I had a great experience with Roadmaster Tire Pros. They installed a lift kit, wheels and tires on my FJ. Jeff and team did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. Good pricing and even better service!

I quickly gave Roadmaster Tire a 5 star rating and now realize that my review didn t post with it. So here goes!If you re in need of tires, this should be your one and only place to get them. I was treated with the utmost importance and consideration when I needed to replace 2 of my tires. Not only were they courteous but they also went above and beyond. I was so upset that I gave them a wrong tire size and they had ordered them in overnight for me. They were so professional and were able to find me the right size tires and get them installed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for any service you need! God bless them for helping me out in my time of need. Thank you so much!

Called Jeff this morning needing a set of 275/55/R20 for my Silverado. Within an hour he had me out the door with a new set of Michelin LTX MS. Great price, friendly, and honest. If you re buying tires in Monroe, you can t beat them.

Don t waste time calling anywhere else. I needed a tire quick and called 4 other places closer to where I live that couldn t help for almost a week. I called here this morning and had a new one this afternoon. I m 30 minutes away and will automatically drive past all those other places the next time I need something.

I have only bought the tires here for my wife's last 2 cars with no real issues. They tend to have fair pricing but have a wait probably due to the fair prices. Dropped a tire off for a repair due to a screw. After 2 business days I called to see if it was ready since my wife needed it to go to work. Person on the phone hesitated for a few then said it was ready so I figured they forgot about it and were going to quickly get it done. Got there and they put it in my truck while I payed in the office. Got home to realize all they did was shove a temporary use plug in it. Called to ask why it wasn't patched and was told they normally just plug it but they can do patch if needed.The temporary plug is a 2 minute plug job that I keep a kit for roadside fixes. The tire was a couple months old so wanted it done correctly to reduce chances of tire separation so brought it in for repair. Not impressed with the situation so going to deal with someone else for a correct repair.

We have been going to Roadmaster Tires for over 20 years. Gary and Jeff have always been outstanding and very knowledgeable. They will recommend what is best for your vehicle. Fair prices and fast service. Their team gets it done every time. Great Job Everyone!!!!

Roadmasters was recommended to me when it came time to purchase tires. I recently purchased 5 new wheels and tires from Roadmasters for my Jeep. The customer service was excellent and price was reasonable. Jeff was hands down amazing to work with. He s extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions along the way. I am a repeat customer for 5 years. Only place I will go to have service or have tires put on. I ve had truck, car, and tractor tires put on. I have never had any issue with any of the work they have done. I recommend dropping off your vehicle and leaving it due to them being extremely busy all the time which goes to show the quality of the work. Jeff Drake is very knowledgeable and a great guy. Great company.

Jeff and his crew was awesome , got new tires and an alignment in 45 minutes. We had an appt. and they were On Time, Great experience and we are HAPPY HAPPY, Great prices too. Can't find this much any more.

These guys are fantastic- Very reasonable and they do it right the first time - For 10 years they have been furnishing my tires for three vehicles and performing minor mechanical work like brakes and such.

They were fast and to the point. The tires have a warrantee, free rotation after 5,000 miles, free hole plugs for a puncture.FYI: They will replace your valve stem caps, but I asked for mine back and they put them on for me.

Brought a vehicle for alignment after replacing a few suspension parts due to a collision.. they aligned it perfectly and it took them only 30min. Very impressed! They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Was in the market for a new set of tires for my Lexus. Jeff priced 3 different options for me and I ended up going with a new set of Michelin s due to their unbeatable prices. The quotes I got for the same set of tires around Monroe were not even close.They ordered my tires and had them in stock within 24 hours of my original call. I dropped my car off and was back on the road within an hour and a half. After a wonderful experience, it s fair to say I ll be a customer of Roadmaster s for life.

Fast, efficient, professional service. Staff is friendly. Appointments are timely. Small waiting area is clean. They have free for early risers in the waiting room. Prices are fair. I'll be getting more work done there for sure.

This is the 3rd vehicle I've had them put tires on and I'm convinced they are the best. Jeff is a super nice guy and takes care of his customers. The place is always busy which shows that they are doing it right. I look forward to coming back.

I should have posted this a while back, but I m a little slow on technology. Anyhow about a year ago I purchased an older Jeep Cherokee for my daughter and of course she wanted to lift it and put larger tires and custom rims on it. I m a do your own car work guy but I know nothing about lift kits, tires and etc. I priced around Charlotte and Monroe only to find very high prices and not much advice on what to do. I was concerned about how high to lift it, tire size and drivability after making such changes; just needed some good advice. Well lucky for me one of the sales managers at Bob Mayberry Hyundai(another good business) told me to see a guy named Jeff at Roadmaster in Monroe. My daughter and I went and talked to Jeff so she could tell him what she wanted, what was affordable, and seek some good advice. He took the time to discuss what would work well and what might not work well with my daughter. I was keen to his every word as a dad, but Jeff taking the time to help her get what she was happy with was the overall goal; but not break the bank. Well it worked out great; here we are a year later and we are so happy with what he recommended and the look is awesome, and it s actually drivable. Also I m happy because my wallet didn t get hit hard, and that s good with multiple kids in college. One of the rims that we ordered had a chipped area on the rim; I could have lived with it, but my daughter couldn t. Once we made Jeff aware of it he ordered a new rim and replaced the chipped one. He didn t give us the run around, just good customer service. Also, he is one of those guys that you can call and ask questions for some good information; with a friendly manor. I actually called him a few days ago for some tire information and it made me think about doing this post. Anyhow, I highly recommend Roadmaster to all my friends and to anyone that reads this post. Great place and great price! Oh- and a happy daughter makes for a happy dad- thanks Jeff!

I brought my 4Runner in because I had a bad shake in the steering wheel at high speeds and while braking. Jeff worked us in, and got us in and out in less than 2 hours. He went through everything to make sure what he was fixing was what actually needed to be fixed and replaced. Having gone to other mechanics, they always talk to women like we are stupid, that's not the case here. Hands down, they're the best around!

Jeff always does his best to get you the best price and gets your service completed quickly to get you back on the road. Call your other tire shops, then call him. You won't regret it.
