Fantastic Dealership!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They helped my mother with her purchase, and it was a huge deal for her as she had not bought a car in 20 years! Tim was the first person she dealt with. He was very patient very honest very kind, not pushy and real. ( She went there 3 times and called several more!) She did final closing papers with Danny. He made it go smoothly, he made it no stress we met Mike he answered more questions and was just as easy-going as the others They make you feel like you re visiting family feeling and not like you have to be another sell it is truly the best! It certainly is clear why they have been in business for so long. Their customer service is top-notch.! They will now be the first place we go to look for a car and 100% the first place I recommend to family and friends! Thank you for taking such good care of my mother and her purchase! And the car was awesome too!

I love that Monroe Motor Company is family owned and operated. They have fair prices, efficient service and a wide variety of inventory. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership yesterday and the whole process was simple and I am completely satisfied. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend you stop by and see them.

We drove almost 300 miles from Ga. to pick up my dream car form Mike. Without a doubt the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. They are a Family company that treats you like you are family too! If I could give a "10" I would. DEFINATLY worth the drive!

All the staff at Monroe Motor Co are just the best, I went in, told them what I wanted, the down payment I had and the monthly payment I needed, they made it all happen.I am extremely happy with my purchase. If your looking for another car or truck you owe it to yourself and your pocket book to check them out before you buy.

The absolute best dealership I have been to. So welcoming and comfortable and very compassionate. I personally dealt with Tim, he was very understandable helped me tremendously and made everything smooth and quick! I highly Recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. There vehicles are so clean and nice with great value . So blessed and happy I got to deal with this particular dealership! Thankyou guys so much! More than satisfied.

Simply the absolute best experience ever when buying a car!! Ask for Mike Mills, he's the best! Monroe Motor Company is a family-owned business and they make you feel like part of the family. From my first contact with Mike about the car to the minute I drove it off the lot, easy and stress free!! I am looking forward to using their Service Dept for routine maintenance too!! If I could give more stars, I would! I will definitely be a return customer!

I just bought a SUV from Mike Mills today and the process was easy and simple. I also use the service department for maintenance. This is a great Christian place and all the employees are super nice, treating you like family. I highly recommend Monroe Motor for all your car needs. They are the best!

My father recently purchased my first automobile with Monroe Motor Company. I watched the whole transaction take place and I ve never seen anything run smoother! Mike Mills worked with us and was extremely professional, endearing, and informative. I am so glad we purchased a car with this company because it took so much stress off for me and was such an easy experience. My wife and I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Mike Mills today. We had a great buying experience and Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Monroe Motor Company and every time I have had a good experience. I would recommend them highly if you are looking for a good vehicle that is not over priced. I definitely give Monroe Motor Company 5 stars.

Just purchased a used car for my daughter this afternoon from Mike Mills at MMCo. I've purchased several cars in my life and never had a smoother and easier experience than I did today. He was informative, helpful, and trustworthy every step of the way. Can't recommend his company enough! Make sure you give Monroe Motor Co. a shot if you're in the market for a used automobile!

Drove 15(+) hours to buy a ford lightning from Mike Mills at Monroe motor company. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike and his wife Sandy treated us as if we we are family. The truck was in excellent condition and everything in the lot was in excellent shape. Don't hesitate to give them a call! I would recommend Monroe Motor co to anyone!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. All our 5 vehicles use their repair shop. BJ has been our mechanic for YEARS...HE IS THE BEST. He is always so sweet and knowledgeable. The front office and sales people are so welcoming and kind. You can believe that if their repair shop does your auto work, it will be done perfectly. Great Staff shop, office and sales.

They had the vehicle I wanted. I stopped by one day, saw 3 SUV s checked them out and test drove one. Two I didn t feel like met my needs. I have arthritis in my lower back, so I felt like the one with the seat warmer would be the best. It handled like a dream. Plus it only had 77500 and it being a 2013, I felt like this was the one for me. The other 2 had less miles and newer, I didn t like the colors. Danny gave me the best deal I could have imagined. Thanks Monroe Motor Co and Danny! Y all rock!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Mike Mills at Monroe Motor Co. We live in Maine and found Mike on the internet. From speaking to Mike a few times on the phone we could hear the honesty in his voice and felt very comfortable. When we got there the vehicle was everything he said it was. Mike made the whole process of buying a vehicle over the phone very easy. It was worth the 1400 mile drive and wouldn t hesitate to do it again. VERY HAPPY!!! Thank you Mike, John & Lorie Hart

Fair and honest. These guys are the best car dealership I have ever bought from (I have bought three). And Jamie in service is a genius! If you are anywhere close to Monroe, you need to see them. There is a reason they have been in business since 1948...they know customer service.

I have purchased two trucks from Monroe Motor Company and experienced zero problems. Mike did not use pressure tactics, instead he let the quality of the vehicles speak for themselves. I have used their service department and recommend it for any repair needs. This is a Christian business, I recommend them to everyone.

We love buying cars here. We never are taken advantaged of. They will sell you what you need and not the most expensive one on the lot. Their entire inventory is online so you can research all the models before you go in to test drive. We just purchased a 2015 Kia Soul for a great price. We love our Car! It was perfect for us. Want the perfect car? Go see Tim or Mike as well as the other sales associates at Monroe Motor and you won't be disappointed.

Such kind people. Service Department is the BEST. We have been using Monroe Motors for a long time. BJ and his Buddy in the service department are always spot on. We have never had a problem with their repairs or price. From our new car to our older ones, including our trucks, MONROE MOTORS get All of our repair work, oil change and general maintenance.

The entire staff and owners have treated my family and I like their own. I have bought a vehicle, had multiple vehicles serviced and fixed, asked advice on buying other vehicles, and even had issues/warranty request that have all left me 100% satisfied...and often received service above my expectations. I recommend them often and know that they are honest, reliable, and affordable.

Great family owned dealership! Both Tim and Mike were warm, unfront, and helpful. They treated my wife and I with respect and didn't try to haggle, upsale or pressure us. They even repaired some cosmetic issues we noticed after taking a test drive and deciding on a vehicle, at no cost. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I bought Chevy traverse and only had it on the road for maybe a week!! Took it to them and was lied to about having transmission work done to it..when I got it back it was stuck in valet mode. Keep in mind all this is under their "warranty" and it still had the 30 day tag on it!! Finally got my money back but after a couple weeks they put it back on the lot!!Jessie

Have bought cars from them at a great price, go to Church with owners and find service not to be a problem, even gave me a ride home while waiting.Suggest if you want a car, deposit down until mechanic looks at it. Jamie has always been fair at repairs. Suggest setting up finance BEFORE looking at any car or dealer. He who hesitates loses!
