I love NAPA. Have since the 80's helping my dad with his cars. What I don't love is there is a sign on the front door posted 3 times that masks are required for entry. Well, I went there last evening for a online order pick up and had my mask on and NO ONE else did. I saw 2 employees. The female employee was courteous and helpful and if it was 2018, I might have made this my store due to how close it is to my house. Well I had to return the item today because I got the wrong part number (my fault alone). The same lady was there and remembered me and made the swap very easy. Problem is, this time there were about 4 employees that I saw and 2 other customers... Again today... NO ONE HAD A MASK ON. We are still in a pandemic!Price was right. The lady was friendly. The older men that worked there (2 of them) looked at me like I had 2 heads for wearing a mask. Eye contact was made and there was no greeting... I just got looked up and down. Maybe when the pandemic subsides I'll give them another shot (no pun intended).For you and all those you are around.... Care for others. Wear a mask.It's so simple to do. If you're thinking of others, it won't bother you so bad. That's why I wear my mask. That's why it's posted on the door.

Stopped by today to purchase some stuff ended up giving the wrong item. The sales associate Wanda was very rude and didn't want to replace my item that I purchased. Sales associate has to be more respectful to their clients.

The lady that mixes paint needs to work on her attitude!! If she don t like what she is doing she needs to move on! She does not need to act like she does with customers.

Changed out a battery under warranty and the employees were very helpful in physically doing the replacement in the vehicle. It is a quick thing but customers truly appreciate it and having the employees do it.

I like and Trust Napa. My son recently bought a battery from them and because he is busy and works in Charlotte I offered to return the core with the receipt to get his cash.he Used his debit card so the money was instantly taken out of his account the moment he bought the battery and the core charge. When I got there they said they have to put it back on his debit card and could not give me cash. It's an insignificant amount of cash but a principal issue. when I explained my son works in Charlotte and I was trying to save him some time the clerk informed me that's their policy he was polite and I appreciate that just bad policy.

After pacing around in front of the counter multiple times finally someone attempted to help me. I specifically asked for one and a half inch bolts and give a bolt as an reference. After waiting well over five minutes the employee comes back with bolts that appear too short. When I question he has to walk away to get numbers off of the bolts in order to tell me if he grabbed what I specifically asked him for. Incompetent

The staff at this store is awesome and Travis will help you even if the store is closed he tried to help me out on a Saturday after the store was closed thanks for trying will go back here
