To show you how much I love TTS after realizing a review I posted nearly a year ago wasn't showing up I immediately took the time to write another. Joe at TTS is exactly why private businesses exist. They exist because great hard working people like Joe, want to provide great service for other hard working people. They understand what earning a dollar is like and don't want you spending it for the sake of it. I can't tell you how many times I have seen Joe tell someone the hard truth instead of just taking their money like that other transmission shop would. He has done transmission work on two of my vehicles, one auto and one manual and I couldn't of imagined a different shop working on them. His skill and knowledge goes well beyond transmissions and I'm very lucky and thankful to have found him. Name all your previous transmission shop owners that became your friend.... Here I'll make it easy for you, just one and his name is Joe! Don't waste your time taking your transmission to someone else. It's not the business you are doing business with.... It's the person. Never forget that, Joe certainly hasn't!

10 Star Service - I was referred to TTS by another mechanic. If you want the best, old fashion, excellent customer service experience go to TTS transmissions. Joe spent a lot of time explaining the issue with my car and his recommendations for the repair. He is very honest, takes pride in his business, and cares about his customers.

I am very pleased with the work Joe did on our Lexus LS 460. I had called another shop and they didn't work on Lexus, but recommended Joe at TTS. I am glad they did because he did an excellent job on our car..would give 6 stars if that was an option!Thanks Joe!

I was without a vehicle for nearly a month, shopping around for a mechanic to work on my transmission, a job we all truly dread having to ever deal with.The prices I got from various mechanics fluctuated so much that I knew, my ultimate choice would end up being with the one I would feel most comfortable with, not knowing that that person was just up the road.I found Joe and TTS, right here on Google, and made my decision to at least check him out by the many reviews I read; reading each with about as much skepticism as you might be reading this one right now, Lol. But it was enough to at least move me to the next step, and when I did, immediately, those reviews were confirmed.Not only did Joe live up to the hype, his prices were among the lowest of all the quotes I received.I ll be honest, I wish Joe did more than just transmissions, cause for sure, he d have a regular and loyal customer right here! My husband (Logan Preast) & I were very satisfied with Joe s work!! My husband s truck was causing him issues so he took it to a shop and they told him he would need a new transmission. My husband didn t feel like he did so he wanted to get a second opinion. His dad recommend Joe to him and said he was a super super nice guy. So my husband called and said the same thing. We took it to him and he kept it for a couple of weeks. He replaced a few things IN the transmission but it was NOT the transmission itself.Joe is a super nice and honest guy. I'm very happy with the work Joe did for me. When I cracked the housing in my practically new remanufactured transmission which the warranty wouldn't cover, I went to TTS and Joe was able to swap out all the new components into another housing which I had pulled out of my parts van. It turned out that the drum inside was also damaged, but no problem, Joe had another one in his inventory and he was able to complete the job in less than a day. I opted to reinstall it myself and Joe gave me some good tips as well. Anyway I'm back on the road again, and maybe it's my imagination but the transmission seems to shift even smoother than it did when it was new. I'm 100 percent satisfied with the work. thankfully, I went to the exact right guy for the job.Service: Transmission

Joe was absolutely great! We discussed what the possible issues were with my oil leak. I explained what measures I took and what he thought it might be. He had me scheduled quickly and he ordered all the parts needed. Had my ride fixed up and back to me in less then 48 hours. No leaks since! His pricing was extremely fair and his attitude and expertise was a pleasure to work with. I will do business with TTS again.Service: Transmission

I bought a used truck and the transmission went out within 6 months @ 99k miles. I was stressed out looking around for an honest and skilled mechanic, but luckily I found Joe. From the beginning Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly guy and easy to talk to. I did ended up needing a transmission, I appreciate how Joe told me upfront like it is and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. Joe is an expert, and very very skilled at what he does. Fantastic service. Joe was helpful from the first call. He ask questions and gave some tips to decrease shuttering of our torque converter. This place is amazing by far to say the least. I researched many places before I decided to take my car here and it was the best decision I have made. If your not sure about a place then go here because everything is done right and on time. Thank you so much for all your time and hardworking rebuilding the transmission in my 2003 Honda accord. Again, folks this is the best and only place to go for your transmission needs!!

