I experienced mechanical issues with my semi-truck and was stranded on side of the highway in North Carolina. I called a few mechanics and was told that it would be 1-2 hours before anyone could head my way. One call to NC Diesel Techs and they were there within 20-30 minutes. NC Diesel Tech are experienced and very professional. NC Diesel Techs communicated with me throughout the entire process and was able to locate the parts to complete the repairs in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend NC Diesel Techs! Satisfied customer!!

First, I rarely put comments on Google. This time, I felt compelled to do it.The day before my RV got towed to NC Diesel Techs, I had accidentally poured gasoline in my diesel tank while traveling across the states. These guys have been fantastic. They've done everything possible to bring back my RV to life. They worked methodically and professionally to make it happen. While I was angry towards myself because of this awful mistake, they demonstrated compassion and humility by sharing their own experience doing the same mistake. They worked to keep the overall cost to its minimum. There's no over billing at this place. No hidden fees!I strongly recommend them. If I was living in Charlotte NC, you can be sure these folks would take care of my RV and my car.

My semi got stuck in a ditch and I needed help asap. I called a couple companies and either no one picked up or I had to take money out of my 401k because it was so expensive. When I called NC Diesel Techs, they picked up right away and gave very fair pricing. They got to me so quickly and got me out of this ditch fast, showing how experienced they are. I highly recommend these guys.

I had to wait 10 minutes for picking up a pre order part because two of the employees we re having a casual conversation. There was only one guy at the register. So when the employee that wasn t occupied finally came to ask me what did I need help with? I told him I have a part that I had pre-ordered and that you guys were supposed to call me when it was in I didn t receive a phone call I had to call myself And that s when the guy on the phone told me that the part had been there for almost 2 hours. Also on top of all that their computer was down the form of payment I was using with a debit card and they kept saying communication error so I had to wait 15 minutes for the employee to call and try to see if the problem was on their end are there vendor end. Finally I told him just to try a different register which he did and the card went through fine so if you re pushing for time, make sure you get there 45 minutes to an hour early because these people like to take their time.

Today we use the Lad Brothers Inc services and they were incredible! They treated us well and made us their priority within all the priorities within all their costumers. They came to our rescue as soon as they were assigned to our call for help, and they came through the storm and rainy weather, with a smile and ready to solve our problem with our car. They put us back on the road in no time and on time for dinner. I can t simply thank them enough!

Our driver had broken down one evening and Leo and his team were able to show up and get our driver going within the hour. Exceptional and friendly service. Awesome from beginning to end!

Really great and friendly service and it was pouring down rain and it only took them a few minutes to get to my location I was so thankful for his help!!! They did an awesome job!!! Will definitely use them in the future

Truck driver READ THIS B4 going ! Great guys they ll take care of you !! However be careful small street .!. No dock on address ..! Make the right turn just passing the train tracks ..! Park on the yard on left and walk to address ..! Void your self some trouble
