Best tire shop in Union County - also does full service vehicle repairs. I have received polite and professional service on every visit. I have 4 vehicles serviced and repaired as needed here. I would recommend this place.I had my check engine light fixed.

Great fast service and Steven was a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be backUpdate!!!!!They left a wheel loose and it almost killed me! I called them because it happened less than 200 yd from their shop immediately after me leaving. Their response was for me to tow it to them and they'd get to it tomorrow. I could literally see them in their shop from where I was. They could care less that they did that and I'm now currently waiting on the side of the road in 32� temps for a lug wrench to tighten it myself. All they wanted was my money and could give a damn that I was stranded because of their shotty work. Maybe if the owner spent more time paying attention to his work than his phone and friends this wouldn't happen.

All hope was lost, Kubota discontinued the tire size. I called several shops from multiple Kubota dealers to regular car tire places, even looked online for them. I was close to selling the tractor for parts but in one last ditch effort I joined a Facebook Nc farm equipment group and asked for help finding tires.Steven from S&S commented on the post, two days later I had new tires on my tractor. Steven even took time to explain why they were hard to find, why the ply matters, and what the differences are.That was the first time I ve been in S&S, and I felt taken care of from the start. We ll be back with our vehicles, truly a shop that goes above and beyond to help you.

My roommate and I took her car here to see why her AT light came on. We dropped it off on Friday unaware that they were going to close early, because they said they would fix it and then call us when the job was done. We called several times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and was sent to voicemail. When we finally got an answer on Monday when we called, they said they hadn t touched it. My roommate and I couldn t share a car much longer because we both work, we just said we would pick up the car and go somewhere else. When my roommate and I picked up the car they still made us pay even though they did nothing to the car. Then proceeded to get mad at us for not using cash to pay and made us drive to an ATM to get cash out. There was no sign saying cash only payments and there was a card reader. The people were also very rude and very unprofessional. If you want a good mechanic that will service your car in a timely manor, this is not the place. If I could put 0 stars I would.

The absolute worst place ever to get your car serviced. The owner is the most rude and ignorant person you ve ever seen. His way overpriced and shoddy workmanship is sad. If you want to pay top dollar for no name brand tires or get your brakes installed backwards he s your guy. And like all crooks he s carrying a gun.

They do pretty much anything and everything with tires. Very knowledgeable about what they do and have fair prices. I will be make this 2.5 hr drive from Fayetteville anytime I need new tires or a tire service.

Not very happy with service. Initially took vehicle up there to have work on and replace starter. Ended up replacing starter and being told that the car is ready just come in and pay. At the end of the conversation, I was told there was slight ticking noise from engine but it's okay to pick up. Explained I want to know what the noise is, however too busy with doctor appointment to figure that out and will contact me back. No calls for 2 days, finally called them back and spoke with the owner, again said ita okay to pick up. I was transferred to speak with another mechanic who told me that the car is so unsafe to drive due to a KNOCKING in the engine, they refuse to test drive it-- right after the owner said okay to pick up! Several times I asked for oil change, I was told they helped out and topped it off but in the end of everything my oil being empty now caused the engine to lock up. They also cannot find any receipts that show they topped off the oil and changed it couple times in the past 3 months. Highly disappointed that I have spent over $2000 to be told today, well I got the engine light off like you told me to despite now having a car that is unable to be driven. Towed to another mechanic today

I have taken 3 of my four cars to S&S in the last year and most recently last week -Oil Changes, New Tires, Rotations, Brakes and general service.They have always done an outstanding job and their prices are so much better than the the shops on Highway 74.I recommend them highly!Sam M.

My mom put her car in the shop for overheating, the claimed they fixed it. He car was in the shop for 9 days and the part they had to order was told that is was a $5 part but on the receipt it was wel over $100 and charged over $300 for JUST the labor. And the problem isn t fixed. Worse place to take your vehicles, horrible owner.

Well first off i had my power stroke there and my son had to help owner put my new tires on and then later my wife went in to get a tire fixed and the owner cut the tire off the rim thats right I said cut and said tpms sensor was bad and they where brand new and then put a snow tire on the Honda civic. They only have one decent mechanic there and he gets under paid and miss treated all the time and I would not recommend this place at all. And by the way this Brandon Gordon sr. Not Jr so there's no confusion.

