Had my tires replaced here. They did a great job, tires look great, TPMS works fine, tire locks back on, and customer service, Camellia, was very friendly. Would definitely come back.

The Auto Dept was very helpful and knowledgeable about my truck. They had me in and out before i knew it which was awesome. They were really nice and courteous and friendly. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced there from now forward.

Went on an early Sunday morning to get a new tire due to just had a flat. Figured I'd get an oil change as well. Was going to have to wait until 10-10:30am for the tire due to staffing issues. Was prepared to wait. About 30ish minutes later, everything was done including the tire. So thankful for quick, kind and accurate service!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Made an appt at 7am and no one showed up so doors were locked - Sounds like Walmart needs to adjust their scheduling online and when they have employees arrive in store for customer service. Guy working at front desk was very nice.

Much improved! The lady there when I brought my car and the gentleman that checked us out were both SUPER nice! They carried on a conversation with my granddaughter...which is important in letting kids know that what they say matters. Great experience for a Walmart!

People were friendly. Service was fast and accurate and you can't beat the prices. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced along with an oil change in under an hour mid-afternoon.

We purchased a battery in May, 2021. The battery would not respond to a jump start so we took it to Walmart, Monroe where the battery was purchased. Ms. Victoria, a manager in the auto department was our point of contact. Her disposition from the outset was insolent. My wife was immediately disturbed by her unpleasant demeanor. She attached the battery to a battery meter and said we can come back in an hour and by then she could determine if the battery was bad. My wife did not agree with this but I was willing to go along with Ms. Victoria s assessment. As we were leaving my wife asked if we would get some type of receipt. Ms. Victoria said she will recognize us when we return. I took a pic of the serial number on the battery and that satisfied my wife for the moment. By the time we got to our vehicle my wife searched the battery warranty replacement policy which said nothing about having to wait an hour before a replacement is issued. I went back inside to ask Ms. Victoria for the guideline that she is following in writing. She proved to be ready to make me the problem which drew the attention of two other male employees who proceeded to insist on provoking a confrontation rather than responding to my request. I had to wait for Kyle who tried to convince me that the unwritten policy stands. It was only until the store AP arrived that made me believe was the only Walmart representative who didn t have reservation and willing to hear a loyal Walmart patron s request and could see the concern from a paying customer s point of view. It was only then that I received a satisfactory explanation that Ms. Victoria seemed to know but thought she could get away with pure narcissism on the job. She was visibly upset that management granted a reasonable explanation and replacement battery so much so, she did the best she could to throw the 30lb battery on the counter. I just want to be treated with respect.Service: Battery

Purchased 4 new tires and the guys in the auto center said their machine doesn t do 20 tires and we d have to pick up the tires and go to Indian Trail Walmart. IT Walmart said that Monroe CAN mount 20 and in fact their machine is even better than theirs, that they just didn t want to do it. Nice!

We went for tires and they did a great job installing them and the wait was short. However, the employees inside the tire center could really improve their customer service.A little friendliness goes a long way.

I used to love this place to get my cars serviced, until today. One of the lady is lack of professionalism and respect by calling people names, other than the actual name. She was very unprofessional and made me and other customers very uncomfortable by calling specific people "sweetie", that's just unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Walmart should train their stuff better because they will quickly lose customers.

I didn't even get my car worked on. I decided I will take my services elsewhere because they were extremely rude to me. I walked up at 6:20pm and they close at 7pm. I was there to ask about ordering tires and not even planning on or wanting them to work on my car. A man yelled at me with horrible manners "we are closed". He didn't even know why I was there. I just wanted to quickly find out if they had the tires I wanted. I'll buy tires from someone else. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.

I love Walmart but it's hard to get any service at the tle. Covid has really been hard on employee attendance. As a travel business owner I really need my car in great working condition. I will still recommend tle to my clients for car care before they travel!!

Have used this auto center a couple times now for oil changes. The staff has been very friendly, and the service has been fast both times. Great value for services and I plan to be back!

Good crew in this department. Have used them exclusively for oil changes for last 5 years without problem. Even when busy, service has usually been completely in less than an hour.

They don't open until noon and then won't help you unless you have an appointment. I understand that but at least answer the phone when you do try to make an appointment. I tried for three hours with no luck. Hey I have to amend my post, when I finally got through the next day they were great. I couldn't change the oilyself for what they charge

Always a headache here. Just needed a tire fixed, 2 1/2 hour wait, Because they only have like 3 people ever working. The little cashier inside acted like we bothered her, wasn't friendly at all.
