Spoke briefly on the phone with Matthew yesterday. After speaking with 10 other shops in the area, none of which put me at ease, except the ones that were unavailable to do the work immediately, he put me right at ease with the tone of his voice he instilled confidence immediately and I stopped my search as I am under a load that needs to go and it is not possible to be late or offer my client an explanation. The mechanic showed up when Matthew said he would show up at noon the following day (within my timeline) and truck repairs were quickly done with the knowledgeable technician. I would highly recommend this shop. There is no nonsense travel mileage and service call out, or minimums, but they just charge hourly book time. I think this is fair and I appreciate the quick turn around on the repairs. While he was out here, he also told me what was wrong with my other truck so we ll get that going and underway soon also. My load and clients will not have to hear excuses why I might be late. Check engine light is off, sensor is replaced, regen was completed before he technician left and I am a happy client.

Austin is the man at RRS roadside. Changed out my A/C compressor and dryer, cleaned blower motor out and my air going within a hour.. Fast turn around for trailer repair.UpdateThe 3 pieces that were used to patch the trailer starter coming off and started leaking.Had the hole repaired properly with one solid piece with rivets at another shop because of it.Reason they have a lot of reviews is because they offer a small discount if you leave a google maps review.

they will triple charge you for coming,guy called me and said he leaving the job, took him 20 mins to come, spent 30 mins with my driver and then said he need go back to same spot finish job(20 mins). thats 70 mins total. 1:15 minscharge me 700, I understand little extra but not 700Services: Tires, Brakes

These guys were absolutely AMAZING! Life savers! I was stuck in concord , NC with freight on my truck going to Rhode Island. Don t waste your time calling ANY OTHER company in the surrounding area because I literally called 17 business. Either they couldn t help or said they re on the way and stopped responding to texts and calls! These guys were beyond professional and communicated in an excellent manner. Whatever the cost of your repair may be just trust they are honest and going to get the job done RIGHT! I even paid 10 dollars extra and the mechanic said hey you overpaid me by $10.00. Very rare these days. He worked fast and efficiently. His name was JIM! What a PRO and HONEST MAN. They truly saved the day! Highly recommended.

Have only been dealing with Matt and the guys for about 9 months and they have serviced or done repairs on my entire fleet. Everything from complete engine swap to transmission overhaul to regular pm/oil change and tires. Great customer service and work. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of diesel trucks and price point is uncommonly reasonable. Only repair facility i will use in metro Charlotte as long as Im in business! Absolutely a great company. Have used them multiple times and they never disappoint. If they say they re going to be there at a certain time you can believe they ll be there. They are very thorough with what they do and make sure to get the issue resolved as timely as possible. I highly recommend.

Excellent mobile repair service! Called in a night service on one of the coldest nights of the year (after winter weather the day before) and they sent someone out very quickly. Quality office staff, repair people, with good prices! Honest business people and will definitely use them again.

Matthew and Jim are amazing!! We are utilizing them with all preventive maintenance and repairs for our entire fleet and could not be happier! They show up on time, answer calls at all times of night and have even come out at 10:30 at night to diagnose one of our trucks when a night driver had concerns. Matthew, you are the best! Had an oil in the fuel tank and the team at red rover took care of it with no problem plus told me what the other shop didn t do correctly. NEVER USE THESE GUYS . Worst experience with a repair service ever , POLICE WERE CALLED . TA roadside has them beat for quality and service . Had an appointment set earlier in the week for them to come out and fix a coolant leak. They never called to reschedule , I had to call back after wondering where they were to be informed that they were short on mechanics and had to reschedule to Monday. Monday arrives and Austin shows up . The guy has no idea where to begin or how to diagnose my issue so when he sees that the coolant isn t leaking on a cold idle . He comes up with maybe whatever was leaking was justLeftover from before the clamp was replaced I took the truck around the block heat the temp and provide some pressure . Sure enough , it was leaking . He takes another look at it and thinks it s the radiator hose deteriorating from the inside ( but there s no outside abrasion or cuts for to leak from ) so he cuts the damage area and re- clamps it . Still not the fix . He has me Rev the engine to 1200 rpm s and hold it there . While he unfastened the clamp on the radiator hose .. it doesn t take a rocket scientist to figure out what happens next . The clamp breaks and coolant spews everywhere in my engine bay . I check to see if the guy s alright he laughs it off but at this point I m becoming frustrated. No progress is being made only a mess of coolant . Austin ultimately determines he has no idea what the problem is but attempts to charge me for 2hours of labor totaling $248 . I told him I m not paying that . I said I would only pay for the diagnostic which I still have no idea why I m leaking coolant , and have a mess to deal with and will have to refill coolant tank from where he wasted it all. I call his boss ( Matthew) to dispute the cost . Matthew thinks I m refusing to pay anything and threatens to have Austin call the cops . So I called them myself . Now when I call the cops their position changes they then charge me the amount I told them I would pay in the beginning which I already thought was unfair I shouldn t have been charged anything for the time wasted and mess made . Do not use these guys for anymore than a oil change or brake service they have no idea what they re doing when it comes to fixing these Semi trucks. Waste of time and money .

I would recommend this company to anyone. They showed up on time done quick quality work and when they were through it was as good as a factory fix. Great experience, i would say Tuck really did a great job. I was stuck at highway with the broken air bag and tires touching the axle. This guy made sure to follow me to the nearest safe stop and helped in fixing the issue. Kind and excellent job done. Thanks for helping and definitely to go for assistance if you are stuck.
