Changing an oil and filter should be straightforward and painless. And it was! In at the time scheduled, out in a reasonable amount of time, and at the price quoted including $20 coupon. Perfect.

My car was in need of a CV axle replacement. The current staff at were friendly, helpful, and did well in fixing. They even took extra time to spot any additional issues that needed fixing. From what I could tell, they take good care of the cars that come in!

My experience is average. I called them and requested an appointment for tire installation and an oil change. I got an appointment within 2 hours. However, They just did an oil change and said they couldn t do tire installation due to something unavailable. I paid 90$ for just a synthetic oil change; it doesn t include any other perks. Moreover, they know I'm a new customer.

We ve used Meineke for quite some time. For the most part, things have gone very well. Prompt service and great working hours. Upfront with cost of services and or repairs. Super friendly staff who offer good Customer Service.

Took our Grand Cherokee L in for an inspection and oil change. Quick, painless and incredibly professional and friendly.You can learn a lot about a business s professionalism and customer service-oriented attitude by reading their responses to Google reviews. The gentleman that owns this location clearly cares about his customers and is constantly seeking opportunities to improve. Absolutely fantastic.

Unfortunately I've experienced a number of dishonest repair shops but not here. I took my Escalde in for repair with no appt an hour before close and received respectful and efficient treatment and service. I wasn't offered services I didn't require or repairs that I didn't need. I'm a frugal gal and these gentleman took care of my repairs without having to promise them my first child! If you want to receive honest, quality, and efficient services at prices you can afford you've found it. Thank me later!!!

My daughter is lucky she didn t have an accident after the unprofessional job done on her brakes. They were missing bolts and we had to pay someone else to fix that job. When we let them know, my husband got a very adversarial phone call. It started off asking why we didn t return the car to them. When your brakes are installed without all of the required bolts, you don t feel safe returning to the same mechanic. He didn t want to argue about the entire situation, he wanted to warn this company that they sent a very unsafe vehicle out on the road. He ended the call immediately when it started off so aggressively. An apology would have been nice.

Richard and the team made sure I was taken care of when it came to fixing my brakes. There were other issues under the hood that would've done damage if gone unnoticed but they went the extra mile to make sure I prolonged the longetivity of my car. Highly recommend!

Take my 2010 Tahoe in for a shock inspection. I'm told I need all 4 replaced. With a unique magnetic ride suspension. Make the appointment, dropped it off the night before. Not a word, I called at 3pm. "We have it up on the lift now." Not another word after that. Not a call saying "we need more time and you'll be without a car." They kept it over night. Then I get a call the next day telling me, it's ready but only the rear shocks were replaced. Strange when I was told all 4 needed to be replaced. When I talked to them, they kept telling me the "magnetic suspension" is giving us fits and didn't have the right parts... the codes were cleared, but I've only driven the car 1 time since I picked it up. We will see if it returns when I drive it a few more miles. I'm just a little baffled that they don't know what to order or do with this type of suspension all while recommending I need all four replaced.

My 2 young adult boys moved to the area, 5 hours away from home. They dont know anyone in the area or nothing. My son had car problems, we took the car to Meineke (Richard) on 3 separate occasions for different issues. I got the best service and he was so honest they even sent me pictures to verify the issue. I had additional warranty on my vehicle, Mr. Richard took the time to handle everything on phone with them and it saved me money. I don't know about other Meinekes but this Meineke on 1850 W. Roosevelt Blvd.-Hwy, 74, Monroe, NC 28110 IS THE BEST.THANK YOU RICHARD AND YOUR TEAM FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

This Meineke goes above and beyond for everyone! The workers are super friendly, helpful, and caring. Richard and Tony have been such a huge help to me and my car troubles. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, you won t find better service elsewhere!

Service was exceptional!!! Ever expectation was satisfied to the fullest.