Joe is absolutely amazing! He s a stand up guy and backs his work 100%. He rebuilt the transmission in my Buick (mail car) and gave me a warranty for a year. AAMCO had our classic car from October to February, that is after they did the initial install; it lasted two weeks. We took it to a different AA MCO, who worked on it again over three weeks and couldn t get it repaired. TTS had the car less than two weeks and we were up and running, Joe kept me informed about the progress and issues throughout the process. Can t say enough good things about Joe/TTS will not go anywhere else for transmissions ever again.Service: Transmission

We could not be happier with our experience at TTS!!!!! His response to our reach out about the transmission in our 2005 Durango was immediate. He gave us a very reasonable quote. The car failed before we got there .he towed it for us same day as a courtesy. Unlike most shops we had it back crazy fast working on it within a week and it was back to us exactly when he said it would be!!!! We hadn t even made an appt at that time. And NO HIDDEN CHARGES OR ADDITIONAL FEES and comes with warranty!!! He also rebuilt trans as needed for a camper towing vehicle into the mtns. This is how small business should be!!! Joe at TTS Transmissions did a great job with my vehicle. Transmission works great now and saved me $100's compared to quotes from other local Transmission shops. He explained that after the work was done that I would feel some transmission weirdness for a few days but it would clear up. Sure enough I did so I mentioned it to him. He told me to give it the weekend and if its still like that bring it right back in. Come Monday it was working just fine, before the end of the day he reached out just to see if everything was OK. Customer service and happiness obviously matters to Joe and I appreciate anyone that takes the time to follow-up. I would absolutely go back for transmission work again.Service: Transmission

My first time at TTS and Joe diagnosed my transmission issue- which was really an electrical issue- he was still able to do the repair- and saved me at least a thousand dollars (if not several thousand) and got me back on the road. His experience and expertise is EXTENSIVE...definitely taking our cars to TTS for any transmission-related issues from now on. Highly recommend. Joe knows his stuff. With all of the experience and exposure to the transmission industry he has what you need. Best part is you wont need to come back or take your transmission out 2 or 3 times before it is right or tolerable. Right the first time, everytime!!!

Joe was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the experience. He priced the transmission work at half what the dealership was charging for their service. Joe was straight forward and timely with his work. I would highly recommend him to any of my colleagues if they want a fair price and great service. Joe was awesome, as a technician myself it s hard to trust outside work. Joe was accommodating and arranged towing for my van and was easy going, professional and ordered parts quickly. It s refreshing to see technicians that still love their job and do great work. My vans transmission is working as good as new and I feel comfortable taking it on a long trip again. I am a local native and business owner. I was referred to Joe by my local mechanic, for transmission work on a business truck. Joe understood the necessity of needing a daily work truck. My truck was completed in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. I just recently had another truck need transmission work and called no one but Joe and I got the same excellent service! I was referred to Joe by another shop, and am so fortunate that it happened. We have a Lexus GX with 140K miles on it. It was throwing error codes. Dealer suggested a new/rebuilt transmission would solve it, which would cost $7500 just for the rebuilt transmission. Please. Joe took the time to diagnose the problem, was honest, responsive, and took care of it in a few days. I don't wish transmission issues on anyone, but if they have them, go see Joe.Service: Transmission

I had my Jeep towed TTS. Joe found the problem with the clutch right away, and fixed it. Even addressed another problem I had been having with the steering that he also noticed during test driving. I drive a 20 year old vehicle and my transmission broke. Joe did a great job and fixed my transmission. He gave me updates and sent me pictures of his progress. My truck went into limp mode and I thought it may be a transmission problem, but after taking it to Joe he realized it wasn't the transmission but an electrical problem with my tipm. He ruled out all other problems it could be and found a new oem tipm, installed it and my truck is back to normal. Joe and his team at TTS Transmission saved me alot of money and never gave me the runaround like dealerships do. I would recommend TTS to anyone with their automotive problems. Fortunately this was the last stop for me as I was giving up on my Ford transit. After taking it to a previous transmission shop and spending over 3,000 to only end up with the same result as I brought it in. I decided to take one last look online to see if I could find another local shop to see if they can fix it.Brought it in to TTS, and was greeted by Joe. Right away he told me he would take care of me and get it right no matter what it would take.Low and behold, a couple days later he called me saying it s ready. A fraction of the price the other shop charged me, and got it done ASAP.Joe- long story short, you ve earned yourself a loyal customer. We were referred to Joe by another mechanic and I am glad. Joe definitely knows what he is doing. I was told by the dealership that my 2015 Silverado needed a new transmission....which it did. They wanted over $5000 to put the same part back in that had broken previously. Joe explained that was a stupid plan and proceeded to replace my transmission with superior parts at 65% of the cost. I have a custom made Jeep Wrangler with a Dodge Hemi and auto trans built back in 2005. Strange electrical issues and trans acting up. Joe took time to get a hold of companies involved in original build and was able to sort out all the issues. His bill for services was very reasonable.
