Be Cautious. Vehicle at this Xpress Lube take about 4 quarts of oil more then is necessary at other locations. Then they try to tell you the manufacturer is wrong. Just be ware. What you think it will cost will not cover the add ons and extra oil. I was in a pinch or I would have never stopped there. And for sure it will not happen again

I will never use this business again they are scammers tried to charge me $70 for a car inspection the manager was very rude after I refused to pay that amount he told me not to come back not even for a oil change. When I asked him his name he wouldn't give it to me. This happened on Oct 7th 2023. I will be calling corporate in the morning..

I have 4 personal and 1 company vehicle that I take here for service. I like the crew and the work they do. The prices are what they are. I don't want to leave a bad review but instead one to share what just happened today. I went for an oil change and coolant flush and fill. They were busy but I had time to wait. Getting straight to the point I saw only the coolant flush being done. I assume the oil got changed I can't say for sure. I always watch intently. However no one checked the tire pressures or vacuumed the inside, probably not half of the things posted in the waiting room that they should do was actually done. Not even a new label for the windshield stating service performed. I realize these reviews are public and we all have off days but for what I paid to be done I felt like it should be mentioned at the very least. I will definitely watch harder next time in the hopes that all of the stated work is actually getting done. As a side note there should be a choice on what to watch on the tv verses the garbage that is always on there when I go. (The View) I would have talked with Brian but again they were very busy. My mother and I both brought our vehicles to this location and were treated with the upmost kindness and respect! We will both be back! All of the service attendants were pleasant and handled our service professionally.

Great service will use them again. They drain the oil the old fashion way. They use the drain plug, not the evac thru the dip stick. All fluids were checked as well. Great place, not fancy but a great job.

My kid went this week to get car inspection and guy wor there trying to scam him by asking for $100 because of tint on his windows!what he didn't know I was there in parking lot when he did it and I would suggest people not to go there if this is how you conduct business! If it can't pass inspection just say that and move on.

Took my truck in for an oil change and was told the plug was too stripped for them to get out. They said they tried everything to get it off and even the manager tried it, supposedly. I took the truck home, put it up on the ramp, and put a 13 mm socket on there and it popped right off. I personally cannot stand incompetence and will never go back to this place.

What great service! Brian took the time to explain everything, set up my service options in my car (he didn t have to do that), and all at a great cost and I still was out in 20 minutes. Supposed to close at 7:00pm. Got here at 6:00pm since you know, work and they said the car in front of me would be their last one. Closing time is typically the last time a business takes a customer. It is not when employees have to be out by. If you re not going to be open until 7:00pm change your hours! An oil change is quick, not like it was gonna be a long service

I have been going here for the past 6 years & I live 45 minutes away. I don't go to Monroe often but yall will always have my business & worth the drive. They get you in & out fast & friendly staff who knows what they are doing! :)

I was relieved when they didn't try to sell me every other service they provide. But appalled that they let me leave there and drive away with my autistic son knowing my car was leaking oil. Brian told me that the previous service person had tightened the plug too tight and that there were several screws missing on a skid plate. He said he replaced the plate and got the plug in. If I had any problems to just let him know. The car's SES light came on the next day and it left a puddle of oil in my driveway. I took it back thinking maybe I need to get that plug replaced? No, the tech today showed me the noted that Brian had supposedly gone over with me. They said my the dip stick was dry, and the car was leaking oil when I came in. It also said something about a pan. NONE of this was told to me. What sane person would continue driving a car if it needed work done? Let alone drive around with a special needs child. I would have immediately left and taken it to the dealership. Like I did today when they decided to inform me of my cars issues. The notes also said Warranty Voided. Is that them covering their behind? I can not believe any mechanic would knowingly put a lady and her child at risk like that. Incredibly negligent! The tech told me today that they shouldn't have even done the oil change. I guess they needed the money though? I also got an inspection done and you'd think they would let their customers know if there was a problem. It is apparent that they WILL NOT tell you something is wrong unless they can make money from you fixing it. Sorry excuse for a shop. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Havoline.

I ve been going here 2 yrs and never had a problem, well my car was perfect before the new people touched it, now there is coolant mixed with my oil, called and spoke to them, they came out to check it and are saying 100% did not do anything wrong. But my car is perfect before i took it to them.

I went for an oil change and ended up with my engine light on. They refused to even look at it after that. Took it to the dealership and found out they stripped the oil plug and put in the wrong oil filter. They also charged me for screws to hold up my oil pan but did not put any of them in. Crooked people who cost me more money and time just to get a simple oil change. NEVER AGAIN.

JMM & CDW took care of my daughter's Jeep. I went due to a Groupon my wife purchased and was a little hesitant due to the reviews. After seeing the work done and hearing what needed to be done they were right on the money for what I knew it needed. Will definitely look to come back when we don't have time to wrench ourselves.

The people were nice enough but, they forgot to put my oil Cap back on and it got oil all over my engine. That is just basic stuff. After that, I had to pay $358.27 to get a sensor replaced because it was fouled by the oil. I reluctantly referred a friend of mine that had just moved to the area hoping that after our last conversation you would have tried a little better, but you embarrassed me by giving them horrible service, now I look bad for trying to help you. I won't be recommending you to anyone anymore! Or going back. So disappointed!

Walked in the office around 1:30. Guy behind the counter was talking to a guy in the waiting room, never even bat an eye at me, never asked me if I needed help, just continued to talk about hunting trips with the guy in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I tried to tell him I had just called about an oil change but he interrupted before I could even say a word and continued to talk the other guy. So I walked out and left. 01/14/2022

Best place in monroe to get your vehicle serviced! Clean shop and goood looking employees! They never try to sell ya a bunch of stuff ya dont need and point out everything that you do need. I got my transmission flushed for just the price of the fluid!. 5 stars ****** A+++

I had my vehicle serviced here today and don t plan to make that mistake again! I checked it when they were done and they hadn t greased one single fitting. When I asked about the technician about it he smarted off that I should have said something about it while it was in the bay.

Yes i totally agree!!!! Rudest people ever. Brian drive into the parking lot twice going 40 mph. Then he ignored me as if I were not a customereven though i stood in the office and outside in the RAIN while they proceeding to work on other cars as if I were not there. Then serviced another vehicle in front me. When i advised him what was going on he started yelling at me.

Worst customer service. Stood at the front desk forever. After the guy working there walked off from the desk. Finally I went and found him. Asked for an inspection.. he was super rude. I'll never be back here!

My dad went there to get his oil changed on our work truck an they scripted the oil bolt off of the oil pail an then lied an told him someone else did the scripting on the bolt an messed it all up them not knowing that this wuz the first time the oil had to be changed on our new motor we had put in the truck!!!!!!! Just the lies they coulda kept to their selves!!!!!! Us personally we wouldn't recommend them to nobody!!!!!! I guess u just gotta no who's working!!!!!!! #sadsituation

When I got home from moving my daughter in to college, I noticed an oil puddle where her car was (had just gotten the oil changed yesterday in Gastonia). I called Havoline Xpress and Brian said to have her bring it in. She did and he took care of it immediately (loose oil plug). Staff there was very rude this morning, they need more training in excellent customer service. They should be fired!!!!! I will be complaining to a higher superior other than a supervisor.....especially the guy with the gauges. Who in the hell hired him????

I always go here for my oil change. They are quick, vacuum your car, and check all your fluids. If you are a CHS teammate you get a discount, not sure about other discounts.

Very nice guys. Had my inspection finished in a few minutes.
