Simple the BESTPrince Wheels were highly recommended for high end vehicles and I too would recommend this company. First and most importantly not only do they preform excellent work they are extremely HONEST.I planned on having all 4 wheels refurbished on my Mercedes AMG. However once they inspected the wheels they were adamant it would not be cost-effective or safe to repair or refurbish the wheels. They were willing to lose the sale (1300.00+) instead of providing an inadequate and potentially unsafe product. It s nice to know company s like this still exist.

These guys rock! Brought in my motorcycle wheels to coat in gold and a few engine covers for a bike I'm restoring. They got in the custom colors within 2 days and had the job finished 2 days after. Reasonable price too. Job quality exceeded my expectations. A+

Awesome! Great service and communication, very transparent and just the best. Full refinish of my E39 M5 style 65's in chrome shadow. They are real and they're spectacular.

I got some gnarly curb rash on my wheels. I emailed them some pictures and got a quote same day. I was able to have my wheels repaired by Keith at my house! They look brand new! Thank y'all so much! I highly recommend them, they were fast and very reasonably priced. I posted some before and after pictures.

On God MY GIRLFRIEND cracked MY RIM in 2 places ON MY brand new 117,000$ 2022 BMW 750i and they fixed it like it never happened and the price was AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and amazing weld repair from Tyrone

I took my wheels to Prince and was given a price which was fair. Considering I had wheels with machined faces and I wanted to change the color and 2 wheels had curb rash as well which they repaired. They powder coated them gloss black and then CNC machined the face back to original and I couldn't be happier the way they turned out. They mounted and balanced the new tires on the wheels and no issues. Can't say enough on how great they did and would highly recommend them for any wheel work. These guys are great! Friendly to work with. Be prepared to drop your car off for 5 days. good work takes time. 10/10 would recommend!

I took two days off from work, so I thought I would drop off my damaged wheel to Prince Wheel Services. Honestly, I didn't expect the wheel back until the following week. I explained to them that I work in Mooresville and that it would be very difficult to pick up my wheel during their hours. Mendie and the guys there worked some magic and finished the wheel the same day!! They mounted and balanced my tire for a very good price. I picked up the wheel on my second day off and couldn't be happier with the finished result. It looks brand new, and for half the price of a new wheel.Definitely give them a shout if you need your wheels repaired! Added before and after pictures.

Highly recommended! Glad I took my M3 wheels to Prince for a refresh. They helped me pick the right coating and turnaround was fast! Great customer service and they stand by their work!

Met up with Blair this morning for the repair of my curbed wheel. Blair was very professional and on time. I was there for 25 minutes tops! He made the repair on the wheel with ease and I could tell he knows what he is doing. Highly recommend their services to anyone!

Mendie and Robby rock! Took my Veloster to them to get my factorys powder coated. Had the whole thing done for the price of 2 new factory wheels. They promised to be done in 3-4 days, and had me out in 2 with a stunning set of black gloss wheels that look like factory one offs. I would definitely recommend these guys 100%. Cheers! Had been wanting to powder coat the wheels on my X5. After some google searches, I decided to go with Prince Wheel Services based on all the positive reviews posted here. Couldn t be happier with my decision!They got me in pretty quickly and had me back out a day earlier than promised! Everyone was friendly and professional, the pricing was reasonable and straightforward, and I m very happy with the results!Service: Powder coating

I'm super pleased with the end result of the balancing of my custom 19" rims on my 2021 Mazda 6.I've been struggling for some time starting with Discount Tire where I originally got them and they couldn't balance them properly, after 3 tries I gave up and I went to the Mazda dealer and after a couple tries they couldn't do it either so I started to search for other options for a shop that is focused on this type of work and I surely found the right place. Mindy was excellent providing me all the information I needed and Mike did the work.. he was very thorough and even removed the old sticky tape residue and cleaned the wheels.Mindy was able to let me borrow a small quiet office that I could work out of while Mike did to work which was very convenient.But what matters most is the end result. After a year of struggling I finally got my wheels balanced properly and my car ride is now smooth as silk. Highly recommend this place!!

Prince Wheel was recommended to me by several very high end performance shops and they did NOT disappoint. Had my Tesla Model 3 wheels powder-coated and quality, price and speed of service were all way above expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Prince Wheel Services has refinished two sets of BMW wheels in Shadow Chrome for me. Very nice and professional staff. I would highly recommend them for any wheel repairs.

