Ladies, if you're looking for an honest mechanic, look no further than Tire Country. A slow leak convinced me I needed to buy new tires, but Tire Country checked and serviced the ones I had because they were still in good shape! Imagine that: complete honesty, no unnecessary purchase of new tires, no huge bill! Kudos to Robbie, Mark and the rest of this wonderful crew from "Cookie" with the yellow Beetle for putting their integrity ahead of their bottom line.

While I was waiting for the oil change on my car this morning, it was a breath of fresh air to overhear Robbie kindly explaining to a customer that her problem was easily addressed and that there would be no charge. I bring my own oil, and my oil change cost $21.99 today. The last oil change, when Tire Country was booked, I went elsewhere, and they charged $35+ though I brought my own oil. When our car wasn't used as much during the pandemic and was burning oil, the dealer wanted to replace a part that would have cost $4,300+ and would not have addressed the root of the problem. Drew and Andy worked with us to address the root of the problem for not much more than the price of an oil change. The folks at Tire Country have provided many other services for our car and our daughter's car over the years, and it is refreshing to have observed them working not for the love of money but with integrity, as God created us to be as his image bearers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

We paid $500.00 for a rebuilt alternator for a Toyota 2013 and $ 300 for one spark one ignition coil. Total cost was over $800.00 only to find out that we were scammed. Totally disgusted with this place of business. They took advantage of us. The reviews on line must be from the previous owners. Please be careful when using this place of business.Service: Electrical

I found the owner and his workers to be a great bunch. Friendly atmosphere and caring about the customers. They went beyond axpectations repairing the problem with my auto and checked many items underneath the auto to make sure things with it were safe. I only had to pay for initial problem with car. Will have any future work done by this business with pleasure.

I was so happy with my experience here! They were quick to finish my car, very friendly, and also informative. I left feeling good about my car and the price that I paid.

Always a pleasure to visit Tire Country in Monroe. These are just good people that treat you with respect and truly value your business. I moved a couple of years ago but, I will drive the hour it takes to get there because I know they do great work and you can trust them! That is reflected in the line waiting in their lobby everytime you go there. It is worth the wait!

I went Friday AM June 28, 2013 to have a tire plugged. I talked to Fred on phone beforehand and he had said "come on". Place was very busy. Luckily I brought work to do, expecting a wait. However, I never got to it. Jeff jacked up the car, took off the tire, took out 2 nails, plugged the one that needed it, checked all the tires, put the correct pressure in all the tires. This all happened within minutes. Fred was friendly and chatty while doing the work quickly and efficiently with no wasted time. I paid 10 bucks and was out the door in ?15 minutes. All very Excellent!! Their place was about 15 minutes further than Firestone, but I've been to Firestone and had to wait an hour or 2 and pay at least twice as much, and they weren't half as busy as Tire Country.I highly recommend this Tire Country location! I have not been to any other Tire Country location, so I cannot speak for other locations

I wish I could give this review 0 stars, It surprises me how these guys are still in business, previous management were very honest people, I believe management changed 4 years ago and ever since these guys have been charging way more than the competition, I was coming to this place every year for my car inspection and I was always getting charged for a lightbulb replacement, I decided to check the light before hand and they were working fine and I was still told by Robbie that the light bulb was bad, these guys lie about small things like this to charge you more for inspections, last time they charged me almost $50 dollars for an inspection and I had to wait 45 minutes, the same inspection this year was $14 dollars at Bubbas Inspection Station and I only waited 10 minutes, so never again will I come to this place for anything, these guys are not honest at all, if they lie about small things, what can you expect with more labor intensive repairs?

Never use these people. They put plumbing fittings on my brake lines. The PSI rating on the plumbing fitting is only good up to 300 psi, brakes go up to 800-1000 psi. It cost me over $600 to make it right. I confronted them about it and they basicly didn't care. So save your money and find an honest mechanic. I had to give them 1 star to be able post this. They deserve 0.

The other people reviewing this place must have gone somewhere else. The people there act like they are too busy to be bothered by you coming in the shop. I had a set of 4 shocks put on my suv. I drove it for 2 weeks and developed a knocking sound over any non smooth surface. Took it to another repair shop and all of the nuts were loose on the shocks. All 4. Seriously? I can see 1 being missed but not all 4. Called tire country to let them know and got attitude like it was my fault. Prices are fair but I'll take my money where it's appreciated and they do what they say there gonna do. Do not recommend Tire Country.

I have been doing business with Danny & Fred for many years. I started many, many, years ago, when they were on the corner of hwy 74 & Rocky River Rd., selling only batteries and tires. They, like I, are "maturing" gracefully. Both these guys are the kind of people you like to deal with. Straight up, and honest.I am always amazed at how busy they are, but I'll tell you why.---They are the best! When they give you a price for a job, that you think is high, just check around, my friend. When I need them, they are there. Danny and I do a lot of ribbing over prices, etc., but it's all in fun. Fred & Danny, you guys are the best!!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They are liars, cheats and thieves. I took my van here months ago. The day before I took my van here I bought a brand new battery to rule out the problem. I unplugged my battery immediately and towed my van to tire country the next day. My van sat in the same place for weeks. I was told it was my fuse box after months on checking on my van I kept getting excuses that the part is coming in. I finally go to pick up my van I am being charged hundreds of dollars- for a a cheap battery, some computer issues that I was never told about and a fuse box. In the meantime my brand new battery is GONE!!! Who knows what other parts they stole off my van. Never go to this place they try to act nice but they are nothing but crooks!!!!

About to purchase our fifth set of tires from these folks. Fair, honest, and reasonable. I enjoy dealing with Dan and his crew. They are always busy but don't let that fool you. Great customer service.

They have good rates and they're quick enough, but their operating style is very loose. I want to like them, but they're just too sloppy. I called for a tire and they make me an appointment, then it turns out they had nothing in the size I specified. So I left my wheel with an order to mount and balance the tire I selected, to be picked up early in the morning. At the appointed time, the tire hasn't been mounted yet. After a wait, some goofy Chinese off-brand tire has been mounted instead of what I ordered. At this point, I just give them the sale because they've worn me down. So a poor customer service experience, at the very least.I've also had an alignment here. Results? "oh, it's fine." Just fine? Does that mean perfect or does that mean marginal? There are several metrics to consider and the way my tires were wearing something was wrong. How would I know they even did anything? Even if they're right, it makes them look a bit imprecise.

These guys are great! Always quick to repair what you need and warranty their work. The only downside is that they are so busy you will have to wait a little. They have such a good reputation that they are always covered up with work.

Took my car back for tire rotation & balancing, which is "free" but they took way too long, messed up the balancing & stripped 4 of the lug nuts. It cost me $156.00 at another shop to get the screw-ups fixed so, I will not be going back or referring them to anyone. Don't trust them to do the job right. Had to click one star to post this. The only way to make it right is to reimburse me for the additional 156.00 that I had to spend. Time is too precious to go back and wait 2 or more hours again.

DONT COME HERE !I brought my car here for an alignment but they DIDN'T even align the car. They charged me 59$ just to drive it and tell me it's "fine". But I knew it wasn't... They refused to give me a refund and when I argued with him he shoved me out the door... THATS ASSAULT!
