Worked with Matt to test drive and purchase a CT4-V. He was great with answering questions on the vehicle and allowing me to take a real test drive. Much better than some places and salesmen that make you follow a set route that doesn't allow you to test the car, especially with performance oriented models. If you're looking for help with a new Cadillac or Chevy please reach out to Matt. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10.

Brooke S reached out to me after doing an online inquiry. She communicated with me throughout the day on the car I was interested in and even sent a video of it. Brooke is very personable & helped make the transaction smooth and easy. Dustin was great as well and helped get the numbers where they needed to be. I didn t feel rushed or pressured, which I m extremely grateful for. Definitely recommend.

Working with Drew Clark was an absolute pleasure! Drew is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Lexus was completely online. The best part Drew stayed in touch with me the entire time, along with several video calls which made me feel comfortable with an online purchase of a used Vehicle. Probably the best experience I ve had with Cadillac. Although it s never a bad experience, Sarah Collins made my visit that day just a little more pleasant. She was very kind and helpful. I was working on a project and needed a tape measure. She could ve easily said they didn t have one, but instead went out of her way to the back of the shop and found one. I appreciated her!

They are quick and easy with scheduling and their customer waiting area is comfortable, clean and accommodating. One of the best experiences with and fastest transactions I ve ever had at a dealership. I called ahead of time expressing my urgency due to my work schedule and the Hendricks team listened. They had the new vehicle spotless and parked up front and all the paperwork ready to sign. I m looking forward to doing business again in the near future.

I had just been in an accident and my car had been totaled. I found a good deal here on a certified used car and they were incredibly patient while waiting for all of my insurance funds to be available for the purchase. Friendly staff and did not pressure me to buy anything extra. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Upon taking my vehicle in for an oil change, a recall was discovered. The team at Monroe Hendrick kept me updated and got the recall issue addressed the same day.Gary Lewis is the best mechanic and I drive 60 mins each way just so he can work on my vehicle.I highly recommend this location and service group.
