If I could give no stars i would. My grandma went to get an inspection. After being there 15 minutes they come in and say we need cabin amd engine air filters the cost of $100. I said no. Then 5 minutes later they come back and say you need new brakes and rotars and telling me the brakes are less than a 1. The cost of $350 and could not pass inspection without them.Ok this car only as 18000 miles on it. So I go out and look and the guy checking the brakes said they look like a 2 1/2- 3 but did not even know how to show me they are a 1 with his tool. To sum this place up. Crooks that tried to take advantage of an old lady. I guess they thought I had no clue about vehicles as well. Needless to say went uo the road and was passed inspection with no problems. And the technician was shocked that jiffy lube tried saying rotars and brakes were bad.

The service was excellent. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. But y all gotta do something about those prices, a basic oil change after taxes is $69!?! That s ridiculous i could go to another competitor like (Firestone) and get it for half that. Would definitely come back if it wasn t so expensive.

They showed very little interest in servicing my vehicle. Too busy piddling with a personal vehicle outside the store. Didn't seem to be a professional setting in the least. The price the uninterested guy quoted me to change my oil, me supplying the materials, was way higher than expected. I left with a shrug of the shoulders from the guy I talked to. I was the only car there. Don't waste your time with these people. Poor management, greedy prices and zero professionalism.

Was the only one there and they took a good bit of time on changing my oil. The paper says they put air in my tires which they did not cause I knew I needed air in one of them and when I went to the dr office immediately afterwards noticed that I still needed air in it. Also says my fill windshield washer fluid was OK which I m almost out and have pics to prove it. My truck also says need brake fluid which also probably wasn t done. I m pretty sure maybe the only thing they did was change my oil hopefully. But who the hell knows. If I were you I d find somewhere else to get your oil changed cause you aren t gonna get what you pay for. Paid $133.95 for my so called services right just them being lazy and putting whatever on there to get people out of there. Cause they were sooooooo busy I was the only customer there do yourself a favor and find a place that will actually do what you are paying for. Oh and also tried to sell me a cabin air filter cause it was soooo dirty right it was barely even dirty but I m sure cause I m a woman he thought he could pull one over on me.Service: Oil change

Nice guys..but I went for an oil change and filter replacement today and ended up paying $136.. a little rip off but didn t question it until I saw my receipt where it said they were suppose to vacuum floors, wash exterior windows, and refill washer fluid. With five guys working and me being the only l one there with no line they still didn t end up doing it

Went in this time for annual state inspection. Received NIT READY codes on three different occasions after driving almost 300 miles over three days. Technicians were very understanding and advised me to get a waiver at DMV due to the 3 not ready reports. Obtained waiver, returned to Jiffy Lube and they completed the inspection.

The manager passed my inspection last year on my car and never said my tint was an issue. This year they stated it was an issue and failed the same tint. When I came back to discuss with the manager the next morning he didn t open the store until 815am. While discussing with him he walked off while talking to me. I ve been coming here for years and never been treated like this.

My vehicle was serviced pretty quickly and the technicians were friendly, but over half the things that they claimed to have done on my receipt, wasn't actually done. There was no one available to do a vehicle inspection at 8:30 a.m. and I also had to wait an additional 30 minutes for their system to start working in order to accept my debit card and in the end had to find an atm to get cash and then come back. Took over an hour for something that should have been 15-20 minutes.

I had to change my 5 star rating to a 1 star because my wife took my truck here yesterday to get an oil change and she was told that my truck needed a coolant flush cause it had absolutely no coolant in it. To wich my wife responded ( how could I have driven it 5 miles to get here without it running hot) ? The young man tried to insult her intelligence!

Highly recommend this place for ladies! Dave and Jay were top notch with customer service, and they were very trustworthy and didn t try to upsell me on what I asked for.I am very impressed with these 2 and would recommend them to anyone searching for a quick, no appointment oil change!

