Chris and his staff at Shamrock Auto have not only taken care of my personal vehicle but my business vehicles as well the last 3 years for routine maintenance.I would highly recommend Chris and his staff to anyone looking for a routine maintenance on their vehicle, vehicle inspection or even a small repair!Thank you Candice for always a fast response when calling or leaving a message.Chris and ALL his staff at Shamrock auto for always taking care of our vehicle needs!

I called them to have a noise examined from a vehicle that I had just purchased from auction because my regular technician was backed up..they were able to get me immediately, they assessed the situation and found the problem. They resolved the problem at a fair rate and quickly.. they are very knowledgeable ,polite, priced fairly and good to work with.I definitely found a new place to bring my vehicles and will most certainly use them exclusively going forward.

Dropped my truck off for a last minute inspection, the team was able to get me in quick without an appointment. The waiting room was spacious and family friendly for myself and 3 small children. Candace at the front desk was very helpful and the whole process was very quick.I brought Big Blue back in for the tags on my inspection to be fixed, which was done again very quickly.Unfortunately my old girl isn t a spring chicken any more, she s pushing 23 years old. She was making a crazy noise which Candace once again was able to have her seen on short notice. They replaced the tire hub for me and she s purring again like a kitten.All and all I ve had great experiences with Shamrock Auto Care. Thanks!

Moving here from NJ we struggled to find a shop to bring our vehicles. Shamrock Auto Care is honest, fairly priced and has an online appointment scheduler which is VERY convenient. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else :-) Thank you Chris for operating such a well run shop!!

For years, I have had my Ram 1500 serviced at the dealer (bearing the brand's name, located in Indian Trail). Recently, my radiator was leaking, and had an exhaust manifold leak. Shamrock was literally more than 3x cheaper, the service was faster, and I had much more communication during the entire process than with any other mechanic I have dealt with in recent memory. I will be recommending them to anyone in the area.

Great service. Had my 99 F150 towed in for a bad ignition lock cylinder as well as the upper and lower actuators being bad. Completely disassembled my steering column to repair as well as repaired an issue involving a check engine light. They kept me updated on the work being done and when I could expect to have the truck back. Truck runs great and I am pleased with everything. Highly recommend Shamrock Auto.

I was taken aback when I discovered that the initial diagnosis would cost over $120, especially since IT WAS NOT MENTIONED during the appointment booking process . After waiting for an hour, I was informed that there might be an issue with the engine, requiring further diagnosis. I believe such information could have been obtained elsewhere without such a high fee.

Did everything I ask with a friendly smile. The job was good work and reasonably priced . Explained thoroughly what they did and what they found . I would recommend to anyone that wants good work with someone they can trust .

I developed a creak in my front end that I thought I had tracked down to the steering box. I pass Shamrock almost everyday, so I figured I'd call them up and see what they thought. They got me in the next day, and it ended up being something that had worked loose and was resonating up to where I was hearing it. From Candice at the front desk to the guys in the shop, they made sure I was squared away. I got a follow up from Chris a day or two later to see how everything went and was holding up. I haven't had a steady mechanic shop for a while but if this is how Shamrock does business then they have mine.**Edit**Since the original post I have taken my truck back here for regular maintenance (services and tire rotations). All visits have been just as the original, fast with experienced service provided.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my car to Shamrock Auto Care based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! Got new front brakes and rotors, and an oil change. I finally found a trustworthy shop that does excellent work for a good price. The owner Chris even reached out to me a couple of days later to make sure the work on my car went well! Wow, you don't see that nowadays! I will be bringing my car to Shamrock Auto Care for all of my future repairs, because I can trust my vehicle is in good hands!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great Customer Service was the first thing I noticed. Candace was very pleasant and helpful when I walked in to inquire about services for my Jeep. The actual service was completed when she said it would be and the pricing on those services were reasonable. I followed up with an Inspection with then the following week and will be using their Auto Care Center for some more work very soon.

Shamrock Auto Care has been working on my vehicle for over a year now and I cannot say enough great things about them! They don't try to upsell you or do things that are unnecessary. They are honest and upfront! Chris always checks in after my service to make sure I was satisfied and Candace is always so helpful and makes it an awesome experience. Highly Recommend

We were with the same mechanic for 25+ years until he retired, and we had the hardest time finding a replacement. But, over the past few years, we've consistently had good experiences with Shamrock. Chris always follows up to be sure we are satisfied with the service and value. Their printed service summaries help you keep track of completed maintenance and plan for upcoming needs as well (very helpful if you have multiple drivers/cars). I've been bringing our cars to Shamrock for several years now to perform minor repairs, inspections, etc. Having got to know Chris and his associates during that time, I have come to understand exactly how knowledgeable he and his staff really are. With impressive backgrounds in the racing industry I decided to bring my Cadillac CTS-V to Chris for some engine performance upgrades. I left him in charge of installing a Lingenfelter Performance Engineering package, the end results are amazing. There were some pretty difficult parts to the installation and technically challenging as well. After having observed the whole process I can truly say the talent at Shamrock is exceptional.

They serviced my shifter. I called a Jeep dealership and it was going to be 300.00 to just pull my car into the bay. So I called Shamrock they were able to get me in within a couple of days and they didn't charge me until they knew what was wrong with my car. Very reasonable price for what they did. The employees were very nice and very knowledgeable of the problem. So I will be going back because I feel like I got my money's worth's and wasn't taken advantage of.
