The guys working there are very good. They know there parts. One of the few places you find anymore. This is where I go for parts.

I would like to give this store a 5 star because atzel brad show me the up most respect today when I came in I've already been to other parts stores and the area in was really tired and kinda frustrated but atzel took his time and found a quick in good solution to my car problem in it work and I think he should really be rewarded for that thanks atzel you are really appreciated

This place is near my house and I was happy it was so convenient. I made a quick trip over to buy some brake light bulbs to replace ones that had burned out. The store and parking lot were clean and the inside was what you would expect from an auto parts store. I left disappointed because the bulbs I needed was not in stock. I will try again next time. I wound up heading over to Advance Auto Parts. I was greeted there immediately and got exactly what I needed. Look over at their review for the missing stars from this review.

Just a quick update want to let people know that when you go buy at these place make sure your order or what your buying is new or in good shape because I just had an incident with a part that we bought an though that it was new but it wasn't and they were not going to return your money back unless they get you a new one so just in case you buy something make sure you see them opened up first

I wont be coming back for the fact that I spoke to an employee that said that if I came up there he could help me with my car. He knew I was driving 30 just to get there and said if I didn't come that night I'd have to wait till Saturday. So I rushed up there only to be standing in line waiting for ten minutes while he along with the two other employees that were working were chit chatting it up with customers. Then after I had waited I was told it was too close to closing nobody could help me and I'm not gonna lie after driving 30 minutes just to be turned away I was extremely upset. So I'm not returning maybe somebody else will have better luck.

The Wingate NC branch of O Reillys Auto Parts have stayed amazingly consistent in all aspects. Never really had any problems, everyone knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordered part online at 7pm to be picked up the following day at lunch...had wife pick it up on her lunch break...part was not at store as said online...why 5 stars? Because their service was excellent! Apologized for the confusion, found part at another store, had their runner go get part, greeted wife at door and handed her the part. Sure the ball was dropped on the order but it happens in our digital age. It was their service that set them apart from the other part stores around here, they could have easily said "sorry" and gave us a refund and ended it there. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Had a great experience! My car had a difficult battery to replace and one of the employees named Bryan changed it with no problem! He did it fast and professionally! I will definitely come back!

Horrible cashier told me find my own parts that anything would fit... well they were wrong and I had to take back to get a refund. Been a customer at least 10 years. I'm just not going back. The service has started to fail over the years. I would rather pay the extra money somewhere else then have to deal with the attitudes. Reported .. also refused service for installation of wiper blades at the same visit. Was told I could do it myself after I asked to have them put on.

Stopped to get windshield wipers because ours was squeaking ..these squeak worse . I know it isn t their fault, the reason for 2 stars is because it took so long for someone to help us.

It's a really clean Place everyone is friendly and they will ask you if you need help if they see that you're confused. or you're looking for something I really enjoy going there and it's quick it's close to where I live and I can drop in on my way from work and on my way to work so it's convenient.

After being literally told to eff off and getting verbally assaulted at the Autozone near McDonald s. O reillys was awesome. They got me the part I needed and also gave me some free conductive grease to install the break lights. The employee was very kind and friendly. Autozone lost a customer to O Reillys yesterday.

Love this place! They don't treat me like a dummy because I'm a woman and have the best prices usually but even if there's a difference it's usually worth the extra money to come here

Horrible service, waited a long time, while employees ran around having fun. They knew I was there, just didn't seem to care. I suggest going to another store.

At first when I walked in there was a rude customer complaining.I got nosey and listened to him.Well the employee he was talking to was very calm and professional and honest with him.The employee had a lot of patience and solved the mans problem.The guy was satisfied and he left with more knowledge than he came in with.Think the employee there need to be praised for what they went through

My experience was horrible. I had a guy named Miquel assist me or at least he was working there. He provided little assistance. I asked for a bulb for my headlight. Miquel told me the high beam and low beam were the same. I asked him if he was sure. He said yes. I knew it was incorrect but I went with what he said because he worked there. He gave me a price I then was 100% sure the bulb he was giving me was incorrect. He insisted I was wrong. I paid for the bulb. I asked Miguel for assistance putting the bulb in the headlight. Miguel asked me if I had the tools to do the job. I asked him what tools. He was then told by another associate no tools were needed. Miguel came outside open the hood and said he could not get to the bulb. He told the front brace needed to be removed. I told him that was incorrect. He said it could not be done. While Miguel was telling me these things a guy that had over heard our conversation was looking very puzzled. I asked Miguel to get me another associate. After waiting I'm not sure how long out comes assistance Noah. Noah then looks and put his hand in to take the bulb out. Noah tells me also it cant be removed too tight. I tell Noah to twist and pull it out. He listens and gets it done. I then tell Noah who is Assistant Manager that I only knew how to take the bulb out because he was the one the last time who removed the driver side. Noah then tells me it's the wrong bulb. I tell Noah I tried to tell Miguel the same thing. Noah gets the correct bulb and installs it. I tell Noah Miguel is not ready to assist customers he needs to sweep the floor. O was so frustrated with Miguel and a simple purchase I was gonna just return the bulb and go to Advance Auto. This was truly ridiculous. I don't want my daughter having experiences like this at parts stores. I'm a woman and when I go into a store I want the same consideration as the men.

OMG! Please know exactly what the part name is and where it goes before coming here. It's No place for a woman to shop for parts. Their were at least 5 males working at the time I came looking for a brake bleeding kit. I had to return again to get the RIGHT part for my car. The workers looking at you weirdly when your frustrated about how you're not happy with their customer service.

Employee assaulted my vehicle with keys on a carabiner, attached to his hip. No remorse when informed.Being ignored I've come to accept here... but destroying my property will not be tolerated
