the first visit to address the problem. Car broke down in Mt Mourne after over an hour wait still nobody showed up. I m pretty sure I read that someone could be dispatched to my location in less than 30 minutes. Thankfully my car started working again and we made it the last three miles home. I ll give two stars cause someone did answer the phone at least.

I looked my keys in the car in a very hot day. I called Accelerated Services and within minutes Scot was working to unlock my car. Fast, friendly and reasonable price. What more could you ask for!

Nasty, filthy, Said they covered broke window. Was not, had to wait on someone to come to junkie little lot and they would not take anything but cash. Wonder how that is accounted for. Had no receipt at the time. Had to call for a receipt to be emailed. Really!!!!

Today it was Scot to the rescue. We broke down on a major highway in North Carolina. Scot was on the spot very quickly, was very competent at his profession. He made sure we were safe and got us out of there right away. He towed our motor home to our required location and checked to see again if we were ok. Having a short conversation with Scot revealed he is a good businessman and family man. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. If your ever in need of his kind of services, Scot McIntosh is your man.

We had car trouble in Mooresville, NC, while passing through. It's hard finding a towing service on a Sunday, but Scot got to us quick. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a reliable tow truck service.

I needed my car towed from the GM dealership on west plaza dr. They told me that I needed to find another towing service because they in quote "Don't play ring-a-round the rosy with dealerships" Whatever that means. Totally unprofessional, would not recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The best option for 24-7 towing needs. Used them twice in less than 24 hours dealing with a flat tire and was very impressed. Support your local businesses like these folks. Right off highway 150 in Mooresville.
