Went to look at the EV9. Was very impressed with the vehicle and Carlos. He was very knowledgeable about the car and more. It was very refreshing that he would talk with both myself and my husband and look me in the eyes when speaking to me. A lot of men that we deal with don't do that. It was appreciated.

My wife and I went in to meet with Bernie who retired from sales however Don the sales manager made the special request available for us. He met us and shook hands the moment we walked in. We came in a little early and so he set us up with Everett Pettaway to test drive and check out the 2023 Kia Sportage EX. He was very knowledgeable on all the new technology and electronics of the car. He listened to me as a customer and didn t push his own agenda. We were able to negotiate a great deal and ended up working with Everett the whole way through. We did have the chance to meet Bernie who was also very nice and welcoming. We are very happy with our new car!

I'm rarely a fan of dealership service departments. However, I have returned multiple times to the Union County Kia Service Department exclusively due to the amazing customer service from Scott White, their Service Manager.

Super easy to make an appointment with them. Came in and everyone was so welcoming and Michael Bennett was already waiting to assist me. Everything was so smooth with the paper work. Extremely happy with my new purchase. I love my new car

I'm not crazy about going to Union County Kia because of a bad experience I had with anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers during the pandemic. HOWEVER, my recent visit for regular service was incredible thanks in part to Raquel my service manager. She did an excellent job and made me want to come back again. May I suggest that if you're ever planning to have your car serviced ask for Raquel Maynard. She is an asset to the dealership

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership recently and had a great experience with everyone I encountered. I showed interest in a vehicle in their inventory online and within minutes Anitra with sales contacted me to ask me about the vehicle I was looking for. Anitra set up a date that was convenient for me to check out the vehicle and I upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the staff at the front and was directed to my sales consultant Chris Williams. I enjoyed that Chris did not make me feel like I was being pressured to purchase a vehicle and I felt comfortable during our encounter. Chris and the manager Michael Reed were both great at providing me a hospitable experience during my purchase. Finally the finance manager Brandon Patterson ensured that I understood the terms of my loan and even beat the interest rate I was given from my personal bank. All in all I would say that the entire staff at Union County KIA are a wonderful group and I truly had a great experience during my purchase. I look forward to having my new vehicle serviced here. Thank you all.

The service director Chris Crawford is rude and disrespectful towards loyal customers. Been a customer since day one. Called to speak with him about a problem (that could or couldn't be service department fault) and immediately on the defense. I just needed to know what I should do be it tow vehicle in or drive it there, that's it! Pointing fingers, laughing at me and what I had to say on the phone. Real arrogant. We have ONLY ever used Union county Kia's service department since day one and this is how the service director treats us after all the money they've taken. We will never return..Vehicle has been taken elsewhere and we will never purchase a vehicle from Union County Kia again. Wish this would've been handled by a professional, unfortunately, we have Chris Crawford.

I appreciate all the four and five star reviews, but this is my fourth time in for the same problem, Low tire pressure light has come on for over a month. The first time I brought it in for 30,000 mile check up and was told there's nothing wrong with my tires. The light was off when I left, but within a week it came back on showing that one tire was very very low But in reality it wasn't. Brought it back and was told there was some sort of a sensor that needed to be ordered and replaced but that my tires were fine. After waiting six hours for the sensor to be replaced, I assumed the car was fine and I would have no more problems. But a couple of weeks ago the Low tire pressure light came on again, so I just brought it in for a fourth time. Previously I worked with one of the two women in the service department who were very kind and helpful. This morning the only one there is Scott. He proceeded to "mansplain" to me that the light means low tire pressure And then continue to explain what the diagram meant When I told him that I understood all of that and that's why I have brought the car in the previous three times and was told there's nothing wrong with my tires, he basically told me that the women I worked with didn't know what they were talking about. So my advice is-if you are a woman, don't bring your Kia into this dealership for service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

This morning I went to dealership to get my oil change and ask them a question about my 2017 sportage excessive oil consumption issue. When I explaining to front desk lady (she said her name is Roquel Waynard) what was going on with my car for months she did not let me finish talking and told me that my warrenty is for 60,000 miles and expired. I was surprised that she cut me off and said this with change of attitude and tone of her voice. I remained calm and asked her about 100,000 miles warrenty? She said there is extended warranty that covers another 60,000 miles and this might cover the engine issues but I have to pay out of pocket for oil consumption test on each 1000 miles and leave the car with them over night. Again she said all this with attitude and tone of her voice.I did not get oil change from this place this morning at 8am because 40 mins (one way) driving and mistreated from this place was bad experience and also I did not wanted to spend my hard working money to this location.I have two boys coming up to drive soon. I will not buy a car or get service from this location.I am writing this review with pictures because I do not wish anyone to experience what I experienced this morning. Also, I am not sure if her name is really Raquel (even though she wrote her name and signed on the paper).

I will never go anywhere else to get my Kia serviced! They were so on top of everything! They knew exactly what they were doing & I wish I got the name of the man who helped me so I can brag about him! They actually checked my car to see if everything was good to go and actually caught a couple of things that I need to keep my eye on! So thank you very much!!

I brought Lady 2 (my Kia Sorento), which I purchased a few months ago from this location, in for her first oil change. I had an appointment for service. I was greeted both immediately and warmly. My vehicle was serviced, in and out, within about 45 minutes. The service alone was worth the drive. Thank you!

I write this review after waiting a full week for a member of management to call in regards to my complaints to the service manager and his coordinating of the repairs on my car. First I dropped my car off on a Tuesday a few weeks ago was called and told by the service rep that it would be Friday at the earliest that my car would be ready and that I needed an brakes to go along with the oil change and new driver side rearview mirror. I agreed to all things that were required and stated that I would just pick the car up late Friday afternoon. I was unable to do so but never received a phone call that my car was not worked on yet. A week after I dropped the car off I showed up to the service department only to find my car had not been touched at all and according to the sales rep it would take one day for things to be repaired. After I expressed my extreme dislike of the service that was given to me she assured me it would be done that day within 4 hours. When I came back to pick up my car a few days later there was no apology from the service manager only a 10% discount for my inconvenience. I was appalled by that considering they had inconvenienced me and did not have the audacity to call in regards to why things were taking so long. When I requested more be done to satisfy my feelings of unsatisfaction I was told by the manager that there was nothing he could do. Again I waited for someone from management to call and discuss this matter but since no one has I highly don't recommend this service center, nor the dealership as they apparently don't care to lose a customer.Services: Body & Trim, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Chris Williams was the sales person who entertained me and he is the best. He told me all about the ev options and guided me through the purchase options. Though i live in Charlotte but i went to Monroe NC just because of the service and behavior of Union County Kia.Thankyou
