Have dealt with Small Bros. Tire for years. I Always receive excellent service, they answer any questions I may have. They have always been honest and offered great service and prices. If you re in need of tires or repair check this place out. You won t be disappointed.

If I could give them zero stars, I would went inside numerous times this morning trying to make contact with someone to get a tire tried to ask several people in the parking lot that work there, who I needed to speak to no one would even acknowledge the fact that we were there just looked beyond us Then walked over to the car, who pulled in 15 minutes after me, started a conversation and started looking for tires for their vehicle. Very poor customer service would not recommend going to anyone

This is definitely my go to place for tires. The family that runs the business are always friendly and willing to make your experience a pleasant one. Did I mention the affordable tires?!? Stop by for a visit-I promise that they will offer you a great deal!

If your tire needs to be patched or plugged, this is definitely the place to go. If you need a used tire, they usually have good ones. They can sell you new tires too. Good service, always so professional. Never had a problem here over many years. When I didn t live in this area and had tire issues, I would always wish that I could have taken it here instead of wherever I ended up going. Not everyone will fix your tire for such a reasonable price.

I have been a customer for over 6 years the owner has talk to be like I was a child prices change every ever other month . I really had no choice to deal with him cause he is thinly one in this area with use trailer tire . I see how he treats white s compare to black s don t like to call the race game but beware

Never again. You have a record as I paid by credit card. After 3 trips and having to go to a second garage twice to resolve. I will not return as the cost of doing business with you exceeded the value.

Travelling through North Carolina and noticed one of my tires was showing some wires, so I looked up nearby tire shops and found Small Bros Tire. It was close by and had good reviews so I decided to check it out. I came on a Wednesday early afternoon, they had at least three other vehicles they were working on. Before I even got out of my truck a gentleman was walking up to ask what I needed. I told him what I wanted and he went to check inventory. While I waited (maybe five minutes) two other employees came to make sure I was taken care of, definitely top notch service. The first guy came back with the exact tire I needed, quoted the cost and had it put on within 30 minutes. The price was much better than I expected and they have a 30 day guarantee on used tires. Highly recommend this place if you need tires.

The workers are awesome . But I waited in line here for over an hour just to have someone pull up and break in line and go before me because he talked to the owners and I guess knew them. The workers saw that I d been here before him but didn t say anything . Which is fine. I just won t be back.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Tire prices were considerably higher than the other local places I checked with, but if possible I prefer to shop with a locally owned business instead of a big chain. My only negative is that they don't have an area for customers to stay warm and comfortable while waiting.

My family has been going there since I was younger. They are always fast and friendly. They offer new and refurbished (?) tires. I started going once I owned my own car. Their prices can't be beat!

These are hard working people! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! They replaced one of my tires for a very reasonable price! I wasn't there twenty minutes probably. They move quickly and get you back on the road fast. The owners are very friendly and helpful. One of the owners said she will call me when they get more of my size tires in stock, which is very helpful! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

This is one phenomenal small business. Fair, competitive prices, a smooth, well-organized team, all with friendly smiles and excellent customer service. Alan helped me get tires on my truck, explained all the used and new options and what would work best depending how much I used my truck, and was patient while I deliberated. Sandy was pleasant and amiable through the wait, which was incredibly short.I'm looking forward to returning to do business with them, even though I live over half an hour away!

I've seen this business from Mom and pop's, the Son and wife, and the third generation is out front working hard as well , this is Americana this is the way to do business, no marketing gimmicks, no large corporation bonuses to pay out, the end of the year,again this is Americana this is the way Americans do business, my dad myself my kids we shop here honest hardworking Americans.

The service was pretty fast. I was only getting a tire plugged but I was only there for approximately ten minutes. I would give them a five but the tire they plugged went flat in two weeks. I was assured it would be as good as new but it did not last very long. I have to take the tire back to get it plugged again. I think I will just buy a new tire and save the plugged tire as a spare. Their prices are the best in town.

Great service and prices on tires! (My previous review with 5 stars and first visit)I will like to update and say the prices are great for used tires. The used tires look good, but I have went on 3 different occasions and all the tires belt (the middle) was worn out. Tires lasted less than a month or month and a half.

I've dealt w a lot of tire shops over the years and I have to say that my experience w Small Bris (the one on Concord Ave. In Monroe), has been just excellent. Alan and his crew unfailingly give fast service, great pricing and not just the feeling ,but the actuality of dealing w neighbors and friends. Thumbs waaaaay up!