This is the ONLY way place I trust with my wheels. Their work is always top notch. They are honest and fair with their pricing. I gave them a set of wheels to refinish and they called to let me know that they were bent in such a way that they weren t able to be properly repaired. I appreciated it and they wouldn t charge me for looking at the wheels even though they took their time to inspect them for me! I ve had multiple other sets of wheels straightened and refinished and they all look great. You can t go wrong taking your wheels here.

I was very impressed with the professionalism from the time I called and made the appointment until the time I left. They spoke with my husband on the phone who couldn t be here and explained everything that needed to be done. I m appreciative for this service and would recomend. I had several bends in my front passenger wheel fixed.

I curbed one of my wheels and while it was not "bad" - I love my car and just saw it as totaling my car completely. I spoke to Robbie who invited me to let him check out the damage and what it would take to fix it if possible. I did a lot of research to see if it would be better to fix the wheel or just replace it. He assured me that not only would it be possible, but that I shouldn't really even notice the repair. My research included fixing a wheel with machined metal along with color - with that, I found that I would need the wheel to be machined with a CNC machine. It would also need to be powder coated for completion. I was fully prepared to ask these things of Robbie and before I could even get those questions out he described the process to fix my wheel and used both of those terms. He had most of my trust at that point. That got even better when he walked me into his office and showed me some of the work that he has done with powder coating and the finishes I should expect. Done. I decided to go ahead and leave my wheel with him. It took exactly the 2 days he promised. When I got there, I asked him if I could see the work before they put it back on my car - they were happy to let me check it out. When I saw the wheel - <3 I was over the moon. It was like magic. I could not see where the damage was in the first place and that is my test for if the job is correct. I will bring any wheels to them that I need worked on without hesitation in the future and recommend them to anyone who also has a problem or damages a wheel.I would like to thank Robbie and anyone else that worked on my wheel - I am a happy camper with this repair. The price was fair and only 1/2 what it would have cost to replace the wheel completely.

I've used Prince Wheel Services in the past for E39 M5 chrome shadow wheels and they did a decent job. This time around I sent three sets of wheels for refinishing and they ask came back with blemishes. I understood they're not going to be perfect, but the wheel pictured has a hair in the clear! The only response I received was that I should expect defects and that I could wetsand and polish the hair out along with the defects on the other wheels. After paying $2k plus $1k for freight I don't think a customer should have to finish the work they paid for themselves. I guess that's what people have to expect from places in this day and age. Highly disappointing.

I'm from out of town so when I showed up with a damaged rim the team at Prince was extremely helpful. They were able to fit my repair in between scheduled appointments and get me going in less than an hour. They were all so professional and so friendly. Keith with Prince's wheels mobile service did a great job! He was very communicative and knew what he was doing. We had rim rash from a curb and in less than an hour he made our rims look good as new! Highly Recommend!

Literally just got done with Keith this morning who helped repair curb rash on both of my front rims. I was so impressed with him being on time, his professionalism, and the great work he did on my two rims. I don't even know where the prior damage was. That is how amazing the works looks at a great price. I will never go anywhere else for rim repairs because I'm sure it will happen again. When it does, I know exactly who to find. Prince Wheel Service always delivers nothing less than exceptional service! I "think the world" of the staff; Robbie, Mendie, and crew are extremely caring honest, and meticulous. They are the best wheel professionals I've ever known... and all who read this review should know that I am BEYOND VERY PARTICULAR about my car! I trust no other group with my vehicle... specifically, my wheels and tires... more than those at Prince Wheels. You should not either.

Great shop, great people. I had damaged wheels on my Audi and they were able to completely restore 3/4 to original condition. They were very helpful while I sourced a replacement wheel for the one that was unrecoverable. The wheels look better than than they did when the car was new. Highly recommended shop.

Recently had a need to engage Prince Wheel Services to take a small bend out of an OEM wheel and mount new tires. They checked each wheel for front and rear radial and lateral runout, repaired the one wheel that had the bend, and mounted the tires using minimal weight and ensuring near single-digit road force numbers. They showed me every step of their process and ensured my OCD was satisfied.Mindy was upfront with all potential costs and scheduled a reasonable time. There was no waiting for the work to start, it took shorter than expected, and the price was lower than estimated. Integrity, a value so rare nowadays, was displayed by all employees with whom I came in contact.Well worth the hour s drive!
