Nick did an awesome job on a 2016 mustang GT! He took the resonator off and installed an X pipe. If you re looking for good quality, exhaust work and professionally done, go see Nick at the muffler shop.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Great, guys. Installed my borla exhaust in no time with perfect results. Took extra steps to ensure i would be happy and have no future problems. I would 100% recommend them for any of your exhaust needs. And there prices are great. Truly not many shops left that value there customers. Absolutely will return with any work I need on my cars.

Was looking for someone to redo full exhaust on an old Bronco. Nick was the guy. Explained all my options and made some suggestions. Ended up turning out great. Brought some life back to my old truck and eliminated the exhaust smells that were coming in the cabin. Fair price. Great work.

Went in to get a mid- muffler delete and the price was fair for it ! Nick the owner did such a great job . For a one man crew he did it in a timely matter , this shop might be new but it is definitely a good one !!

Knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to help when I came in with a rattle in my exhaust. Also had him install a full kit on my Honda Prelude and he did a great job with the work done in a morning.

I rarely leave reviews but for this experience I have to! Took my son s car to a dealership to repair a broken muffler. They found 2 more things that needed attention. Was completely blown away by how much they wanted to charge us. Found The Muffler Shop of Monroe online and was drawn in by all the 5 star reviews. He charged me 1/4 of what the dealer was going to charge me. Car is running great! We will be regulars! Thanks Nick!

They did an excellent job on my muffler delete. Everything was quick and easy and the price was great! They even fixed an issue for me that I didn t go for. Would definitely recommend this place

Great quality and service at an extremely great price. Nick was able to get us into his shop mid day and out within a couple hours. I wanted to give it a few weeks before actually writing a review as I wanted to truly see how the exhaust held up after a few weeks, and the exhaust that was put onto our Tundra is of excellent quality and allows the V8 motor to really show off how strong it is, without being too loud and obnoxious at the same time. Without a doubt I will always come here first for any exhaust work that is needed for any of my cars.Service: Exhaust

Words cant express my Appreciate for this place. We had just had a catalytic converter installed on my sons 328xi and the mechanic that installed the part could not get it to match up with the exhaust and said I would need to take it a muffler shop. I know absolutely nothing about Monroe and had to go Google. I called and spoke with Nick and told him what was going on and all he said was " Bring it to me and we'll get it taken care of". I had to have the car towed to him and when he got it the battery was dead so he called and advised that he would try to charge it and give me a call the next morning. Unfortunately, that next morning we had to but a brand new battery in before he could even begin work on the car. About 2-3 hours later he called and said that he was finished but now the car had misfire codes and would need to go back to the mechanic that original installed the converters because they did not do that work. I think I called him 10 times that day trying to coordinate towing the car back to the other mechanic but every phone call he was nothing but helpful and pleasant. The shop closed at 5 and the tow truck didn't get to the shop until around 6. He also waited for me until after 7 so that I could pay him. I highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future and I live in 40 minutes away.

Best muffler shop in the Charlotte area! We had another shop (Meineke) install mufflers on my sons Mustang. The welds broke in less than 2 days. We brought the car to Nick with The Muffler Shop of Monroe. The team there is professional, helpful and honest! They fixed both mufflers and best of all the cost was less than I expected. Outstanding! It is the only way to describe this shop. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful I went to see Nic. I was in need of a custom piece for my exhaust.
