I just left this establishment. I pulled in and there were no cars next to me. After about 10mins a truck and another car pulled next to me. I simply asked A question, Daniel answered me, however he was very rude and told me that I could take my car up the road. I told him I would wait. Daniel began to antagonize me, asking if I was mad. I told him no, I will wait. I got out of my car and walked into the office only to find out that he was the owner or manager that I was looking for. As I walked back to my car, he was trying to put my car up in the air. I told him that I wanted somebody else to look at my car. I asked for a corporate number, and he told me that that they were privately owned. There is no corporate number. He told me to get my car out of there and began to talk a bunch of trash while the other employees laughed and joked with him. I have a lot of family that were customers here, which is the reason I came. Skyway tires has definitely lost our business . I have never been so disrespected in life.

Always fast, super nice and always have had quality service here, and have sent my children here also for there needs.I have been going here since I moved here 3 years ago, have had tires fixed and have bought a set. Also, whenever I need my air checked they are always so nice to do it with sincerity.The workers/ mechanics and the owner are all very nice Thank you for helping me and my family with our tire needs at a affordable price!

I came up and got a tire about a week and a half ago and I noticed that it had a small leak. I brought it back up and they replaced it free of charge very quickly. I get excellent service every time I come here, thank you!

Fridays are super busy at this business. Arriving in the afternoon was not ideal, but I needed to get the service done that day. I was told when to come back and then after returning I didn't have to wait too long and was able to get my vehicle inspected quickly. This helped me out so much! I appreciate the technician and office personnel being very nice and helpful.

Pleasant staff. Gave me options on the used tires that I needed, and quick installation.Today I had to have a new rim installed after hitting a fence post in the middle of I485, and once again fast and friendly service.Took my son's truck up there for an evaluation, and they were great?

Prices was ok but the service isn t good. They aren t friendly, short staffed, and when we left the air pressure in each tire is different. To much pressure in 3 tires. Had to pull over and let air out. Not sure I will ever go back there.also didn t notice this til I had already made a post about it They chipped and scratched all of my rims. Went back to show them the damage. The head guy was trying to fix it with a permanent marker. Ugh. They are sending it to be fixed and paying for the damage but I can t get it done til April! So 4 months of riding around with messed up rims. Yes all 4 rims are messed up. I will NEVER go back to this place. Customers was outside changing their own tires while we was waiting for the law to come and get a police report. The wife of the owner and the owner was very rude to us as well. Wasn t a good experience. Was there 4 hours trying to get it all handled. I work in customer service and would never treat my customers like they did us. Very unprofessional

I have been going to skyway tire for over 10 years. As a woman going to get her vechicle serviced is never pleasant because you always think the worse. I have been there with my husband and was comfortable to send my two daughters to have their vehicles serviced as well. The guys there are not looking to do you in OR rob you, they are straight and honest, that's what is important old school days of finding an honest place you can rely on that remains the same with great people and good standards.

Evidently don t know the difference between a patch and a plug! Went in and asked for my right rear tire to be patched because it had a small hole in it. Specially drove to Monroe for a patch! They bored a bigger hole in my tire to put a plug in it! Then charged me $20.00 for a service that I didn t ask for! Buyer BEWARE!

I tried for two days to have a nail removed from my tire. Tried 3 shops up near Rea Rd and 4 in Monroe... everyone wanted me to schedule an appointment or couldn't get me in. You never plan to run over a nail so I'm not sure why appointments are necessary for that.I finally drove across town to Skyway Tire. I pulled up and didn't even have to get out. The owner greeted me and instantly sent over an employee to help me. Within 5 minutes my tire was plugged, all 4 tires were topped off with air, & I paid the owner/tipped the gentleman that fixed my tire.I will remember every single shop that turned me away with a toddler in the car next time I buy tires. I'll be buying next set of tires from Skyway. Customer service was excellent!

Going to these guys for tires is absolutely a great decision. I have been here many times and always felt like they gave me the best price and excellent customer service. My feelings were confirmed again yesterday.I had a nail in my sidewall and went there totally prepared to buy at least two new tires and had already discussed it with them on the phone. Once they saw the tire, I was told it could be repaired and there was no need to replace it. $15 vs new tires was any easy call and the tire seems as good as new. Thank you for being so honest and I will definitely be back when the time comes

Called ahead of time asking if they had any 225/50/17 tires, they said they had a matching set. When I got there they had sold 2 of them right before I got there. Then they found a matching set of the tires they said were the same size. After mount and balancing the new ones. I doubled checked everything was good and they put different sized tires on. That weren t a matching set. Next they said I can look at the right sized ones they have. Turns out they had none the right size from the start. When I asked why did they lie about having the right tires, they said I would want the smaller ones because they last longer. They area liars and crooks. You should never get and service done here.

I loved this place, as soon as I pulled up the owner (I believe he was) came right up to the car asking what I need done, was very understanding and took care of my needs, price was super awesome and tread on tires looks basically new, I would definitely buy from here again. And best of all they took around 30 minutes with no appointment or call in advance. Super fast and great service, would highly recommend.

Good , reasonable price for 4 new tires. Although they were short staffed I still got in and out in a half hour or so. I gave 4 stars because I reserve 5 star for very exceptional service. No complaints about Skyway Tire.

Pulled in yesterday morning 10 minutes after they opened and they already had 8 cars lined up with only three people there. Nothing only were they really kind to us all. They started pulling cars in and working immediately. More and more people kept pulling in but they still got me out in 15 minutes. I got two new tires and than my back one checked. Was going to do an alignment but their tech was not in yet (which I 100% understand) so I started I would just come back after work. Well I came back an hour before they closed. The owner, David, got me in and out really quick. I always go to them for anything to do with tires or brakes and they always have the best price and service. I will always return to them.

Very friendly & helpful. They explained things very well & obtained permission before doing the recommended work on my car. They also completed a NC Vehicle Inspection for me. (Also, they are conveniently located about 2 miles from a DMV.)

Long term customer. Great service. Dave the owner leads his team well. They provide quality new and used tires as well as do repair all at a good rate. Found Skyway tires back in 2006 and I still patronize this business. David aims to please if you have an issue just talk to him. Small business owner with great services and prices.

Was told they were great for selling used tires..... Didn't know that the one they sold me had to be patched the one I had on previous was better broke my sensor and tried to act like its a problem to fix it. Tried to save money and ended up costing more money. Sometimes used tires and non experience in changing tires isn't the best route. Spend the extra go to a real tire place.

I will say that this auto shop has always been my number one whenever I have problems with my car. I needed and they came through with a great deal for me. They have a family-oriented atmosphere and they will take care of you I've been a customer for years and I truly enjoyed the services and the hospitality!
