This will make our third large purchase with Iron Horse Motorcycles. Anson in sales worked hand in hand with David in finance to close the deal at the best price. I love the work they do with Home Town Heros! A local non for profit who supports kids will serious illness. Thank you so much to the team for helping us! Keep up the great work and outreach in our community!

Service dept is great!! While restoring a bike and having the wheels powder coated, I needed the tires removed and then reinstalled as well as new bearings pressed in. They completed the job in two visits and let me store my tires there while the powder coating took place. They communicated well and executed the job with haste & perfection. Not a single scratch to the new paint. Great job guys.Oh and by the way, the ladies working the counter are the sweetest. A+

This is an absolutely amazing establishment! I recently purchased a dirt bike from them. Anson, my sales associate, was very professional and even found the specific model that I wanted - even when it was out of stock at their location!If you re looking for friendly staff and a place where you can go to make lifelong connections, definitely check them out! You will not be disappointed!

I just made my 3rd purchase from Iron Horse Motorcycles! Love dealing with them, everyone is friendly and welcoming! I've made all my purchases from Carson Rollins!! He is great!! I trust what he tells me and he makes every transaction fast and smooth. The finance department is quick and proficient as well, I had Kim do my paperwork for my first purchase and JP did my paperwork the last 2 times! Great people, great prices, and a local shop that can help with all your new or preowned riding needs and the service department and parts department are great as well!! Go ask for Carson if buying a new or preowned machine!!

Great dealership! All the employees were really nice and friendly. I left there today with a new Harley. Update. Went in for an inspection on my bike, quick and friendly, and reasonably priced.

This place is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend doing business here. After purchasing a used four wheeler that was so rusted it completely split in half while my 5 year old was on it!! We went back and spoke to the owner and we made all these promises to find out when we went back to pick up the new one the general manager not only refused us to speak to the owner he was extremely rude to not only my husband but my father as well! They gave us an interest rate of 17%! They say on the website that they thoroughly inspect all used items for quality and value I can say that s false!!! Even the owner himself said it should have never even been placed on the floor to be sold, to top it off when my husband drove it around to the back for the mechanic to get it off the trailer he made the comment oh boy, the rusted one is back! Super disappointed!!! Again would not recommend going here! The photos honestly don t even do it justice! It was so much worse looking in person and all the people that work there said they have never seen one break in half like that.

Great place to get a bike.I just got a Honda Navi, they gave me & my partner a TShirt & I rang the cowbell. Great people, awesome service, a wonderful place to pick up a new road toy.

Great people, great bikes, great prices and great products. I drove from Atlanta to Iron Horse to buy a bike - and it was definitely worth the drive. On-site vintage bike collection alone was worth the drive, not to mention finally getting my "dream bike" I have wanted since I was a kid - a Road King - at a great price.

On 2/2/24 I went to Iron Horse to get my Kawasaki z650 inspected for NC. I got 0 grief for bringing in a sport bike, and the mechanic even filled my tires with air and tightened my mirror. The staff was super nice all around. I wish they sold/serviced Kawasaki's because I would definitely use them for everything.

Just want to give a shout out to Carson , and Austin Haynes for there hard work to find what I wanted and at a great price. Very helpful and very knowledgeable,would definitely do business with them again

The best place and people you can ever want to deal with. Apon arrival the bike I had been looking and and pulled out a loan for had a sold tag on it. I was extremely frustrated about this because the bike was still listed as available online. Plus I had cash in hand to buy the bike and they had it tagged off because someone called and put in a deposit. Just when I was about to leave The magic man Austin pulled me to the side and asked if there was anything that could be done to make me a happy customer. Long story short, this man went WELL above and beyond to put me on the bike of my dreams including an incredible price drop just to make ends meet on my side. Also the lady that processed the paperwork was amazing and very informative throughout the process. I dont know how to give these guys the shout out they really deserve, but thank you all so much more than you will ever know. Keep up the amazing work guys. Also has a huge variety of all motor sports on site pluse gear and merchandise shop in the back

Great service!! Made an appointment, dropped my UTV off, and picked up the same day as promised. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even went the extra mile and washed the UTV. I would highly recommend visiting them.

Just left there . I live in Charlotte but drive the fourth five minutes because I love the service and they have better prices than any one in or around Charlotte. Best of all they are nice and friendly!I couldn t decide what size windshield to get. They told me I could try the one they had and if it didn t work they d order the one I want and take back the original one at no extra costThat s old school salesmanship and I like itThanks Andrew and Robert

I would definitely recommend going here to buy your next atv, side by side, or bike. David Andrew was my sales person (also the manager) and he was great. Taylor was the finance person I dealt with and she was absolutely awesome. Hats off to both of you guys for taking such good care of me. I will definitely use you guys for any future purchases. Everything was quick and easy. If I could give 10stars I would.

I brought my can am Ryker to Iron Horse after having it at Ride Now on Concord for almost a year. They were able to resolve my issue quickly. Ride Now was going to charge me $3k to repair my bike. The said I needed a new wire harness set. Iron Horse in formed me it was just Some fuses that needed replacing. Saved me $3k. Special thanks to Candice and Bobby in Service for helping me out. I wish I would have brought my bike to them sooner. Great job!

Austin and his team were amazing. I drove over 350 miles to come buy my bike from them! Had what I needed and were the extremely helpful. Great family run shop with tons to see. I will be back again!

My husband has been into the shop twice in the last week and half. Both instances he spent roughly 30-40 minutes walking around looking at bikes and not once did anyone of the multiple representatives ask if they could help him with anything. He was looking to trade in his motorcycle and make a purchase of a new to him bike. I wish this could have been a 5 star review because we would rather purchase locally but that is ok as he will take his trade/money to another shop. Please work on customer service.

Let me tell you about my experience at Iron Horse. I went in to look at my three year old son soon to be four a honda 50cc dirt bike for a Christmas present today 7/14/22. They had two used and four or five new. I took my son just to see if he liked them and which one he liked. He liked the used ones because they were red and white and not all red. The price was $1499.00. I asked the sales person if that was the best they could do on it due to it being used. He said he had to go ask. I told him I could pay with cash right now or finance either way. He came back and said, "no maybe I needed to come back closer to Christmas and see about deals then." They never asked what my cash offer was and/or really did not care I guess. I was going to ask for $100.00 off the bike then go to parts and buy him training wheels and put the $100.00 off of the bike towards the part that cost $150.00. Plus we brought him to the store so that we could fit him for a helmet, gloves, riding gear, etc. which was going to be purchased at that time. The brand new bikes cost $1649.00 ($149 more than a used one). The local radio station in Monroe always advertises that we should buy local and support our hometown. I tried doing this and this is the result I get. You would think, that a business would want to try to make a sale, especially during these times. I was taught growing up that everything used is a little bit negotiable. Christmas is five months away and was just trying to get a head start. Buyer beware, I would not want you to go and waste your time at this dealer, Iron Horse Motorcycles. They didn't care to have our business, we will just purchase a new one at a different dealer. Hard to get ahold of these guys on the phone but I get it, busy busy. When it finally came time to pick up my Talon it was a good experience and very time efficient! Also, everyone that works there is Family or close friends and it shows. Great atmosphere. Thanks for all the help. By the way, it s Christmas in July at iron horse.
