Went to multiple places after my transmission started acting up to get quotes and decided on here for the good reviews, when we went to take the pathfinder in it wouldn t even go, but this place offers local towing! So same day they towed it to the office, it was over the holidays and they were still able to get everything done quickly and efficiently, picked the car up today with the surprise of an actual better warranty than we had thought we were getting! No bad surprises, quick, friendly, efficient work done and nice people working there! I ve had new transmission put in before and would NOT recommend the shop to anyone, but THIS shop I 100% would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time here. Union Service helped with a car problem that had been a problem since August. I am very appreciative of their work at a very fair price. G was great in getting it done.

Guillermo also known as G,Done great work fixing a problem for me that a different garage created while working on my vehicle.Great work,timely and affordable.definitely recommend...DO NOT GO TO GENERAL AUTOMOTIVE ON 74 IN MONROE!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter brought her car that she only had 2 weeks. Gee helped my daughter fix an electrical problem that almost caused her car to catch on fire. He replaced her brakes. His prices were very fair. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. My wife and I are filing a Lawsuit against this business. Do yourself a favor and take your car to another shop. Several violations of North Carolina law occurred during our month long wait to get a response from Mr Gee. He lies and is desperate to make a buck. Our regular mechanic wasn t available so we tried this shop.They installed parts I never gave them permission to to install and never called me with a progress report. I finally visited the shop after 4 weeks of waiting to find out that the vehicle was not fixed and he wanted $380 for work I didn t authorize!He is eager to get your car and will offer to tow it to his shop. But he told me that to tow it back to my house there would be an additional charge. He is very crafty at avoiding questions about their pricing structure. My wife and I are on fixed incomes and decided to let the courts decide this case.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Best automotive service center in the area period! Anything that needs to be repaired to any vehicle "gas or diesel" they have you covered. Also very knowledgeable, honest technicians that you can trust at very reasonable prices.

One of the best shops in town , he is always busy so you may a have a wait if it's not something simple but he's not a big guy trying to take take take , very reasonable.. would definitely recommend

My girlfriend's car was brought in for an engine replacement,it's been 4 months and it's still not drivable. First when the work was finished the speedometer was not working, then the check engine light came on, not to mention the interior was covered in grease and oil. At this time the work is still incomplete, they're saying the battery is dead even though we were told he had been driving it all over just fine. Now the driver door panel has a massive crack and the passenger mirror is completely missing. Garbage work, overpriced and possibly thieves.Service: Engine repair

Told me I needed work done to the car that was unnecessary. And I got the car back apart was broke that was not broke when I gave it to him. When I questioned about the part told me the part was broke when I brought it in. When I threatened legal action he explained that possibly his help broke the part. Spoke to me like I was an idiot. Attempted to take advantage of me and my family. I will never return to him. Before you do business there I recommend a second opinion and watch your wallet

very very bad service and bad distr�ete , disappointed, completely suck, useless , I brought my car for alignment and replaced caliper , the mechanic told me that took 3- and 1/2, hours, and charged my 465 , dollars, unbelievable, OMG

Best in Monroe...they do it all from inspections to exhaust...tires...all mechanic work...fair prices...super friendly and they will have ur car fixed asap!!!! 100% recommended !!!