Great shop! Have had nothing but positive experiences here! Steve is fair, helpful and knowledgeable. My first trip here he found a squeak In literally 2 minutes after listening to my description of the problem. I had 3 other shops try to sell me suspension parts including a rack and pinion that did nothing to fix the problem Steve fixed with 1 turn of his wrench.

If I could leave S & S a ZERO star review I would...twice! The owner and staff don't seem to have a second gear. Making the customer wait must be their motto.My husband needed a tire replaced on his heavy equipment trailer. He stopped in on his way to deliver equipment to the job. He was obviously in a rush, almost 5 o'clock, trailer loaded, and he left his truck running. Owner and staff looked at the tire, agreed it needed to be replaced, and then just walked off. No 'we'll be right with you' or 'just a few minutes' just walked off and didn't acknowledge him again. He waited for another 10 minutes before just pulling out and leaving. A tire store that made no effort to sell a TIRE! To add insult to injury, the bad tire blew out while going down the road. Had S & S made any effort to keep the customer happy, it could have been avoided.My husband is a small business owner also and knows the value of keeping the customer happy. You go above and beyond. It's a lesson S & S could stand to learn indeed! Zero Stars!

Their service is very poor!! If you want to hear from your vehicle you have to call them. Kept our vehicle for a solid week replacing rotors and brakes! NEVER AGAIN!!

I can't say enough about Stephen and his team. We are so grateful for their help during some tough times. They got the job done in an afternoon (dealership said a week +) and even took xare of a new set of tires as well as the alignment. Then, as I'm walking to pick up my car I look up and who is in front of me? Stephen!! Didnt ask, didn't say anything, just picked me up and brought me to the shop. As I said, these folks are terrific!!

The owner took care of me when large outlets like Discount tire could not. Thought I needed new sensors for my tires and he fixed the low tire indicator in my van with a tool after he installed 4 new tires.

They use cheap parts. Good mechanic but i have gone through 3 alternators in a year. 3!!! Not over exaggerating. And i got an o2 sensor rellaced there that went out in 2 days. A brand new o2 out in 2 days. I said screw it once i found out that was the issue and spent money out of pocket just so i wouldnt have to deal with them. Like i said good mechanics, cheap parts.

Steven and his crew quickly replaced my fuel pump (both of them) after it went out! They even stayed late to make sure it got done in time so I could return to work. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks guys, you're a life saver!

My son had a terrible experience. Brakes were "fixed" here but later had to be completely re-done by a professional that told us who ever worked on the brakes before put the brakes on backwards. Very costly mistake. Will never go here again!!!

Had just taken car to this place to change fuel pump 2 weeks prior. My wife was driving home after work and car just cut off on her. Car wouldn't come on at all. Had towed to s&s for them to tell us it's the starter but the engine is locked up. Was told that when got the starter off used a pry bar to break lose engine . Which instead of telling us the engine is locked up and is done. They proceed to break the locked engine up and put a new starter in. They get the car to start but now there is a loud knock in engine which i knew was probably a bent rod. Car never knocked or had any issues before then. So in the process of them breaking the engine lose I'm sure they bent a rod in process. Then tells us the car is fixed and come pick it up. Only to find out that we probably wont make it 5miles up the road before engine locks up. Made numerous excuses that we just have bad luck. And that Kia is a 100k mile car and they break after that. But we just had a new engine replaced last year in the car due to a engine recall. So thanks for getting our car to run and still charge is almost 1000 dollars for a engine that they wouldn't even test drive cuz they didnt want the engine to lock up on them. They knew they bent the rod trying to free up engine and still put a starter in it and gave us a broken car back. A good reputable mechanic shop would not have gave a broken car back to its customer. They would have taken back out the starter and told us engine was shot and just charge for labor . But no they still put a starter on a broken engine and charged us knowing that this car is worthless now and will lock up almost immediately going home and will have to find a new car.. so instead of paying a mechanic place your money and driving your fixed car home we had to pay a mechanic money for a broken car and pay more money to have it towed from there to somewhere else. Worst experience ever would never reccomend to anyone especially if you have bad luck.

Good tire service. Responsive to most people s needs right away. However, sometimes you might awhile. If you can, it s always best to drop your car, with an appointment.
