The gentlemen were all professional and gave me good advice on what sizes od camper shell would go with my 2015 Toyota Tacoma full cab. Mr. Brandon Long handled my cab sale and was able to quickly get me scheduled for a professional install with a great matching paint color. I have used this Leonard location for ten years and will continue to come back due to the superior quality of customer service I receive. Thanks, Scott Taylor.

I bought a 7x12 dump trailer from leonards in monroe, let me tell u that im verry happy with the service. Tim helped me out and was awsome, he was super polite, professional and did everything he could to get me the best deal available. Thanks tim!!! I highly recomend this place.

I went to Leonard in Monroe a couple of weeks ago to just "look" at a cargo trailer. While I was on the lot, the manager, Charlie, came outside to assist me. After listening to what I wanted, he recommended the one I was looking at. Although it was the last one available, it was exactly what I was looking for and more! (I went there to look at a 5 x 8 and left with a 6 x 12!) Charlie took his time answering all my questions and making sure the trailer was the right one for me. The technician, Wayne, got the trailer ready for me and thoroughly explained everything about it.Charlie is fair, honest, and doesn't sell you anything you don't need. My experience was so good, I went back the next week to have new tires put on my utility trailer.Shop with confidence here. This team is outstanding!

Today we bought our first utility trailer and an amazing dog kennel. We had been to lowes and tractor supply and the service wasn t great and being new to trailers we had no clue what we were doing. When we arrived at Leonard s , wow, what a difference in service! I ll never go anywhere else! Tim, I think the manager, was fabulously knowledgeable, spent time explaining all the dos and donts and how best to use the trailer. I had a lot of questions and Tim (and Wayne) were patient and just good people. I never leave reviews but this experience was one which made me feel like it s important to review when you get good service that is above and beyond! Thank you, Tim and Wayne!!

The guys from Leonard saved the day! I purchased from Amazon an AVS bug deflector for my 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ and it was missing some of the hardware to allow it to be installed.I went to the guys there today and they affixed the bug deflector to my truck and it looks excellent for the wife's truck.Thank you very much for your continued service to my two trucks.

Leonard Aluminum Utility Buildings and Truck Accessories is the Best company in meeting your needs regarding outdoor building's and truck accessories!! I went to them requesting running boards for my husband's Dodge Ram and received Amazing customer service! I spoke with several associates who guided me on what the best quality item would meet my needs. After Wayne and Tim provided me a quote I placed my order. Within 2 days I received a call to bring in the Ram for Wayne to install. Wow, not only did Leonard order and receive the running boards quickly, Wayne installed them within 48 hours. Thank you gentlemen for making my husband's Christmas the best gift for him and also completing the installation efficiently. Leonard is AMAZING and has Awesome associates! Thank you again!! Dave and Wayne were really helpful helping me find the trailer I wanted and hooked me up with a hitch. Thanks guys trailer has been wonderful and I use it quite often . They also do wheelbearings repairs, brakes.etc to help maintain your trailer.

Was very helpful...my first ever visit there and I had no idea how much they have available....John went out of his way to help me get the bed cover parts I needed, I didn't even get the cover from them but he helped me like I was a regular there...offering tips and advise on how to properly secure my cover....he was on point with all his advise...thank you.... it ended up a perfect fit...

I bought a HD 5X8 Leonard trailer here. Within a few weeks we were having an issue with the wiring. I keep getting a trailer fault module on my dashboard. I took it back where Tim & Wayne immediately helped me. Wayne rewired the entire trailer and it now works perfectly. The customer service was excellent. Also, I dealt with Amir on some accessories and he just as excellent as Tim & Wayne. I highly recommend this business.

Had a pretty great experience here. Dimitri was very helpful even though he is a floating manager he had an answer for every question I had and if he didn't have one he got it for me within minutes. The only complaint I had was that he was by himself and they nobody to help him answer phones while he was helping us so our service got interrupted several times by phone calls. I could see how someone who is inpatient would get upset but I feel like I'm a patient person. My overall experience was good. The building that I wanted they had in stock and they are going to deliver it promptly. And lastly the service was very nice.

I just purchased a Leer truck cap for my RAM Power Wagon, and I have to say that the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The quality and timeliness of the install were outstanding, and I really felt like I went to the best for this work. I have also purchased a trailer from Matt and his team in the past, so I expected the same good service, but they really seemed to go over and above to make my experience as a customer their top priority.

I was in the market for a bed cover for my new truck when I called and spoke with Mitch. Right off he beat everyone s price on what I was looking for. Once I got there he actually sold me one that was less expensive than the one I was looking at. Knowing I would eventually be putting a fifth wheel camper he showed me how the one I wanted could obstruct my view. He could have easily sold me the more expensive one which eventually I would have been unhappy with. Mitch even had it installed for me while I waited instead of having me come back. I highly recommend this Leonard dealership for any of your car or truck needs. This was by far excellent customer service they diffidently took care of me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks again Mitch and your staff for excellent customer service.