I felt that I was treated well at this business. They did my oil change fast (pun on Jiffy) and I was extremely, extremely happy with that.I will be honest and tell you that I didn't go there expecting anything beyond a routine oil change.BUT...I looked at the very detailed receipt that they gave me, and I realized something. There was a line item about 'cleaning exterior glass.' You know what? They actually did that!I rate the service as five-stars (Out of five.) My only complaint and it is a very small complaint, is that there isn't one of these Jiffy-Lubes in my town.Service: Oil change

Received the best care as well as service on my car, got oil change and needed new wipers. They showed me how bad my old wipers were (and the wipers were BAD) and so happy they could replace the old rotten ones. I do recommend this Jiffy Lube (#2484) in Monroe, NC. Avery, Ricky, Calvin, and Thomas were so helpful, courteous, and answered all my questions without hesitation and took time to explain everything to me. They are the kind of employees that give a good lasing impression to people and this makes people want to come back for service on their cars. The inside was very clean and the bathroom was super clean. My new 'go-to' place for my car. Thank you all so much for helping me.Service: Oil change

Dissatisfied, Had them check my air pressure in my tires. Didn't do that even after I ask and he said he did. I have a air gauge in my car. Just didn't have the air compressor. When I left Jiffylube I had 40 psi in one tire and 28 in the other. When I checked the payment sheet it even says d he calculated to 32 psi. That must be automatically inserted through the computer because he did no such thing. I'm worried now that my 89.00 dollar oil change and another 5.00 shop fee was poorly done also.Service: Oil change

Great staff. Quick and efficient. They will try to upsell you as with all of the places, but... it's not pushy or disrespectful. So, we kindly decline and paid for what we needed. Great spot. No waiting.

I came early in the morning for a last minute oil change before I had to go out of town. The people there were friendly, welcoming, timely, and extremely professional. Ricky was the one I mostly spoke to but I believe Andrew worked on my car as well and they both exceeded my expectations. I was a little iffy about the price at first but when Ricky told me I was good for 7,000 miles that all changed my mind because my usual synthetic oil change costs about 40 dollars but would only last me about 3,500 miles so definitely worth the price for longevity! Thank you guys so much for your performance and as a fellow essential worker during this time thank you for just doing what you do.

When I don't have time to change my oil this is the only place I go. I'm in and out in less than 30 minutes.Update (6/9): prices have gone up. Oil change cost me $120 with a coupon. I'm changing my own oil from now on.

WORST PLACE TO GO TO! HORRIBLE ETHICS! Sent my wife to get oil change and inspection.They completely took advantage of her ignorance of cars, OTP told her an oil change for her car a 2018 Mazda 3 2.5L that only holds 4.5 quarts. They charged her for Penzoil Gold for $75.99 after saying it was $30 OTP. Also swindled her into changing a cabin filter by showing her the air intake filter and not the cabin filter. They also said this filter replacement would be $30. Never the less they replaced the intake filter without asking and charging an additional $34.99 for the intake filter and $45.99 for the cabin filter. In addition to this they "pumped her tires" but the low air dash light is still present after the service. As well as not performing any of the complimentary tasks. This Visit is a descrace to mechanics. I was an automotive mechanic for 4 years and I have been an industrial mechanic for an additional 2. So I know everything to look for. Could have easily done this myself, but I was pressed for time. So, in total, Oil change for a car that only takes 4.5qts was $75, a fill on "low coolant" was $8 after claiming it was $4, cabin filter that didn't need to be replaced was $45.99 and finally an intake filter that was not asked for was $34.99 for a total charge of $170.37. This is another shop trying to upcharge and take money from people's ignorance of automotive. ALSO COULDN'T DO A INSPECTION BECAUSE MACHINES WERE DOWN!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Came over to jiffy lube for the first time. And was approached by the manager (Ricky), very nice guy. Told me everything upfront and their were no surprises or hidden fees. I am going to recommend everyone that I know to come here. The environment is very nice and laid back. 10/10

I just drove 15 miles to this location for a vehicle inspection. The cord they use to connect to the car wasn't working and they guy said if they keep having issues with the cord they would have to replace it. I can tell you that YES it's probably past time to replace this cord or run the risk of irritating customers. I definitely won't be back.

I just had my oil changed in my van and the people at Jiffy Lube were great. They checked all my fluids and changed my air filters. They really went the extra mile. And even washed my windows. Great service indeed!
