Jackson did an amazing job helping me find my truck. Service was out of this world. I've purchased several vehicles and buy far the best service I've received. Even Nacy the finance lady was awesome and also a great conversation. Needless to say, I will purchase my future vehicles from this dealer. Trustworthy and do what they say with no exceptions. Thank you Jackson and Hendricks Chevrolet for the incredible experience.

My husband and I had a great experience with making our purchase at Hendrick Chevrolet! Nate was an amazing salesman, never pressured us into buying and went with our flow, he assisted with any questions we had and even provided his personal cell phone number which was great cause the process took us a few days because we financed with our credit Union. So I was able to update him by text throughout the week. We had a hiccup with a discrepancy with the Car Fax (not done by Hendrick) and the actual mileage on our truck (the miles were less on the vehicle) and the sales manager expedited the process by reaching out to someone. I recommend anyone who s thinking about it to go to Hendrick!Ask for NATE!

I stopped by Hendrick Chevrolet in Monroe to look @ at 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 and was introduced to Matt. Super impressed with his work ethic and knowledge of the various vehicles on the lot!! I usually do not take time to write a review, but I had to share my experience with this awesome dealership. I went into Chevrolet looking for a newer Tahoe, because my Tahoe was getting up there in mileage and I wanted something new and reliable. Jack was my sales representative and Zack was the manager that worked with me. They both showed professionalism and tried to work with me but I still owed too much and I didn t want to take that burden of a huge monthly payment, so I told them I would come back and try again once I paid some more on my truck. Fast forward Nov 1, I was in an accident and my truck ended up being totaled and I was being forced to get something new now. Throughout this whole time Jack was contacting me and letting me know what they had on the lot not knowing that my last truck had been totaled out. So I commend Jack for being so consistent and he is the MAIN reason I decided to come back in and shop at this particular dealership. When I say the customer service was on point and I did not feel like they wanted to take advantage of me one bit. I felt welcomed and I ended up with a great deal and a brand new Tahoe!!! I can t say enough about this dealership thank you again to Jack, Zack, and Ms Nancy for working with me and making my shopping experience the best I ve ever experienced!!! Thank you again! You do not know how much I truly appreciate you all! I will definitely be back for all my services and a use car because you know Tahoes are crazy on gas!!! Happy Holidays! AJ Huff is the guy to see!! Excellent experience. He was personable, knowledgeable, and set clear expectations and time management throughout the buying process of my new 2023 Chevrolet Traverse! Went above and beyond to send me a personalized email and follow up text message after I was home. I drove from Durham to Monroe (2.5 hours) to buy from him! 5-Stars!!

Sarah and the customer service staff at Cadillac Chevrolet Hendrick in Monroe or fantastic on my recent oil change visit. From the moment I arrived they were very friendly and engaging. They were also truthful about the time it would take to service my vehicle before they even gave me some free caps for my tires.

Drew was excellent! Did not play any games and was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Drew worked with me on my time constraints and was a great communicator. He even saved me a few dollars by giving me a ride to the dealership from my house! Will definitely be back!

First went to Hendrick Chevy 2-3 months ago and met Jackson Mangrum and Paige Cooper. I m coming from the other truck brand and was very out of place. Both were very professional and nice during our interaction. We stayed in contact via phone and email until I had made up my mind and ready to go. At this time I met Chris Griffin. Chris and Jack had their hands full with me but handled it nicely. This was our second purchase from this dealership, first bow tie, and we were treat great both times. Top notch team in my opinion. Thank you all.

I cannot recommend Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe enough! From the moment we walked in, Jackson (sales person ) was friendly and accommodating. We were searching for a Chevy Silverado 2024, and not only did they have a great selection, but they also worked with us to get an incredible deal. Went in for oil change. Usually dealerships take an hour and a half to two hours. Mine was 1 hour on the dot. I was thoroughly pleased. Will continue going here from now on. She also let me know when the best times to come were for future reference.

This was my first time purchasing a car, and my experience was made very smooth and stress-free by Drew at Hendrick Chevrolet! If I'm paying that much for a basic oil change, should vacuum the car out too. Also, ice cold in the building & the wait was longer than I expected 1+hr. I do like their documentation and the building while cold, is very nice.

All went great! The reason for three stars is that I came in for oil change/tire rotation and it wasn't completed safely. After we left, my husband and I, he noticed at our next stop, that my tires were bald, hardly any tread left. The service techs never said a word to me. I had to get new tires needless to say.

AJ was great very personable. He didn t make us feel pushed or like he was forcing a decision on us. He did a lot of our stuff over the phone while he was at home after hours. Dustin in finance didn t feel like the normal finance person either, he hooked us up. Chris was very friendly and relatable.

The dealership promised to do so much for me if I purchase a vehicle, but then when I did totally forgot about me and now I need to take my vehicle that I use for work everyday to the dealership and waste time.The tunnel cover they gave me for free was never installed for me and my tools got wet. Had to leave the dealership with a poorly detailed vehicle (that s after telling them to detail it, after they brought it out very dirty with stains and mud all over the vehicle). The tunnel cover they let me take off there hands and install myself in the rain was leaking on all sides. When I asked for the manager to contact me when he is in the office. There was no follow up. Terrible experience!!

Chevy is amazing! They will do anything they can in order to help customers! I went and got a vehicle about 4 weeks ago, and the experience was amazing. Aj Huff and the finance managers were very helpful and just great to have the experience with. I will always stay with Chevy!