I purchased a Leer camper shell from Leonard's in Monroe for my Ford F250 in late September of this year. I purchased the Leer 100XQ. The camper shell arrived and was installed by Leonard's in October. I could not have been more pleased with my purchase, the camper shell looked fantastic and the staff was excellent. The price tag was hefty but I don't mind paying a little extra for quality. This is the good part of the review. The shell leaked. It was taken back several times to correct the leak but the leak was still there.

I purchased a Leer truck cap last June and somehow it began to rub against the cab of the truck. It was in a place that was difficult to see, but once I noticed it all I could see was that rub. Anyway, I took the truck back to Leonard in Monroe, NC where I talked to Mitch. Mitch handled the situation perfectly. Once he saw the rubbed spot his response was "don't worry one bit, we will get this taken care of at no cost to you." I told Mitch he handled this like I would in my business and I greatly appreciated it!This was quite an effort. Mitch had to remove the cap and send it back to their factory in Mount Airy, NC to have it repainted. He then arranged for my truck to have the area repainted at a local paint and body shop. The end of the story is that the truck and the cap are now completely repaired and they look great.There is no doubt that the next cap I purchase will come from Mitch and his group.Paul Cameron

The gentlemen at Leonard s in Monroe were extremely customer friendly. Rushed in just around closing time on a Saturday and they were more than happy to get what I needed taken care of and complete the business although I am pretty sure it was on their own time. You could have purchased what I got online but it s good folks like these that make buying locally worth the investment. Now if I need more things for my truck I have my guys.

i recently bought a few small things from this great group of people. I had them do a spray in bed liner on a new truck I bought and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Fast, friendly and very professional. I will be returning for a goose-neck hitch very soon. If you are looking for any accessory for your truck or SUV including a large selection of trailers give them a call or stop by and talk with them, I'm sure they can get you taken care of.

Still forcing custoners and staff to use a plastic box to use the bathroom?! It's been like 2 years and still no bathrooms. How do you wash your hands? This place needs to step up the level of service and respect.

Went to the South Blvd Location twice the first time I was greeted and helped the second time know one spoke to me. I was shopping around and found the trailer I wanted $100.00 cheaper. But the gross vehicle weight was lower. I called Leonard on South Blvd and asked why a 5.5x10 trailer they sold had a higher weight rating than the competition. And they couldn t tell me. I called Leaonard in Monroe NC and asked the same question. Torry who answered the phone knew right away. It was because Leonard Trailers have a heavy duty axle. So that s where I bought my trailer. A week later one of the lights stopped working and Leonard fixed the problem under the warranty. Mitch the assistant manager has been awesome to work with and I am very Pleased with my experience. I will send customer s their way from now on. Thanks Mitch and Torry!

UPDATE 4/16/2021:To provide another update here on the trailer I purchased for my father a year ago now. Mario from Leonard never did follow through with contacting me, and he won't return my calls after I've left 2 or 3 messages for him over the past month, so the final outcome is that LEONARD DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR PAINT CRAFTMANSHIP AND MATERIALS ARE INSUFFICIENT. They have lower prices for a reason. I recommend not buying unless you don't mind repainting fenders with your savings.Furthermore, I needed a trailer of my own this year, so I bought one 2 days ago. Again, I found Leonard had the best prices, but this time I paid a few hundred extra and bought a BigTex 35SA. It's finish is an automotive powedercoat, it uses square tube rails, is less flimsy and has more features. I'm very impressed on initial quality of the BigTex compared to the Leonard.UPDATE 3/17/2021: They did call me and began discussion about the poor build quality of my trailer. I am currently awaiting a call back to discuss next steps. Will update review based on how things conclude and we see if Leonard stands behind their products.Original Review:First I want to say the buying experience was excellent. I purchased this trailer for my dad and then delivered it to him in Ohio after the first COVID lockdown was lifted.He is using it now to haul his old garden tractor around town for small volunteer jobs for elderly and his church and the paint is flying off the trailer was he's driving down the road!You can see the builder was cheap and didn't use primer under the paint. This is completely unacceptable. His other trailers are 12 and 18 years old and besides some light touch-up paint required for general maintenance they have been much better built.I don't recommend buying one of their painted trailers. Maybe the aluminum ones are built better.

My wife and I just bought a 6x12 tandem axle trailer from these guys. I must say the best customer service and knowledge. Staff was very friendly and delivered the trailer very quickly. I drove from Hartsville, SC to do business with them. Well worth the trip.

Awesome people. Extremely friendly and aim to please. Never try to talk you into something you do not want. Tons of stuff to choose from, automotive accessories, closed in trailers, storage buildings and all. My hubby just got a trailer to pull cars and he loves it. Prices are great too. Mitch and Matt are the best, thanks gentlemen!!!
