I made a big mistake and almost ripped our outdoor kitchen door clean off (the day before a camping trip). My call was answered immediately, and a very reasonable quote was provided within 15 minutes after texting pictures. His guys showed up within 2 hours and repaired the door allowing us to continue on with our planned trip. I'm extremely grateful! Simon was prompt, courteous, and his employees reflect the same.

I can not say enough good things about Simon and his team! I brought him my camper that been previously worked on by another company that completely destroyed my camper worse than it was! Simon fixed every issue we had! My camper looks so good and his prices are unbeatable! He is definitely our go to guy now!

I had a problem with a leveling jack not retracting on a brand new Entegra Vision. Simon was contacted through the warrenty people. He came on time and gave real good service and was very professional. He retracted the jack. I would highly recomend him to anyone. I would call him again. Thanks

Simon was initially responsive and came out to my place fairly quickly....he looked at my rv initially said nothing seemed wrong but after some back and forth he agreed the slideout needed some adjustment he said he would get some jacks and come back 2 days later. Well it's been a week and he will not return my messages...Seemed like such a nice guy but now he's ghosting me

I placed a call to Simon when I was stuck at Cane Creek Campground. I was absolutely sure (like everyone else I called) that he d be able to get to me in a couple of days. Not Simon!! Simon really does amazing work. My busted generator had stumped several professionals before I brought it to him, and he fixed it right up, as well as did a stellar job on my water-logged floor and leaky window. Was also very willing to spend time helping us get to know our RV better, both in person and afterwards on the phone. Highly recommend his services for any and all of your RV needs!

I had a little rotted flooring in the storage area and under my water hook up area in my camper. Called Simon we setup a time to come out and take a look at it and he was there on time. We set up a day for me to bring it in to his shop to get the repair done. The work was done in 2 days and very professional jpb done! Looks great!!! Very reasonable !!! He knows what he is doing for sure!!!

Just like it says in the name PROMPT! Simon said he will be there 9am and was already in my drive way at 8:59. Charged me less then initially said because the problem was more simple then i explained to him. Very honest and reliable! 10/10 service! You wont regret.

Simon replaced an exhaust fan for our camper. He fixed it in the time frame promised and did a great job. His rates are very reasonable. He was also very accommodating, letting us drop off our camper when it was convenient for us.

Simon was amazing! Came to my farm, (the same day!!) diagnosed and quoted my horse trailer, and had my trailer ready to go in 4 days. What?! This is unheard of in this industry! Well done Simon. Simon is THE BEST! We sold our RV. Nothing was ever wrong with it and all of a sudden the generator stopped working. He could not figure it out. Finally after working, it was fixed. The day we were to deliver the RV to the buyer, 15 minutes before leaving, the generator would not start. It was because of the battery. We called Simon and he was at our house in 10 minutes, jumped the battery and we were off to the bank! Great service! Great knowledge. Very humble. Highly recommend!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Simon is one amazing man - with the positive attitude and outlook he has. We were overheating on the side of the highway and called Prompt RV Repair after normal business hours and Simon was there 2 minutes - literally! He checked out the situation and was able to get this overheating issue resolved. He then got us off the road and helped us with our slide and canopy and just gave us some amazing information. After our travel trailer s power went out on a recent camping trip, We called Simon to repair our camper. We had an appointment set for June 28th. Simon has been out multiple times to do upgrades to our horse trailer to prepare it for a month long trip we are taking out west. Ok, this guy(Simon) was awesome! He came out and repaired my stabilizer jacks within an hour! I got an appt within a week with him. Everywhere else was a month to two month wait time. Very polite. Cleaned up after the repair. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use him again.

Simon is an amazing young man. We had an issue with the slide on our Jayco North Point and scheduled to travel in a week. Simon began working on our 5th wheel immediately and had it repaired in less than 24 hours!! In addition to hard working and a determined problem-solver, Simon is very personable and easy-going! Would definitely give more than 5 stars and highly recommend Prompt RV Repair!!

I took my travel trailer in for it's annual inspection and any needed repairs, and to have a fan installed in the air vent above the bed. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his customer service. His prices were fair, he has a positive attitude was always prompt with communications (which is super important to me), has a very honest & conscientious work ethic and is very prompt with the completion of the work. Simon, I'm now a loyal customer!

Prompt is a good name for this company. Simon is a nice guy and honest. Rebuilt a hydraulic cylinder that was leaking very badly. Start to finish only took three days and done on the campgrounds where we were staying. Reasonably priced, especially considering it was a mobile repair. Will definitely use his expertise again if we're in the area.

Would recommend to anyone needing any kind of RV work!Needed the shower resealed and the roof checked since the sealant hadn't been touched up. Simon was right on top of getting me in and even rushed the repairs when I mentioned that we were leaving for a trip in a couple of days. There was even an offer for him to come on-site to work on it. Definitely call them if you need anything!

Prompt Rv did not finish the job our camper experience apower surge and we lost our T.V. power converter, AC, Microwave, and the refrigerator he replace the power converter and the A C we had to buy our own Microwave and we have to buy our own TV plus we still need the refrigerator fixed after 2 months. What did we do to you to be treated like this

Prompt , honest and very good at his job. Simon fixed our two bent jacks on our 5th wheel. Had us back on the road the same day. I would highly recommend this young man for any work on RV's. Very knowledgeable

"Prompt RV Repair" is exactly the service that they provided!We were headed to a different place which previously said, just come in the AM, and we'll take care of it. On our way there we called to verify they could take us today, only to be told they can't. We are full time RV'ers ... We can't just drop it off for a few days. We pulled over, trying to call any and every shop that could maybe do Brakes on a Class A. We tripped on Prompt RV Repair's number. He took us right away, provided an estimate and 4-5 hours later the work was completed and was less than quoted!Family Business - professional, honest, fair.
